I provided custom plasma install with a lower quote from another company and custom plasma install's response was first "we can fix his work." And then when I said, I'm confused (because he didn't answer my question about price matching that) his response was "[competitor] is wrong on his pricing and must be desperate for work." A competitor quote was too low so they resorted to insulting the competitor. I do not want someone like that in my home.

It was understood when Jonathan of Mr. Right TV Mounting responded to do the job. It was expressed once again when he arrived, and his assurance he would deliver the same results. It was clear when the job was unsatisfactory completed, he had no intention of doing the job I wanted, that he would hang the tv and use a white enclosure to hide the wires instead of placing an electrical outlet and running the wires the proper way. I HIGHLY recommend before you even think about utilizing this company, you get quotes from at least 20 different companies, and make him your very last option. If you like, you're more than welcome to call me, and I would love to discuss my total lack of satisfaction about Jonathan and his useless company, which should definitely be called "Definitely Mr. Wrong"! Despite the fact they claim to have a 5 year warranty, they stated they wouldn't cover anything other than burn in, despite that not being on the warranty document. After over an hour of escalations, LG agreed to assign a certified tech to review the situation and thankfully it was Kevin at VidTech. He reached out and I was able to send pictures of the issue via text message. He spent time on the phone with them and convinced LG that the panel was truly a warranty issue, saving me over $1800. I just had to pay labor and travel fees, which I feel were very reasonable. He was able to get the panel within a matter of days and set up the appointment. He was very efficient in getting the new panel installed and everything works great now. I wouldn't hesitate to call VidTech for service again in the future.
