It's 2 am and I just had to get up and write this review because I have been rolling around and feeling like I am trying to sleep in a damn canoe They are cheap beds and because of this my son and I could not sleep. It's those kind of beds where you feel the edge of the bed dip as if it feels uneven, you know where you feel it's not level and tipping down at an angle on its sides. It's one of those beds where it's not only stiff and shaky but because it's so stiff, your head tilts up on your pillow because thee is no give in the bed. It's like putting a pillow on Fred Flintstone's bed only it shakes and feels uneven. He had an 8am soccer game for a big tournament and we could not sleep on these cheap ass beds. Not cool when you come to a hotel and the most important function when you are away from home is sleep and you can't get any. This is piss poor execution and taking shortcuts on their furniture. Pisses me off coming here..

The Watershed Hotel was the perfect spot! Our stylish, immaculate room overlooked the Sheboygan River. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and spotless with an airy lobby where a continental breakfast is available each morning. The hotel staff--led by GM Bailey--is friendly and helpful. Sheboygan's not large and the Watershed is just a few minutes from the town's historical downtown. We're looking forward to returning to Sheboygan and another stay at the WH!

At all. The room itself was ok. No tissues, no phone, one single deadbolt lock. The worst was the layout of the step-in shower. In a bold move the designers thought it was a good idea to have just one side of the shower door open so when you turn on the water you can't help but get soaked. Even if you hold the detachable shower head you have to let it go at some point so you can get out and let the water warm up. When you do, it flies around like a garden hose. I got soaked. Ridiculous. I checked out a day early. I was out of patience. Even at $120/night. I'll pass next time.

We have been to the hotel before to eat at some of the restaurants, but staying was a whole different experience, truly 5 stars. This is a great place to celebrate any special occasion, they make you feel so special from the moment you walk in. The front desk went over all the amazing amenities the hotel has to offer, and we were even able to check in early, which was so nice. It gave us time to get refreshed before heading out to explore. The hotel is large and feel like you could easily get lost in the halls. The library area has little bits of history throughout, and the hotel even hosts a historic hotel tour if you're interested in learning more. Each room has its own little touch of history too, which I loved. We stayed in a Superior King Room and it had a great amount of space and a plush king bed, a beautiful bathroom with a double vanity, whirlpool tub, and a large shower, plus a wet bar area, plush robes... the list goes on. They even had a large coffee table book with Kohler Company history and vintage Kohler advertisements, which was such a fun decor touch. The turndown service was the cherry on top! They left me a thoughtful birthday note and go our room ready for a us, a nice luxury touch! The shuttle service is so nice to explore just about anything and there are so many amenities we didn't take advantage of like the morning yoga or gym. I cant stop recommending a stay here if you can make it work, its a luxury experience. Throughout our stay we explored the hotel and the different courtyards, restaurants, and the Kohler area and we cant wait to be back!

After staying for the weekend, we honestly felt like we had wasted decades of travel without experiencing the wonder of this place. Rooms: We were very impressed with the size, quality, and amenities of our room. Plush beds with plenty of pillows. An HVAC system that was very responsive. Several chairs for easy and comfortable sitting. A nice-sized TV with remotes that actually work, and a good selection of streaming options. The bathroom and shower plumbing alone are enough to spoil anyone who uses it. I can't say enough about how comfortable the room was. Service: The entire place excels at truly over-the-top service. We arrived to check in and were given free valet parking. There are shuttles available to and from any of the Kohler properties. The reception staff did a great job checking us in and even provided a special mocktail to welcome us. The room staff went far beyond just cleaning and refreshing the room. They actually folded and organized clothes I had left in different spots. The nightly turndown service was wonderful, complete with samples of Kohler Chocolates. Location: Located in Kohler, just a short drive to Sheboygan. You get the best of both rural and city amenities. We never felt like we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed the entire weekend and will definitely put this place on our yearly travel rotation. They also have plenty of dining options, which will each get their own separate reviews.

Disgusting. This was my first stay at a Wyndham hotel, and will be my last…read more Where do I start, at the beginning. I checked in and the front desk person was REALLY nice. Got in the room, and it was awful. Smelled like pets had been sleeping there. Many pets. Like dog crap. The carpet was filthy and stained. But everything else was sold out, so I headed to Meijer and bought $50 worth of febreeze, deoderizers, air fresheners, and towels to lay on the filthy carpet. I spent an hour cleaning and unpacking, and got ready for bed. Then the unattended dog in the room across the hall started barking, and would not stop. This is apparently against hotel policy, but the owners had left it alone, and it would not stop. So they offered to move me to another room. Another 30 minutes of repacking and moving and I arrive in room #2. There is a dehumidifier in the middle of the floor, not running because the tank was full. I emptied the tank and it started running. This room smelled much better because it had an ultra-strong plug in air freshener. Burned your nose it was so strong. So maybe "different" is a better word to use. I unplugged it and threw in in the hall. The bed was fine, but the pillows had weird stains - blood? Good think I brought my own pillows.... The carpet was better, but I still didn't trust it so the towels went back down. The bathroom sink only produced a trickle of water. Shower was fine, but the curtain was mounted so far into the tub that you couldn't actually take a shower with the curtain closed, so I just didn't use it and let the water go everywhere. There were disgusting weird black stains in the toilet. The floor by the sink was always wet, but nothing was leaking. The roof? The walls? That's probably why there was a dehumidifier. Hardly any plugs so I bought extension cords. Breakfast looked OK though I never ate it. The hotel is being "remodeled" and as a result the hallways looked like you were in Beirut. Great location and plenty of parking. Seems to me that the staff is trying hard, but the ownership has let this place go to hell. Any positive review must be left by the hotel itself because there is no way that this place is acceptable unless your previous home is a flophouse. Never again.
