We had to say goodbye to our 15.5 year old boy, Tanner, on 7/01/2024. He was a long standing member of our family, and Dr. Annette made that a point. Home With Dignity Gave us such wonderful and gentle care over the phone when scheduling the appointment. Dr Annette provided end of life care with dignity and compassion. She was calm, polite, empathetic, and spoke to us and our other dogs with kindness. She allowed us time alone to grieve after the procedure, and made sure to let us know not to rush. My heart aches to those who have to make this decision for their family, but you couldn't make a better choice than Home With Dignity when you do.

I called Home with Dignity after having a horrible experience over the phone with Peaceful Partings. I had called them for information since my dog was dying and he was the first dog I ever had. The lady at Peaceful Partings was so cold and rude and hung up on me! Patricia, the woman that answered the phone at Home with Dignity, was so kind. I was crying hysterically and she explained the process to me and showed so much empathy and compassion. I told her I was taking my Gizmo in to the emergency vet to see if I could spare his life and then would be calling back. I ended up euthanizing him there because I didn't want him in any more pain. So, while I can't speak to the doctors at Home with Dignity, I can say that their staff cares and shows compassion for a grieving pet parent. Thank you, Patricia! You will never know how much you comforted me.

It's been 35 minutes since our Zoe passed. It's been 10 minutes since Dr Hutchinson so very carefully swaddled our baby girl and placed her carefully into a prearranged warm and inviting space into his vehicle to transfer her remains to the aftercare facility. The funeral home in Hawaii didn't give this much respect and care in transporting my mother in law to the funeral home after she passed. These folks do Gods work. Our Zoe was able to die peacefully at home in her own bed without having to be transported to a clinic and being unnecessarily stressed at her end of life. This experience has provided my 10 year old daughter with as much reassurance that death doesn't have to be that scary. I cannot thank Dr Hutchinson and Home with Dignity enough. I wish I could give more than five stars.

This has taken along time to write because we were so heartbroken to lose our little guy of 16 years. Jake has been dealing with herniated and leaking fluid in his lower back along with being born with a congenital deformity in both hips and luxating knees. High liver enzymes and chronic pain. We put off this decision for many reasons 1. Jake had become like a kid to us with all our kids moving out and 2. Just selfishly wanted him to be around longer, he was so much a part of our lives that we bought a travel trailer so that he could travel with us. After his 4th acute hernia toon within a 9 month time frame and his falling down and when ,really bad ,legs dragging , we decided that it wasn't fair to him. He had become frustrated not being able to follow us like he used do. He was in so many different meds and kidneys were starting to fail. We decided that every time we took him into the vet office Jake would start shaking and become anxious, so we decided to explore the options of going peacefully at home and being held and loved on by his family. We called Home With Dignity and spoke to Patricia first and had to hang up and call back later that day because of tears. She was super understanding and kind. We made a second call and Dr Humphries came out and I'd am evaluation on Jake and agreed that it was time to let him go. Even though we bawled like babies and we miss him fiercely we would go through these folks again. Not only was the vet patient and kind, he gave us the choice of peace and dignity in sending Jake home in peace. Afterwards we realized how much pain he had been in for a long time and he looked like he fell asleep. We highly recommend these people and would make the same choice again. Thank you.

One visit for my cat was because she was constipated, and instead of just giving her meds for that they highly recommended X-rays to rule out anything else, and it ended up still just being her constipated. (Cost around $300 for that.) They also never checked their temperatures, didn't do a full look over, and I just felt like they didn't truly take the time to do a comprehensive exam. After that I started taking my cats elsewhere where I felt like they received a more thorough exam that didn't leave me out hundreds of dollars for nothing. This last week I adopted a dog from the humane society and after a few days of her being home she started experiencing signs of kennel cough so I decided to bring her into the vet. The one I wanted to take her to couldn't get her in as quickly as they could so I decided to take my chances and give them another shot. I really wish I didn't. They told me to go to the back door when I got there and call them to let me in. I waited over 10 minutes outside in the wind to finally get brought in. The whole visit itself lasted maybe 10 minutes and they barely did a thing to check her out. They didn't get her temp, didn't look in her mouth, ears, or any of that. I had to ask for them to check her hips and other things and I ended up spending $72 for them to barely look at her. You would think for how much that visit costs that you would get a full exam, but apparently that shouldn't be expected. I will not be coming back and i honestly think I should be reimbursed for the money considering they barely looked at the dog. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. ***UPDATE: went to a different vet, and they found not only and ear infection but a bladder infection that this vet didn't even bother to check for after voicing concerns! I called the office and talked to their new manager, said the vet left notes in my chart and because of that they can't refund me?? The notes were things I stated to them. This vet is a joke. If you want to be ignored, treated like crap, and to get no answers then this is the place.***

The veterinarian did not speak to us at all about our dog. We never learned what the $95 cytology indicated or what procedures were accomplished on our pet. I'm hoping I can get a phone call from whomever treated him. We expected his ears to be cleaned and were charged for it, but his one ear is still full of gunk. The office manager told me they could not clean deep down due to the ear infection. After I pointed out the gunk was clearly visible right on the surface, she then said they can't clean the ears when there's an infection. Those are conflicting stories. If they couldn't clean his ears, why were we charged $65 for an ear cleaning? We need to hear from the doctor to get the story straight.

