Hilton is embracing technology when it comes to checking in, choosing your room and door keys! I was able to choose my room via the app and check in, bypassing the front desk and going straight to my room after a long day of travel. Mind you, I was acknowledged by the young man at the front desk and given a bottle water, which was very nice. A simple press of the button in the app and my door unlocked. It also allows you to hide your room number in the app for safety. The room and common areas were all neat and tidy. While I didn't need the kitchen area for my short stay, it would definitely be useful for longer stays! I loved the blackout curtain in tracks, which truly did blackout the room. Nice large coffee bar set up in lobby dining area with standard hotel breakfast items of waffles, cereal, fruit and some mediocre hot items like sausage and egg patty's. I prefer the scrambled eggs with bacon, biscuits & gravy and such, but it did the job and I wouldn't pass it up. The staff I came in contact with were all so friendly, if in Bend again, I'd definitely stay there! read more

Room was nice and clean, it has everything you need including a sitting area, office area/desk and kitchen. Everything is very streamlined. The only hiccup was as I checked in online, I chose room 436 and at the time of arriving my digital key was for 136 NOT 436 (which is the room I chose on line). I mean I always prefer the higher floors and when I asked, the front staff said nothing on the 4th floor was available. Bummer me! I do like the fact they have free EV charging and free breakfast from 6:30-9am. Our one night stay was $200+ with tax. Our room was huge with a refrigerator, kitchen , sofa etc. However, I found someone else's hair on a towel and small red stain on a face towel. Our central air wasn't working well. I set it to 74degF but it was 78degF most of the night. After getting off the elevator, there was no sign to direct us to the main lobby nor dining area. We had to walk down the hallway to find and turn around. The cleaning staff don't speak English, mostly Spanish. At breakfast, all tables are dirty. I had to clean my only table before sitting down. The hashbrown was soggy and sticky. I am not a fan with the complimentary breakfast area. The tv has only a limited number of Directv channels. read more

I don't normally stay at places this nice. But my brother booked it for my stay while visiting. Seriously. The room was in great. It had a kitchenette. With all the things. microwave, dishwasher, silverware and plates, dish soap, paper towels. It has a living room with couch and tv. Which came in handy in the morning while I was enjoying my coffee and watching the news while my wife slept in in the bedroom. On a comfy king sized bed. And there were plenty of outlets and usb ports for charging devices. The bathroom was spacious. It was a little weird not having a fan, but with everything the room did have that's alright. The staff interacted with were super friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is located next to a few restaurants, a Walgreens, and an auto parts store so anything you might need is near by. I like Home2 Hotels, but this one wasn't as nice as the one we stayed in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I guess I was spoiled staying at a brand new one in Cheyenne. This one was "Ok". Our room was nice and large. Had a kitchenette. Unfortunately, it wasn't as clean as I like. Stains in the carpet, refrigerator needed to be wiped down. Counter tops and one side wall needed to be wiped down. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were bad... it's as if they had the life fluff sucked out of them. Worthless pillows gave me a kink in my neck. Breakfast wasn't so great either. Only thing that was good were the eggs. Thats sad. The oatmeal in the cooker was dry and old. The cook didn't stock any new breakfast sandwiches. I saw him come out and see what needed to be re-stocked...but then he decided the sandwiches weren't that important and never made any more. Oh well.... I'll eat lunch somewhere else. Right now... I just need a chiropractor. read more

It needs to be cleaner. Hair in the bathroom and shower. Ewe!! No cooktop, pillows were horrible, even with 2, they were soo thin, you sunk to your mattress, ugghhh!! She said there were water bottles as we are Diamond Members, but there was none. No extra blankets, bedding was way too thin, so glad I had a blanket in the car. read more

$283 a night to face the view of a homeless camp. I spent roughly 150 nights a year at Hilton, it's absurd that this is the cheap hotel for the chain in Bend. Additionally the staff down stairs assured myself and other guest our 2 waters were in our rooms, they most certainly are not. I will be going back to spending $325 a night at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Mill District. At least my belongings in my car won't be eyed at by the homeless placed in a camp outside my window. read more

This is our 2nd time staying at a Home2 Suites.. and we were not disappointed. First of all, I love how I can use the Hilton app to check-in, get keyless entry & check-out. All without talking to the front desk! So convenient & modern! The hotel room was spacious & clean. Little kitchen area has a decent size fridge with a full size microwave & dishwasher. Impressive! The only thing I hated and made me take a star off is the bathroom door. It's farm door sliding style and it doesn't fully close! Also no lock so not much privacy. Why did they choose this design?! It makes no sense! Other than that, we loved it. Continental breakfast was great as well.. my toddler loved the fresh waffles. read more

