I only been with this HOA company for 6 months and its awful. Keith Collins should be ashamed of himself for providing the worse service to the Madison County area in Jackson, TN. When you submit a home improvement it takes this company months to approve the simplest request to your home. DHI builders hired and support this company and they should be ashamed as well. Share all the post on Facebook, Linkedin, and anymore that may be thinking about purchasing a home with DHI. DHI need to fire Keith Collins like yesterday. The company is unprofessional, incompetent, shows no compassion for their clients, and refuse to follow-up on the simplest request. I am going to continue to scream at the top of lungs to ensure the public in Madison County do not purchase any new homes in this area. I have lived in my home for 4 years now. I received letters about trash cans that have been placed in the same spot for 9 years. I know this from the people whom we bought the home from. I am on a corner lot so you can see every side of my home so I don't know where I would put them. Then on top of that they sent four letters. The next one is about a car parked on the street that we don't even own. Mind you there are so many dips and cracks in the street that you can barely drive straight, but they are concern with trash cans. How about fixing the street and street lights if you really want to do something. I will never purchase another home an a H.O.A community again. I wouldn't care if it was given to me free. read more

I've previously reviewed this company. However, I felt compelled to complete a Google Review MY experience with the individuals at the company. Namely Cindy. I feel It's my CIVIL duty to warn other Homeowners of the mendacious, dishonest person she is. WHERE THERE IS ONE THERE MAY VERY WELL BE TWO. We have nothing to show for the $42k per year we are paying. 8. Several months ago I asked for an open meeting with the HOA board. I never received a response from the board. I did however, receive a call from the HOA's attorney informing me that the board didn't want to meet or speak with me. Again, the homeowners pay their annual HOA fees and should be entitled to speak/meet with the HOA board during one of their meetings. The homeowners can provide valuable input/suggestions on the needs of the community and how the HOA FUNDS should be poured back into our community. Keith Collins Co was not issuing itemized invoices. They would add everything together ex $925. No explanation despite multiple requests from me asking for an itemized receipt. They are now doing that on the portal, at least I can print it. So, to you TRINITY PARK HOA PRESIDENT I say NEVER COMMENT ON ANY REVIEW That Pertains to Mrs. Posey until you have read it thoroughly. It doesn't need to be an interesting read.... I need you to comprehend Cindy (she's a malicious liar) Forged the date on the letter sent from the attorney addressing the Trash can violation. Her letter was dated 11/30/23. My letter was dated 12/4/23. According to the attorney Cindy did not forge the date on the letter. He says her letter was dated 11/30 as he emailed it to her & she forwarded it to the Board for approval on 11/30. My letter was dated 12/4; the date his secretary mailed it. It's plausible/ believable. Therefore, I had one simple request. Brandon, forward me the email you sent to Cindy. It will have the time & date you sent it. My attorney and I will have our tech support team will verify the validity of it. As of today, 4/2 my attorney nor I have received the email. Very interesting read, however, I have been the HOA president here in our subdivision Trinity Park ever since it started, and in the beginning we had a different HOA manager who is no longer with Keith Collins. Once the other manager left, we were assigned to Cindy Conner and she is great. We work very well together with all the concerns in our subdivision. Have you ever thought about joining your HOA board? The reason why I suggest this because you will be able to see FIRST HAND what really goes on. I guarantee you are not being singled out. But to eliminate the many unanswered questions and even concerns you may have, I would suggest to get on the board, so you can be a part of making a difference. read more

I am a real estate broker who represents buyers only. I appreciate the Keith Collins Company and their staff. I needed documentation that the sellers were caught up on the HOA dues and details about what expenses are going to be paid by the HOA (in this case all exterior maintenance including the roof). I needed the paperwork within a short time frame. The adminstrator responsable for this HOA was an expert at the details of the HOA and the lender's requirements for certification of the HOA.
