In fact, Breanne, one of DGIs friendly and knowledgeable designers, pulled samples to save us time! That service was not a fluke. We returned to the store the next day, and Breanne was not scheduled. We were connected with another charming and helpful designer, Jeri Lynn. She spent at least 30 minutes with us, patiently giving us the info we needed. My sense is that DeGraff understands that caring builds loyalty. I wish we could do business with them, but our builder buys direct from Shaw and Daltile. DeGraff and their staff are a class act.
