I emailed them back and forth and ended scheduling to follow up by October. Since I needed two years of taxes. Everything was in good standings. I got a pre qualification. However no one ever reached out in October, I personally reached out in November. I didn't get a call back or email until a week after I emailed them. They pulled my credit again and took them another 2 weeks to reach out. I was devastated. What took them less than a week to do before took them almost a month now. I still haven't received a call regarding the lenders after they pulled my credit. The lenders are worst! They call and just tell you your credit score, after a week. They don't help you or give you status on what can be done to make everything better. I literally have no Idea what happened with my credit and the lenders that had them not reach out. However in the process I have to say I did find another realtor and they are helping me buy a house. I guess not everyone is professional. I'm glad I did not proceed with them. Buying a house is a big deal and need a good company that you can depend on. I don't recommend this company. They will not follow up and keep you on the loop.
