They will blame the owner then just stop responding. The staff toured and identify issues noted. I have spoken with at least four staff members, including the owner no call back. I found a home on #Zillow managed by Kaizen. I wanted to move in a week before the 1st. I paid 1 mth deposit 1st mth rent and for the week, Immediately. I told them it's a few things were undone sent pictures. They were so nice assured me it would done. Not done at movein date. Well it wasn't, no big deal. I'll have to rush to get in by the first, although I NEEDED that week. OK the 1st comes nothing is done. I called I'm assured once again it will be done. It's a holiday weekend, ok I'm inconvenienced but what can I do. I said just credit this week since I won't be able to move in with wet paint. I have a 4 yr old and a dog. I just want it done. I continue to check on the progress nothing has been done. Sent text no answer. I started to clean and bring accessories for the bath to get prepared for the move because I've been told multiple times, by multiple staff it's no problem we'll definitely take care of it. Long story short... staff one by one stop responding to my text. I would get an update stating it was done. When I check it was not. Then someone spot painted with flat white paint over satin eggshell, a mess. It was not painted till the 18th. I have paint on a shirt just to remind me. I've learned my lesson but I believe and was told it would be done. Nothing was completely done. I moved in on the 18th, the day they painted. I did get six days credited however I asked for 9 more due to the issues preventing me from moving in. I have yet to get a response from the owner. I'll update with more details. Note I paid rent for the month at another location because of them. I just paid for all the time after getting a threatening email about the 9 day that I left unpaid. Not all the pics just out of time. Proceed with caution.

I've reported this issue multiple times and it's been over a month with no resolution. This level of neglect is unacceptable. As a tenant, I expect safe living conditions and timely repairs.
