This place is clean, accessible, and very spacious. If I were to provide some feedback, I recommend that any customers, planning to use their laundry service, must plan ahead. There's always a line-up. I like this place because they keep the place clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew! Thank you. Their breakfast is also good. I like the variety of toppings for the yogurt and oatmeal. I have never been to a hotel that offers a yogurt dispenser like they do. Their warm food is nothing special, they could use a food warmer for this, but they don't. My kids love the waffle and whipped cream. I also like that they have fresh fruits. Overall, they have a great breakfast offering. But be careful with some of their front desk personnel. They are not familiar with all aspects of the inner workings of the hotel and they hallucinate (like an AI algorithm)- they make things up just to have a response. So double check what they say. Hilton as a whole is not a good property for people with status. What I'm saying is, it's not worth it earning or maintaining status with Hilton Honors, there's no real benefit. I have never been granted a late check-out request. I don't really get anything extra or special for being a member. read more

The rooms are huge. I am disabled & in a room for people with disabilities. The bed is placed as far away from the bathroom as possible! They need to switch the position of the bed & the love seat (which is next to the bathroom) ! Why don't hotels consult with people with disabilities when they set up their rooms? It makes no sense! This is a newer property brought online Summer of 2018. Home2 Suites is a relatively fresh concept by Hilton. I've stayed in one before and it was a good experience. Keep in mind GPS may have issue. My Uber took me to a lot one mile away. Switched to Waze and all good. The location was the draw since they are 2.5 miles from Gillette Stadium and I was attending a concert. Parking is plentiful in front and even in the rear of property. Overall the lot, walks and patio were clean. However, cigarette butts was in their fresh mulch. Easy solution to pull a cigarette butt receptacle to the entry, there is one in a corner by the front patio. Check-in was around 3 AM, I had ordered a digital key and went straight to the room. No issues with access and the room was fresh. We did later notice a couple items and alerted staff who immediately fixed them. An ink pen and pad would be nice and missing. The bed, pillows and sheets all clean and my rest was comfortable. The lobby/breakfast area has a couple of computers that can be used by guest. The large couch has plug ins which is a great idea. The space is brightly lit by nearby exterior windows. They have a pantry and toiletries area by front desk. My daughter and I enjoyed their free breakfast offered until 930 on weekdays. It's limited, but when you have waffles I think your good to go. Fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal was on the bar. Various juices too! Coffee and water is across the way on another wall. I found the coffee to darn good. I love that real China and glassware is used. Plastic utensils a disappointment, but I did see metal spoons. The front desk and management during my stay was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. At one point even assisting me with a Hilton Boston property and unique situation of stowing a bag for the day before flying out. The GM introduced herself while at breakfast when she heard I had a concern in my room. I discussed a few items that I thought could use improvement, but was overall happy with the property. She was extremely receptive. My daughter and I used the fitness center which offers treadmills, elliptical, free weights and exercise balls. The area was clean. Tv's are a nice touch. Cleaning supplies are on hand and guest should use. One suggestion is a sign for young children to be accompanied by adults. There were several kids playing on equipment. The pool and rear patio was not used. But I did scope it out. A few children were enjoying. There is no lifeguard on duty and the door must be accessed by room key. Parents must watch your non swimming kids. It was nice to see a restroom off the pool deck. However, everything metal was rusted. Since it's so close to chlorine this needs daily attention or it will get worse. Not a smart idea using metal. All worked, but no tissues were empty. The back patio offers high end gas Weber grills. There are tables and chairs and no canopy from elements. A nice place to have a gathering. It's was disappointing to see that the newer grills were rusting because covers I saw on the ground are not utilized. Maintenance should ensure they are put on daily and cleaned when necessary. After learning the GM is new and they currently have a staff of one maintenance person I see room for improvement. The nice female GM agreed. If they want to keep a new property nice they need to step it up with maintenance staff. I would stay here again and really appreciate the staff that went out of there way to ensure my stay was perfect. 3.5 rounding up. read more

