I actually just got back from 40 miles of hiking in Nevada and after the last hike I pitched my 8 year old shoes and torn backpack. This is a great place to find high quality outdoor items like coats, hats, hiking shoes, sleeping bags, ski wear, glasses, etc. They carry the top name brands and are super helpful. I have purchased many of my cold weather gear and camping, hiking supplies from here and have never been disappointed. The only wish would be that they would carry more of it. Lol. Enjoy!

Two of the girls working there were very rude and sassy to me and didn't kindly explain to me that customers weren't allowed where I was at. The Birkenstocks were in an open enough area so I thought I could look at them. These two girls treated me like a nuisance and I was very embarrassed. I will not be returning back to this store.

My mom, sister and I went into this store on our day of shopping in the area. We browsed around the store looking at the aprons and kitchenware in the back, then to the handbags, then to the candles and we stopped with interest at the lotion and pedicure goodies. The owner of the store took notice of this and quickly told us that the lotion will make your skin dramatically softer with frequent use because of the ingredients, some of which are derivitives of The Dead Sea. After a quick rub on our hands we were sold. We also purchased some Pedi-Scrub Foot Buffers. (Later that night I gave my mom and sister each mini-pedicures as belated Mother's Day gifts.) The best part about buying something from that store was the owner. She was friendly and interesting. She seems to take a lot of pride in her store which is adorable and girly. With each of our purchases she packaged them with tissue paper and ribbon in simple brown paper gift bags.

I'm in this shopping center often, but they close at 5:30 and I'm always a bit too late. Vivian's has lots of really cute stuff and I mean LOTS. The space isn't very large but every corner is filled so it's kind of hard to really browse without bumping into something, which is nerve racking considering the signs throughout that say "You break it, you buy it". I was very precariously trying to look at everything while making sure not to knock anything off the shelves behind me, so if I had any complaints that's it. I went in to look at the Christmas clearance and found a few things for a steal, and the guy keeping the shop was so helpful and let me browse without being intrusive. He even told me about some of the things I was interested in that they had in the back (there was so much stuff they had MORE IN THE BACK) and gave me a few extra little gifts with my purchase. I tried returning a blouse today, NO I DIDN"T HAVE A RECEIPT, but they knew it came from their store-because the first thing I was told was that they had no more like it, so I said I'll just exchange it, I was unable to do that because they had no idea of the price I paid-guess it wasn't in their inventory-and I had purchased the blouse and another item, "so they had no way of knowing what I paid-for just the blouse-I was just VERY dissapointed that I was told "there is nothing we can do-the tag was still attached to the blouse-I had just peeled off the lable with the price. Their suggestion-try selling it! My main point-they knew it came from their store-Maybe I'm wrong but in this day of technology-I thought if the label and style number were still on the product it could be looked up in the inventory! Very dissapointed, because this has been my go to store for last minute or unique gifts.

Thaddeus (sorry if this is the incorrect spelling) was helpful in explaining properties of the stones I was looking for and what they had picked four powerful stones to add to my collection!