Kitty was brought back to us and we were told to take as much time as we need to say goodbye and then push a button and the Dr. will come in and euthanize him. We said our goodbyes with lots of kisses and then Dr. Flanders [FABULOUS] came in and explained everything she was going to do which was saline first to make sure the line in his vein was clear, then propofol to relax him and then the final shot. Our sweet boy had a totally painless death. After death we were asked if we would like a paw print for no additional charge and we said yes and we were given a wonderful paw print with his name and a heart next to it. The price was very fair [$185] and I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough for their kindness, professionalism and compassion. The Bowmans

I had…read morenever been to this location and my dog has never had to have an ultrasound before, so I had no idea what to expect. I called to schedule and explained that I was coming from about an hour away, so preferred an afternoon appointment because I would have to make arrangements to leave work early. The person I spoke with said she would talk with their ultrasound specialist about availability. She called me back a while later and said they had a 2:30 appointment the following Tuesday. I said that would work. She gave me no additional information about the procedure, anything we needed to do to prep and I never received an appointment confirmation. I did receive a consent for treatment which I signed and returned, so I thought we were all set. The morning of the appointment, I received a call from a somewhat confused staff member asking if I was coming in for my appointment that morning as they saw me in the schedule. I called back to speak with the person within 5 minutes of their call, but was told they were unavailable. The person I spoke with (a different staff member than the one who I spoke with to schedule) said that they did not have me down at 2:30 and that I would have to be there by 11:00 because a new patient exam is required prior to an ultrasound and the ultrasound tech was a traveling tech who was only there at certain times. I was also told there was a lot of prep for the ultrasound and my dog would probably be there for several hours. Neither me nor my husband could get away from work that early in the day. When I told the staff member this (and I was clearly frustrated) she added that a $250 charge would be assessed as a no show fee. The staff member was courteous, but didn't seem to have any interest in trying to solve the issue and with very bad timing added that I would be charged a $250 fee (which is in addition to the nearly $900 they charge for the ultrasound). I hate to post a bad review, but my experience with this office left me feeling like they are unorganized and the staff are not trained in scheduling and providing adequate instructions. Additionally, I felt the customer service is lacking. I told the staff member that charging me a cancellation fee for something that is completely outside my control was unacceptable. She told me it was not their fee, but charged by the ultrasound company and said I would have to take the matter up with their director. I felt like she just wanted to get me off the phone. She transferred me to a generic voicemail box, where I left a message and have not gotten a call back yet. If you are scheduling with this provider, I recommend double checking to make sure you are actually on the schedule and that you have all of the information about your appointment and procedure.

Update #2: Turns out Momo doesn't have Tritrichomonas, parasites, or any bacterial pathogens. Her…read morePCR came back completely negative. Imagine treating her with the maximum dose of metronidazole for absolutely no reason. Thankfully, I didn't blindly go along with it. If there is one takeaway from this entire ordeal, it's that as pet owners, we are our animals' only voice. Veterinary medicine requires professional expertise, but trust should never mean blind compliance - especially when something feels fundamentally off. Veterinarians are human. They make mistakes. Some can be inexperienced, insecure, or overzealous, and medical records can sometimes be written defensively rather than accurately reflecting what actually happened. If I had simply deferred to the white coat instead of doing my own research and trusting my instincts, Momo could have been subjected to unnecessary medication for an infection she never had, while her medical chart would falsely claim that I "declined" supportive care I was already actively providing. Trust your instincts. Keep your own records. Read the medications being prescribed. Verify the dosages. Ask questions. Push back when something doesn't add up. Being an attentive and vocal advocate for your cat isn't being "difficult." Sometimes, it's the only thing protecting them from unnecessary treatment. --- Update #1: After writing my original review, I requested copies of Momo's and Chloe's complete medical records on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. I was extremely upset when I reviewed Momo's chart and found multiple inaccuracies in a September 2, 2026 client communication note. The note contains several statements that do not match what actually happened. A detailed printed sheet had been provided to the staff at Momo's appointment documenting the timeline of her gastrointestinal issues, including when the diarrhea began, what food preceded the vomiting and diarrhea, how her symptoms progressed, her diet, and the supportive measures we had already tried. It documented that she was already receiving Proviable, and I had also added a handwritten note that morning that I had started Pro-Pectalin. Despite this, the record simply states that FortiFlora Pro was "offered and declined," without documenting that I declined it because Momo was already receiving Proviable and Pro-Pectalin. That omission leaves out important context and makes it sound as though I simply rejected supportive care, which is not what happened. There are also inaccuracies regarding the metronidazole conversation. The discussion about my previous cat's 100 mg dose was made by me, not my husband, and I specifically stated that my previous cat weighed 13 pounds. The note instead refers to a "previous 14 cat." More concerning, it states that I mentioned trying metronidazole over the phone "according to MA." I did not speak with that staff member that day. I spoke with another staff member who transferred me directly to the veterinarian. Neither my husband nor I requested or proposed starting metronidazole empirically over the phone. The note also states that we were told the medication could be discontinued if the testing came back negative. Neither my husband nor I were given that instruction during the call, despite both of us being present and engaged in the conversation. What bothers me most is that these aren't simply minor documentation errors. They concern who said what, what information was provided, what treatment was supposedly requested, and what instructions were supposedly given. I felt it was important to update my review because this discovery further contributed to my loss of confidence in the practice.