Initially I stayed at this hotel by accident because I was in Walpole and could not find a place available. That was two years ago. Since than I've been here maybe 15 times and what a wonderful experience every single time has been. Jeremy the assistant manager has been so helpful I cannot say how much. Rob the manager always on site, always ready to help. The room is meticulously cared for prior to my arrival. If I need to stay a little extra time they work it out for me if I need to come in a little bit extra early, they work it out for me. The breakfast buffet it's so much fun with waffles and eggs and egg sandwiches and oatmeal etc. I truly know why this is called Home2 suites because it is my home number 2. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh and almost forgot they are so dog friendly that they treat my dogs like their own... Such a wonderful place. read more

We are staying here for a Metallica concert. We were greeted late at night, we felt so welcome. The staff are prompting, attentive and helpful. I needed fresh towels, it was delivered upon request. I needed a straw, viola, they were able to provide it to me. I had to increase my days of stay due to a terrible storm and they accommodated me. I will stay here again bc the staff were are top notch, the rooms are fantastic-- mimics a mini apartment kitchen, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker w supplies, glass cups, plats and bowls. I've stayed here a few times now. Each time gets worse and worse. The hotel is beautiful and the maids do a wonderful job! Samantha at the front desk treated us wonderfully (these are the only reasons I am not giving 1 star). To me, this is an upscale hotel. I expect the staff to be at least somewhat respectful (none of this applies to Samantha, as she was kind, respectful, personable, and empathetic). Most of this situation started with Jeremy telling us that we could only stay on the first floor with a pet- we thought this must be a new policy. We had requested the fourth floor. Not a huge deal at the time- though last time we had someone upstairs which sounded like they were tossing bowling balls on the floor. First night there was someone who sounded like they jumped or fell off the bed. The stomping continued late, but we didn't mention anything till the third night. We called the front desk, who said they would call upstairs. It quieted down mostly that night. We didn't want to bother the staff on xmas, but the loud noise above us continued. We waited to tell the front desk until after the holiday weekend. Samantha had told us the person had been an issue for some time now and has had multiple complaints. She was going to talk to the manager, saying if there was another complaint the person would likely have to be kicked out. We really didn't want anyone kicked out, but this person would not quiet down. There was pacing and furniture moving throughout the night until 3am most nights. It wasn't that someone was just walking above us. The walls were shaking and it felt like an earthquake. We talked to the front desk again the next day. We were not able to sleep for most of the week. We were supposed to be enjoying vacation. Later that night in the room we heard stomping again. Before dinner I spoke with Meghan and she said no one had been in the room since 4pm the day before. We had been up all night with the stomping, so it sounds like this person was avoiding the phone. Meghan did not care that we hadn't slept all week because of this person. She was very short with me. After dinner my partner tried to speak with Meghan, and she told him a totally different story, lying to one or both of us. She treated him very rudely. He was obviously very upset by the situation but she only made it worse. We both requested to change rooms. After my partner spoke with Meghan she locked him out of our room. Thankfully I was already in the old room packing our things and the dog. That night was quiet. The next night we had a family with an adult autistic child and one or two barking dogs. This person was throwing a fit next door (I totally understand- new situations can trigger this sort of thing). This man was pounding on floors and walls. We waited to see if the situation would settle. The man's parents started screaming at him, only making the situation escalate more. My partner called the front desk. Meghan picked up. She told us to have some sympathy and hung up on us. We were calling mostly because their screaming at him was unsettling. Meghan really ruined our stay because of her rude behavior and treatment of us. We had enjoyed this hotel in the past. This is a nice hotel and I expect just a very basic level of decency from the hotel staff. read more

This is a nice, clean, well kept hotel in close proximity to Gillette stadium. However, one big con of this place is how thin the walls are!! Now I could have just been extremely unlucky with the fact that my upstairs neighbor sounded like they were throwing a rager, but I feel like sound carries really far here. The good thing is that the hotel was responsive-I called to complain (it was almost midnight and I had an important early morning event the following day) and after I called the noise significantly improved and the front desk called to follow up which I really appreciated. Unfortunately that was the only positive interaction we had with the staff. I found most of them to be unfriendly and a little lazy. They have a nice little hospitality station in the lobby for all hours coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Sometimes the coffee is cold in the morning so if you're looking for a hot cup in the very early morning make it in your room. They also serve complimentary breakfast every morning 630-930am on weekdays and 7-10am on weekends. read more

