They have people that come in to maintain the products on a regular basis which none of us would have the luxury of doing once a purchase was in our home. Today we came in to look for a power recliner for my mother. Two ladies were working at the time and one of them greeted us. Her name was Christine Farris. Her interest level in working with us was marginal at best. Yet a couple came in she said she had a 4:00pm appointment with and we were an after thought. She was kissing their behinds looking to win their sale; apparently she thought their money was better than ours. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.

What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. After comparing the cabinets they carried, they appeared as good or better than the other brands I compared them to, and the price for the cabinets and countertop was extremely competitive. There are no mark ups to pay for 15 people to stand around or to keep that gigantic store filled with inventory- it's just a bunch of comfortable good quality mattresses with the owner and a little help every now and to make the deliveries. There isn't any clearance sales that never seem to end either....just a happy guy who makes a good living by selling his products at a fair price. Dana explained because he sells them so reasonable he is able to sell a whole lot more than he ever imagined. So why not make everyone happy - especially if he can make just as good of a paycheck by selling a whole lot more quantity without taking away the quality. So, if you could care less about all the fancy gimmicks and the cruise giveaway that we never hear about anyone actually winning and simply want a good quality mattress at a fair price then do yourself a favor and at least check out Affordable Mattress.
