This company is dishonest, biased , and incomplete when it comes to home inspections. They came…read moreout to inspect our home and stated that the bathroom exhaust fan contributed to mold in the attic. We had our handyman go up into the attic to check and treat the"mold" and our handyman said there was positively no mold. He even took a video of the attic to show us. Our handyman didn't ask for payment since he wasn't able to treat anything. Another item that Brady & Henderson stated was a defective and dangerous item was the electrical mast where the wires come into the house. This company stated that it was too close to an openable window. We were puzzled as to why the City of University Heights didn't catch this on their point of sale inspection so we asked a licensed electrician to come out and inspect. The electrician inspected and measured and stated that the electrical wires coming into the house were done correctly to code, and there was more than the 3 foot clearance requirement. Again Brady & Henderson was incorrect! Brady & Henderson did a visual inspection of the roof and recommended that the roof be replaced. Replaced? The roof was only 10-12 years old!!! We paid a professional roofing company to actually go up on the roof to inspect. We were told that the roof still had another 10 years. This has got to be the worst home inspection company!