Mice!!!!!!!!!!!! I was traveling for work for 2 weeks and all was going well. Then 3 nights before I leave I am laying in bed, watching tv, and I see a tiny blue in the corner if my eye. So I focus my attention on it and it was 2 mice collaborating a plan to take me down and steal my belongings. How long were these mice plotting? Have they been with me this entire trip and they just now exposed themselves making a ballsy attempt on my life? I don't now know these answers. I immediately pack my bags and go to the front desk and told them there are mice in my room on the second floor. Their response you ask, "oh geez, well let me put you in another one." That is it. I complained to corporate, nothing. Like they're ignoring the situation and I know damn well if there are mice in my room on the second floor, that they have many friends everywhere. So do not stay here on your visits. Stay anywhere else but here. These are not friendly rodents, the look in their eyes, cold, lifeless, killer eyes. read more

This is actually the wife and I's second time staying here....actually on a short staycation here now. The place is nothing short of nice...cozy and settled off of Boston Providence Hwy in Walpole just a mile or so from Patriots Place/Gillette Stadium. From the very friendly welcome by the concierge...coffee and ice cold water always flowing...rooms with one of the best showers..crystal clear television offering plenty of channels to the addictive bed! Comfort at its best! It stays quiet...even while on a holiday and I love to catch a swim when we stay (at this location be sure to stop at the front desk to sign up...per the towns Fire Department) you can nolonger just swipe your key to enter the pool.. The free breakfast offerings are a plenty! From premade omelets to breakfast sandwiches to oatmeal (really good!) to the "build your own" waffle station. Be sure to get there early though. I refuse to blame the staff or establishment for anything whatsoever... As for the weary traveler... Unfortunately with every good thing there is almost always a bad element that will try to come and ruin it.. For the younger millennials and parents with small kids I must say this...although we live in a world where people believe "its all about me" .....you might want to leave that disgusting selfish attitude at home or stay across the street at the motel. This place is wonderful! Just sucks that the " times they are a changing " and common respect and decorum bettween youth and adults is basically flying the coop. What is also embarrassing is when your people that are always targeted in the first place are the ones making the mess in this instance... Very sad.... We were lucky enough to stay in room 433. What we were not told is that the buildings air conditioning unit is directly above the room and sounds like someone has a subwoofer outside the wall constantly. Since we booked with a third party we were told we couldn't move rooms. And the front desk told us "they'll investigate the noise" When brought up to a new front desk agent the next morning, they told us exactly what it was. This was the worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel is actually beautiful and clean. Just a real disappointment the way we were treated for the price we paid. read more

The worst experience ever! We checked in and went to our room. The room smells. The tub was disgusting. I called front desk to notify the tub was gross. They offered to switch rooms. But never gave us further directions. We kept waiting for them thinking they'll need to get another room ready. We waited and ended up falling asleep. They later said they were waiting for us. They don't know how to communicate. So I asked if they could just clean the tub in the morning and they said they'll do that first thing in the morning. After breakfast, I had to ask again for them to clean the tub. The manager (Melissa F) comes up to inspect the tub with her team and they say it's normal wear and tear! There's hair in the tub, and dirt from someone else taking a shower. I told them I don't feel comfortable taking a shower in there and neither would they. The manager finally sent someone to clean the tub. But I think it's ridiculous that they called dirt and hair in the tub wear and tear! We're Hilton honors members as well. Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this place! Rude employees. Rude staff. Horrible service. Only nice person was the African American gentleman. Also the manager not once apologized for the tub being disgusting. All they kept saying is that we offered to give you guys another room but no one came downstairs. They need to learn to accept fault when the fault is theirs. read more

I stay here every week. The staff knows me for the most part always a good experience - the few times I've had an issue it was handled immediately and professionally. Rooms are clean and nice spot. Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is I am a woman who travels alone each week and do NOT like the fact I need to come fully in room and let door close behind me before I can reach a light switch and I always check in late. Customer service at first tried to charge me an extra fee when I was checking in but when another person stepped in they didn't end up charging me anything.