Second time visiting beautiful Bend and first time staying at this hotel. I'm a Hilton loyalty member for many years and happy to say that it was a great experience. I spent a week at this location in November 2025. I was visiting a very dear friend who sadly was not as free to visit as I had hoped. However the hotel staff were so welcoming that I never felt alone. Melissa at the front desk is so well suited to being the face of Home2 Suites. Her nature is kind and caring and it was always a pleasure to chat about the area and get advice as to where I should eat etc. Jacob and Delaney were most kind and I enjoyed chatting with them both. So focused on the guest having an enjoyable visit. At all times during my stay I felt at home and that is rare. It was such a pleasure to arrive at a hotel and know within the first couple of hours that I felt comfortable and any minor issues would be addressed immediately. This was certainly my experience. In fact every staff member I met was ideally suited to their job. Courteous, polite, respectful and most considerate. A hotel that Hilton should consider ideal to set the bar. This hotel has it right. Thank you to all the staff who made my experience so positive and made way for a great trip and memories to cherish. read more

We have stayed at home to Suites before and the brand is pretty much on target all the time good pool that's heated great breakfast with some little mini omelets or mini souffles. and hot oatmeal other offerings. This time was so different than the rest. We went to the breakfast bar the first day and I noticed it was just flat eggs that were pretty cold there was bacon and there was sausage and the other usual things it was possible. But the last day there was only encrusted oatmeal at the bottom that you couldn't eat no bacon few eggs the refrigerator was mostly empty no milk and the Machine that dispenses the batter for the waffles was not in place instead there was a picher that you would pour out of there were only two cups for the batter so I assumed they were using the picture instead and I wondered how is that picture staying to temperature if it is not in the machine? I went to pour the batter out and the lid came off onto the machine and the man who was running the kitchen came over and screamed at me in front of everyone that I was going to burn the hotel down... That this had happened before last year and they nearly burned the hotel down. My question would be why are you using this method if it's that dangerous? Then we went to the area where you put your dishes away and it clearly says leave dishes here with a picture of a dish there was no bucket like there have been the days before so we just left them sitting there on the counter so they can be placed in the bucket when it arrived again the man came running out and screamed at my husband for putting them in a place other than where he wanted them. Being screamed at two times in a row during breakfast set my stomach and nuts and upset me terribly. Multiple people begin to come up and complain that there was no hot water this had happened every day that we were there you would go to get a shower in the morning and there was no hot water each day it was explained that the hot water heater couldn't handle the number of guests and we should learn to take showers at night there was also no heat in the pool and so the use of the pool was not in amenity we could use when I complained about that I was told it's only been out one day but my husband tried to to swim multiple days and was unable to because it was so cold and my husband doesn't mind cold water so it must have been frigid. the woman behind the desk who it turns out later I found out was the manager could not assist me with the gentleman who have been yelling at me she told me she could leave a note for the general manager yet she is a manager and couldn't go over and correct his behavior that's unacceptable a gentleman came up and asked for a partial refund because he had not been able to shower and he had been going through it shower elsewhere for a week and he was told every day that this was just today that the water heater was out she said well I can offer you $200 or points and he said that you took up to more than $200 of my time how many points. She said I don't know and then was surprised when he wouldn't take that offer. I have had better breakfast in amenities at Motel 6 Chains if you are looking for a hotel that is on Hilton brand this is not the one. My previous review was five stars for the same Hotel clearly it has gone downhill. Steer away and find a Marriott. read more

I was on my way to Montana from California, and as a Hilton Honors member, I chose to stay in all Hilton properties along the way. This was my first stop, and my first time in a Home2 Suites property. Overall, I was delighted by this place, and was so glad I chose it for my first stop on my road trip with my 82 year old father. I highly recommend this property, but here are some thoughts as you consider it. Pro's - This place is super dog friendly, I was immediately impressed. The room was more spacious than I was expecting. It had a sitting area with a couch, two queen beds and a little kitchen area with a proper fridge and freezer. While it didn't have a dining table, it had a mobile desk table you could move around the room. The little touches they added were awesome. They had bedside tables on both sides of the beds, lots of plugs everywhere, they had this curtain you could pull to close off the couch area from the beds if you wanted, and the bathroom was spacious and the shower was a walk in so safe for my senior father. The amount of storage in the room was insanely good. Also, they had a good breakfast and trays for you to take back to your room if you need/want, which was helpful for me since my Dad isn't super mobile. The food at the breakfast was decent, enough options for your average American, but not super healthy stuff. My dad loved the biscuits and gravy and I had a banana and English muffin. Con's - location is not super convenient from the freeway, but nothing terrible. The elevators are located at the back of the property, which was strange. For my dad who uses oxygen and struggles to walk distances, this was a bit of a challenge at first, until I realized there was a door at the back I could park the car near to make it easier for him. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I would absolutely stay here again if I was coming through the area. The Mexican restaurant next door was super convenient for dinner after a long drive. Food was really pretty good for classic American/Mexican sit down dining. read more

