Recently moved in! I've moved into a few storage units in…read moredifferent states and I can tell you that this is the best move in experience I've had. The gentleman up front Jim, is super friendly and was informative on everything. He went out of his way to show me the ins and outs of using the locks and told me about all the amenities they have, WiFi, 24 hour access, power outlets. He answered all my questions before I even asked. If your like me, you want an easy going move in, but also want the man up front to be professional and informative. And it was guys. Super easy and after this long week I appreciate it more then they know. The front office was clean, organized and felt welcoming. The grounds are in great shape, no trash lying around, no pot holes or any debris anywhere. The storage unit itself was in great shape, it is clean and well maintained. I been to a few storage units where you get there and it's dirty on the inside. This is actually one of the only outdoor storage units I've had that is in this good of shape. At this point I have no complaints and I couldn't find something wrong if I tried. If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit with an awesome gate keeper, this is it folks! My Trailer is too large to fit through the automatic gate, so I have to go through the locked side gate. Each time I've asked them to open the gate for me (which they say is "no problem") they have been incredibly rude. The first time they told me if I couldn't get my trailer around the corner I probably shouldn't be driving. What the hell kind of remark is that?! I also stopped by my trailer to pick a few things up after a camping trip and was met by one of the manager who told me I could not be working on my trailer, or loitering for more than a few minutes at a time. I was there for less than 10 minutes! Anyway, I will be transferring to a new storage facility this next week to a place that doesn't make me feel like a terrible burden for storing my trailer there.

The people in charge hide behind their fake christianity to squeeze every penny they can from tenants. There are parking spaces, bathrooms and dumpsters BUT, YOU'RE not allowed to use them! We had two units at this location because of the previous manager, who was a nice guy. When the owners replaced him with themselves we quit one unit. When my daughter forgot a little plastic shoe tree, they told her they would have to charge a cleaning fee (equal to a month's rent) for them to take it out and throw it away. She had to drive out from Eagle to pick it up personally. When they tried to change our contract on the second unit, we refused and they sobbed that the money would come from their pockets but they'd pray for us... what a load of BS! While moving out we tried to leave one car parked in the lot so there was less congestion in the alleyways of the units, we were kicked out of the parking lot WHLE WE WERE STILL ON PROPERTY! We weren't leaving it there while we went for lunch, it wasn't being abandoned, but their truck being stored gets moved from behind the fence into a spot every morning and sits there all day! Today the sign on the door said office (and bathrooms) closed due to roach infestation. I have been using storage in three states over 40 years and this is the only place I would never come back to! Horrible people to deal with.

They served me and a few minutes later another client walked in since the door was unlocked. It was at least 5 minutes after 6. Not only did the owner not say anything to me about it being closing time, but they said nothing to the young lady who just assumed she would be helped since the door was open. They were helping her also when I walked out. I was mailing one package postage prepaid and buying postage for the 2nd package. Despite it being after closing, she asked if I wanted a tracking receipt for the postage prepaid package as well, unsolicited. This kind of customer service is what I love about small businesses and entrepreneurs. I was delighted by their complete customer service and friendliness. I will be back whenever possible. I definitely recommend them!
