Highly recommend Standale Home Studio, especially Brent Hart, who works in flooring. I had a major home remodel 15 years ago with this company- complete kitchen, bathroom, flooring throughout-and all these years later, everything is in excellent condition and I wouldn't change a thing!! When it came time to replace flooring in our basement after a flood last month, I reached right out to Brent to see if he still worked there... and was so glad to use him again! He has exceptional customer service, so helpful and responsive and I love the flooring and carpet he helped me pick out! I could have gone to a dozen places closer to my home, but am so happy I used Standale Home Studio and I will continue to go there in the future... and recommend them to anyone I know who has a small or large home project!! A true local business that went the extra mile to help us get floor tile. I called Standale and talked to Rachael Harding looking to match the tile they installed in our kitchen in 2017 as we needed 6 pieces to put in the great room. She took our information and said she would look to find the tile. She called back later that day and said she had to go to the archives to find what we bought. She then called their supplier only to find out the tile was discontinued. She the contacted the manufacturer and they told her there were three cartons located in their system. She the called me and I said we would take all three. Yesterday we picked up the three cartons and will be installing the pieces on Friday and we have some left over to do a section in the basement we need done. Great help from Rachael who took the time to fill our request. read more

Awesome experience with this place from beginning to end! Michelle originally helped me with finding the PERFECT wood flooring for our house and Patty helped with finding the the perfect carpeting for our office and stairs. She also had the estimate to me quickly and the flooring started going in 2 weeks later. She kept in touch with me throughout the whole process! Kelly and his crew are THE BEST at installing hardwood floors - HIGHLY recommend them! They were fast and dust was minimal. He also had to work around my family of 6, and he did with ease. Carpet guys were great as well - in and out in half a day! We are IN LOVE with our new floors! We will be back soon to have the bedrooms done :-) Also, everyone in the showroom and on the job site showed up in face masks and washed hands. I began working with this company as a result of a friend who had worked there. My experience was not as I expected. Color of carpet and vinyl flooring were not as expected (did bring samples home and also used lighting at showroom). Person I worked with up until the end stated the color I was looking for in the carpet was there, but I called the company and they confirmed it was not a part of the carpet color. When I asked for a reduction in price because I now had to replace bedspread and window treatments to better match the color that was installed I was told it was my problem. The designer I worked with at that point said I should have asked her to come to the house. The installers did not keep their original dates and times and I had to make changes. The carpet installers were very unprofessional in the way they looked, did not have any identification they were working for Standale Home Studio, as a single person should have been spelled out. I would not recommend this company. Find someone else even if they cost more; which they won't as this company was over cost after I reviewed others. read more

Lol....I'll call this " The Blind Lady " About 3 years ago, I went to standale interiors looking for some blinds for my walkout. I also had some others that needed fixing. I had bought them there years ago. I went to the desk after nobody waited on me for several minutes and they paged the lady. I've never seen a more clueless person in my life. She could not find anything. She had no clue what kind of blinds I had even though I had a clip that needed to be replaced . She was going through boxes, looking around for books. She couldn't find a thing. After about 20 minutes of this, I told her I had to leave. Two years later, I go there with the same issue. NO, I hadn't fixed my blinds, but bought some others from another store. Anyway, I decide I'll try again to fix this one set of blinds. I get the same lady and she still can't find anything!! ITS UNREAL! I wait for 30 minutes while she ponders where all her stuff is. She says they just moved and everything is upset......that's what she had told me 2 years ago! finally I say I can't wait any longer.. SHE SAYS, oh you're in a hurry?? Lol.... I left and never returned ......don't bother waiting to get waited on, it's not worth it! SKIP this place! read more

Several weeks ago I began looking for flooring for my kitchen and dining area and since I had not had to purchase flooring for several years, I asked a few friends to recommend some places. Standale was one of the recommended places. I entered the business about 10:30 on a Weds. morning. There was a woman helping a gentleman with flooring choices. I believe he must have been building a house and choosing flooring for the whole thing. The sales woman did not greet me and did not ask if I wanted help or offer to get someone to help me. I know she saw me when I came in because she looked up from her samples when I walked in. Since I was there I decided to wander through the selection and see what was available. After about 15 minutes another woman came out from the back of the building and asked if I wanted help. I told her what I wanted to replace and asked what my options were. She did answer my questions. I told her that I was just starting my search and getting educated about my options. I had other stores to visit and did not go back to Standale. I understand they are very good, but being ignored left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Great place! I am building my first home and the lady's here were a huge help! Lots of flooring and cabinet samples in one place so you can see things together without needing to run from store to store. It is a nice quiet environment and I frequently would have a large table all to my self to lay out samples and discuss my choices. The designers were always willing to help even if I was not their client and would get prices and instillation information on products quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone building or renovating. read more

Love this place! We bought carpet for my son's room and a living room. Brent helped us make the right decisions for both rooms. He was super knowledgable and professional...definitely more of an educator as opposed to a high-pressure salesperson. We will definitely be shopping here when we install hardwood flooring this winter! The original installers did a very poor job of finishing the trim, but when I called to ask someone to look at it, your company was here immediately with a promise to make it right. They did exactly that, and the finished project could not look more beautiful. The level of craftsmanship that was executed by your carpenter, Steve, was absolutely amazing. My husband and I went to Standale Interiors to look at granite countertops, and my mother came with. I am 24 and my husband is 25, and yes we look (are) pretty young. Even though we told the staff member that we are building a new home, she directed her conversation toward my mother. We did not get much information at all on the countertops. It felt as though we were not worth their time, and we were not being taken seriously. Professionals should know not to have a filter when you have a new potential customer. We WILL be buying granite countertops for our $300k house, but they will not be from Standale Interiors. read more