I personally love the Home2Suites I'm a truck Driver and stay at several hotels all across the country. I absolutely recommend the one in Bend, Oregon. I have been here several times but last night there was a group of very rude and obnoxious children running through out the hallways and when I notified Maria the manager she was right on top of it she politely asked them to calm down whereas the adults started to yell at her and caused a huge scene I felt so bad for Her Those people were obnoxious and I hope she never has to deal with them again! Like I said I love this hotel it's like a home away from home for me I highly recommend it!! read more

The suite layout and overall accommodations are nice, but.... Monday afternoon, wife and i were lounging on the couch when someone, *** unannounced *** walks into our room. We didn't see them, but then chased after whoever it was. They described themselves as maintenance who didn't expect the room to be occupied. We then called front desk, who explained it as maintenance got the wrong room.....We then called corporate, who then said to talk to the General manager of the hotel and upon transferring us it went to a dead end and hung up I would recommended a place of business that is a bit more aware of what's going on with their staff, or where the staff are a bit more cognizant before entering a customers private room...like knocking...or getting the right room???? There's also no room service unless requested at this site, so there's really no reason for any of their staff to enter unless requested or i would expect with some amount of warning (i.e. a knock). read more

While visiting family in Bend my wife broke her wrist and had to have it repaired surgically. So, we needed a place to stay close to Cascade Surgical Center and chose Home2 Suites. It was a good decision. Spacious suite with great bed and a couch that my wife uses to test and support her arm. Laundry facilities and a good fitness center too. The room has a real kitchen as well! Most of all friendly and helpful staff. They even had a wheelchair for her to use when she returned from surgery and couldn't walk safely. Also a really nice breakfast with eggs, today, bacon, sausage and waffles. There are a few problems: on the 3rd floor it takes 3 or 4 minutes running water for the hot water to arrive. And there water pressure is sometimes kinda low. And the coffee cup handles look cute but when you pick up there cup it presses your bottom finger against the HOT cup. And no soup spoons either. Our room now has 2 that we will leave. I do hope that they can fix the water opportunities. All things considered this place is a real find. Highly recommended! read more

Excellent hotel from every standpoint: clean, pristine, responsive, and spacious. The pool is heated, the gym is well maintained and the coffee always hot at the guest service area. I was here for a brief conference and one of the managers- Dorothy, was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. Seems the Hilton group has"exchanged" its captive Guests' eyeballs with a "contract" for Direct TV and it's copious, repetitive Ads! We got our room at a great price - hence 5 stars for the price. This hotel is 1 month old - everything is new and looks great! Heated pool is the best. They also have a gym, self haul off luggage, and location is good (15-30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor). There's also free breakfast from 6:30-9:30am I believe; it's also self serve and includes boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bananas and orange and apples, cereal, a waffle maker to make your own waffles, toast, peanut butter and jelly, hot water, and coffee. Hotel room is good for up to 4 people. They do allow service dogs in - my sister had another room and there were dog hairs everywhere. read more

The hotel is clean and the staff is the friendliest, kindest and most professional that I have encountered in my travels. I travel a lot for work so I stay in many hotels!! The staff has been fantastic!! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the breakfast wasn't as good as others I've had. Today was the first time I actually saw eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy! If I'd had today's options consistently then it would be a 5!! Usually it's a sausage biscuit, the premade omelets and maybe/maybe not oatmeal (which is my go to). I ate before I returned to the hotel this morning so the day they had the sausage patties and actual fried eggs, I wasn't hungry. ‍ I will definitely stay here again due to the staff!! If they have breakfast options I like, I'll get enough for the following day and reheat it! They did have the oatmeal packets. The only day I saw actual oatmeal was my first day here. If you like biscuits, gravy and the premade omelets then you're set!! They also have waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, bananas, apples, yogurt, toast so there's a variety. I just prefer the scrambled eggs with bacon and/or sausage. Definitely only a matter of preference. The staff, however, makes up for it!! They are a drawing card for me, along with the cleanliness. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable! (Also, the pool is indoors!! They have a nice gym and laundry facilities as well!! Forgot to mention those!) read more

