Despite this, the company refused to issue a refund or cancel my service, claiming I am still bound to a 5-year contract--even though the equipment was returned and the issue remains unresolved. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, but they would not work with me. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on their lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve a legitimate issue.

Now I'm just waiting for them to pick up their equipment. They had a tech come the same night we signed up & they did a partial installation. Let's see how long it takes them to come get their equipment now since I have another company coming to install a system that cost me less than $1000 & monthly service is half as much!
