Unfortunately, my experience with the staff and overall communication was very disappointing. On the day of my arrival, I called the hotel around 3 PM to inform them that due to significant flight delays, I would not be arriving until approximately 2 AM the following morning. I was reassured on the phone that this would not be an issue. However, when I arrived at 2 AM, I was told by the front desk staff, "good thing we checked you in otherwise we would have cancelled you," and they seemed completely unaware of my earlier call. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially after I had made an effort to notify the hotel in advance. During that same interaction, I asked about a late checkout due to my delayed arrival and was told it would be "no problem." The next morning, however, I was abruptly woken up by front desk staff pounding on my door. When I explained that I had been granted a late checkout, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told they "don't do late checkout," then given only 15 minutes to vacate the room. I understand that miscommunication can happen, but the inconsistency in information and the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and discourteous. A more coordinated approach among staff and a greater level of respect when addressing guest concerns would significantly improve the experience. While the room itself was perfectly fine, the service issues made the overall stay much less enjoyable. I hope management takes steps to improve internal communication and customer service moving forward.

She told us to turn the shower on as soon as we got to the room. I thought that was odd, but it was late and I didn't want to argue. The elevator door took four tries to get closed but we finally made it to the second floor. We let that shower run for 40 minutes and it was colder at the end than when we started. So three very unhappy guests took three very cold showers. Then at breakfast the waffle maker didn't work, the apple juice looked and tasted like water and the coffee a had black slimy substance come out of the machine with the liquid. When I turned my cards in at the desk to check out, I told the attendant how displeased we were. He just smiled and stared at me. I am a Choice Privileges member but have quickly learned that those hotels should be avoided at all costs. I will be looking elsewhere for my future stays. You get what you pay for. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!

In the chaos and grieving we didnt get online to cancel until the window had expired. When I called, the older lady who answered was so compassionate and understanding. I cant say enough how refreshing it is to encounter a business that still considers empathy and humanity important. We are so very grateful for their thoughtfulness. Shortly after arriving to our room, maintenence arrived to switch out our bed, "knock, knock, enter"...were naked and undressed!!! Front desk NEVER mentioned this. In addition to this mishap, (with no apologies yet), we found that everything was unplugged (realized when phone didn't charge), we received 2 towels, face and hand towels for a 3 night stay, there was no iron, 1 questionable pan w/o a lid and even more questionable cooking utensils. Finally decided to call the front desk but...THE PHONE DOESN'T WORK so I used my cell to call and was told he needed an hour or so to find one and then I could call back to see and come to the front desk to pick it up... I also shared with him everything else and he said he'd note my room and maintenence would come in the morning and morning staff would contact me.... yeah nothing. Went to the front desk and received a plethora of excuses but no assurance that my room was cleaned and prepared for a guest arrival. Needless to say I am not confident that it was. One excuse I was given concerning the pans was that I should check the dishwasher because Housekeeping sometimes runs it again....so when I got back to my room... I did just that and I found a dirty cutting board and wine glass.... no pots and definitely not clean dishes. Also the bed is not comfy and the pillows are a joke AND TV is not smart, no cable and you cannot stream to it..... finally make sure you buy wood for the fireplace...another thing they didn't mention. I always enjoy staying at hotels because one of the benefits is the comfortable bed and pillows.... not the case here. I would not recommend and definitely wouldn't stay again.

We immediately turned it down and hours later before we fell asleep it had only gone down one degree after already going up a degree. There were no extra pillows for the pull out where our kids were sleeping the hotel said they were out. They were also out of hand soap and only had given us 2 body towels. When we asked for more of those because there was 4 of us they were out of those also. The bathroom had random hairs all over the place- the floor, the shower floor, shower ceiling etc. the water pressure was low and when you turned on the tub and shower the faucet was pulling out of the wall. There was no light in the sink area so we had to borrow a lamp from another area in the room. The television was old and the remote barely worked. The room had a kitchenette which was nice and the front desk had complimentary coffee and pre bagged breakfast to go. I would never stay here again because I mainly didn't feel like it was a very clean place but the staff was nice.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very nice. I stayed in a room on the 8th floor near the Executive Lounge (815 perhaps?). The executive lounge was very nice and offered a good selection of hot and cold breakfast food in the morning. It also had a really nice, large patio with a great view. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern, however the air flow in the room wasn't the best, which I think caused the room to have a stale/mildew oder. I smelled it constantly while in the room, even while I tried to sleep and as soon as I woke up in the morning. I should have asked to be moved to a different room, but I opted not to, thinking that every other room in the hotel might smell that way. I asked 2 colleagues also staying there for a work trip we were all on, if they also had the smell in their rooms and they both said no. I think it was just my room, and also maybe tied to the A/C fan not being at full blast when I tried to adjust it. Still, this was a very nice, updated, and clean hotel and I would stay here again, just not in room 815.