The hotel is unable to perform basic functions that any hotel should be able to complete. They keep sending me a statement that says "Balance $0.00" but provides no indication of how much they charged me, because their "System is Down". I asked for a receipt half a dozen times over the past month so I could get reimbursed from work. Systems go down, I get it. However, if it lasts more than a month your system isn't down, it's broken. The front door was also broken and you had to pick up the phone and call the front desk just to get in. True to form, the potatoes they put out for breakfast were still frozen. I have stayed in countless hotels over my 20 year career. This is the first one that couldn't produce a receipt. Unless you have hours to spare trying to chase down a receipt and prefer your breakfast potatoes frozen, don't stay at this place. read more

The room was very nice, but since dogs have been accepted by Hilton brands, these hotels are not as pleasing. Home2 Suites-Bend had lots of dogs and kids, we had dogs and/or kids in the room above us and lots of banging and noise until late. The 1st night we got a call from the front desk right after we checked in about 10:00 pm. Someone next to us complained about a banging noise and constant noise, so the front desk had to call the neighbors because of procedure. We only had the tv on and it was not loud, but was still not a pleasant phone call to get. Would recommend they go back to not allowing pets!!! read more

This hotel is awesome. Extended my stay one night to take advantage of the many amenities. Putting a full kitchen into a standard hotel room is brilliant. So great to have a full sized freezer for our cooler ice. Didn't get a lesser quality room just because we brought our pup. Crazy clean. Rooms are very well appointed. Appreciate that Hilton is using full-sized shampoo, etc. rather than wasting so much plastic on small toiletries bottles. Nice amenity with a lotion bottle on the wall. Lots of hot water on the 4th floor. Could not hear neighbors, which is rare. Worked for two days, and loved the various desk options for individual comfort. Ended up using the pull-out table rather than the built-in, but customed the layout to an "L-shape" work space. Internet worked smoothly and reliably. Under-counter lighting would be good thought. Gym has all the necessary equipment and 3 treadmills. Could use a floor fan. Staff is awesome - clearly understaffed at the front desk like so many places, but even though they work many hours, they were always super friendly and helpful. If concerned that this hotel is too far from the center of Bend, it's less than 15 minutes. Took advantage of a Whole Foods, Walgreens, and Office Depot (for a laptop emergency) all less than 5 minutes away (Safeway, Costco, famed Bend Worthy Brewery all within 5 minutes). You can access Hwy 97 to Mt. Bachelor using the back road (27th south to Baker Road to 97). No lights or traffic. At least 3 dog parks within 15 minutes (Blue Sky, Hollinshead, Pine Nursery). Excellent value because it's not in Bend central. Highly recommend. read more

Beautiful place to stay. The staff works hard, and I wish the guests would see that and take the time to drop their trash in the garbage cans instead of outside their doors. The staff here are kind and welcoming and always saying hello as you walk in as well as making sure there is always fresh hot coffee and creamers stocked. Breakfast is quite decent each morning and occasionally gets changed up, but really thanks for biscuits and gravy friday-Sunday! Rooms are clean and ready to stay and no bed bugs. I've had no issues aside from loud people above me but that was dealt with right away. I've been here almost 1 month while working out of town and honestly it's top of my book for accommodations. Trust me I stayed using my points elsewhere in Washington state to visit my I'll father and I was ready to return here. Downside is pool isn't useable yet but fire pit is! Keep up great work to team here even though you are short staffed! read more

Everything looks clean and the rooms are well appointed with plenty of space for your things, full sized fridge, dishwasher, more modern microwave and layout, etc. My major complaint was regarding the pool. We don't have a pool at our house like many others that reside in Oregon. When we are able to go on vacation, booking a hotel with a pool is a must. So what's the problem? The entire week at this hotel and the pool heater is broken!! The hotel is only 4 months old so that is not something I was expecting in the least! I called ahead of time to ensure the pool and breakfast were open/operating due to covid and I was told they both were. Then to arrive and find FRIGID water in the pool just sucked! I happened to strike up a convo with a fellow hotel guest as I was working out. She said she has been staying here for 2 months and the pool heater has had issues since she arrived. read more
