Once our mind was made up, we gave the deposit, and Charlie and the crew showed up as planned and had the whole thing installed within 5.5 hours. They did a great job and left no mess behind. We have more projects to do, and we will most certainly use Best Built Sheds! We may, however, actually have them paint the next time around. We did it ourselves this time, but might just have it done completely next time. We highly recommend you check this business out before making your final decision. Recently moved in! I've moved into a few storage units in…read moredifferent states and I can tell you that this is the best move in experience I've had. The gentleman up front Jim, is super friendly and was informative on everything. He went out of his way to show me the ins and outs of using the locks and told me about all the amenities they have, WiFi, 24 hour access, power outlets. He answered all my questions before I even asked. If your like me, you want an easy going move in, but also want the man up front to be professional and informative. And it was guys. Super easy and after this long week I appreciate it more then they know. The front office was clean, organized and felt welcoming. The grounds are in great shape, no trash lying around, no pot holes or any debris anywhere. The storage unit itself was in great shape, it is clean and well maintained. I been to a few storage units where you get there and it's dirty on the inside. This is actually one of the only outdoor storage units I've had that is in this good of shape. At this point I have no complaints and I couldn't find something wrong if I tried. If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit with an awesome gate keeper, this is it folks! I was a loyal Stor-It customer for over six years, renting multiple units and spending thousands of…read moredollars with this company. Unfortunately, that's not how they treat long-term customers when a problem comes up. Out of the blue, I received a phone call demanding that I immediately remove one of my trailers because people were allegedly "complaining" about my property. The same setup had been there for years without a single issue being raised. There was no meaningful notice, no attempt to work with me, and no reasonable opportunity to resolve the situation. I had to leave work immediately to move a trailer because I was told it had to be removed right away. When I asked if I could have until the end of the week, I was told only that particular trailer had to go immediately, while the rest of my property could be removed by the end of the week. I spent the remainder of the week moving multiple trailers and vehicles to another storage facility because of their abrupt demands. What was most disappointing was the attitude. During my interaction at the facility, I was told, "Good riddance." Whether that comment was directed at me or not, it was made during our interaction and perfectly reflected the level of customer service I experienced. The facility itself has also declined significantly over the years. When I first became a customer in 2019, it was a well-kept storage facility. Today, in my opinion, it looks more like a scrapyard than a professionally managed business. The overall appearance and upkeep have noticeably deteriorated. To make matters worse, after complying with everything they requested and removing all of my property, my account was closed without any communication, and my request for a refund of the unused prepaid rent through the end of the month has simply been ignored. Businesses make mistakes. What separates a good business from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. Stor-It chose poor communication, disrespect, and silence instead of professionalism and customer service. After six years as a customer, I expected far better. I cannot recommend Stor-It based on the way they treated a long-term customer.

The people in charge hide behind their fake christianity to squeeze every penny they can from tenants. There are parking spaces, bathrooms and dumpsters BUT, YOU'RE not allowed to use them! We had two units at this location because of the previous manager, who was a nice guy. When the owners replaced him with themselves we quit one unit. When my daughter forgot a little plastic shoe tree, they told her they would have to charge a cleaning fee (equal to a month's rent) for them to take it out and throw it away. She had to drive out from Eagle to pick it up personally. When they tried to change our contract on the second unit, we refused and they sobbed that the money would come from their pockets but they'd pray for us... what a load of BS! While moving out we tried to leave one car parked in the lot so there was less congestion in the alleyways of the units, we were kicked out of the parking lot WHLE WE WERE STILL ON PROPERTY! We weren't leaving it there while we went for lunch, it wasn't being abandoned, but their truck being stored gets moved from behind the fence into a spot every morning and sits there all day! Today the sign on the door said office (and bathrooms) closed due to roach infestation. I have been using storage in three states over 40 years and this is the only place I would never come back to! Horrible people to deal with.

I was so lucky to have found Stor-N-Lock! Talani and Brian Sanislo who run it are the most helpful and professional people you could hope to meet. Not only when we moved everything into storage, but when we moved it back out at the start of this school year. I highly recommend using Stor-N-Lock. They will be my go-to for storage in the Boise area in the future.

For allllll the years I've been in Boise...I had never gone to this nursery…read more Way before I was even into any kind of gardening, I had always wanted to go to this place when it was actually on the north end...but never made it there. Sadly, there are ugly a$$ townhomes now where this nursery used to be on Hill Rd. Baffling to me that they'd tear down a wonderful place just to put up something so ugly. But whatever, right? It's happening everywhere around Boise. Ok! Enough of that! Last year, I planted 8 rose bushes and 8 delphiniums. Thankfully all my roses are still alive, but only 5 of my delphiniums came back. I also planted clematis. Lemme say. I did not get them here hahaha! I just realized last year....hey! Am I actually *good* at this gardening thing? And for someone who absolutely LOATHES summer! It was nice to finally find something that's as enjoyable as keeping amazing plants alive. I added 2 more rose bushes this year. Total of 10 now. It's very exciting for me. Again, did not buy at north end nursery, but I'm getting to my point lol. After all these years and now visiting any and all nurseries I can...I finally went into North End the other day and HOLY SH*T! What an amazing place! I mean, it has like a little store that is separate from gardening, but what they sell looks like it was all garden related...if that makes sense. There's a coffee shop inside the store! I hate coffee, but haha, seriously, what a brilliant idea! This store feels like a homey home. AND the BEST part...their best employees they have...DOGS!!! The dogs walking around and greeting people absolutely sold me 100% on this place! One rolled over for me to give her belly rubs at the same time a little cream colored one gave me tons of kisses on my nose! Seriously, how can anyone NOT like this place? Even if you're not a dog person, you have to admit...having like 4 dogs walking around as the greeters....even more brilliant than the coffee shop and honestly, just a beautiful thing to have as part of your business. I absolutely LOVE dogs and seeing them there and how sweet they are..made my day. The nursery is out back and the layout is fantastic and so homey. This really is a special place. Madeline's on Hill Rd has always been a favorite of mine (ya know, now that I actually love having a garden) but definitely added North End to my favorite places. Madeline's also has a very sweet doggie there who greets everyone. So yeah, if there is a dog or dogs...honestly, that's an immediate 5 stars for me haha. North End you'd expect to be super expensive. It's organic. Organic anything is way overpriced imo. The prices here there are very comparable to Edwards, Madeline's and others. There are definitely some things...like... Ok, I really want hanging baskets of flowers but I will NOT spend the $$ these places charge. I saw one at North end for $115!!! Gurl! Bye! Hard no hahaha! When I visit my mom back east, I can go to the Mennonites or Amish farms/nurseries and get huge baskets for $7! SEVEN. DOLLARS! That is stuck in my head. So when I see these prices everywhere here in Boise for the hanging flower baskets..I just cannot. Aside from that, I 1000% will be coming back to North End. This place, Madeline George's, and Edward's are my go to's now. We called the nursery to ask about an exchange. They said, no. They offer zero guarantee or warranty on potted plants. The Home Depot offers a year warranty on most plants they sell. I like to support the local businesses, but I won't be supporting this one any longer.
