We stayed at the Sheraton Four Points recently while visiting relatives in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by quality and cleanliness of the hotel. We arrived and the lobby was festive and decorated for the World Cup. The staff at the check in counter were super friendly. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. There were plenty of of outlets on both sides of the bed night stands for my wife and I to charge our devices over night. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced for the quality with omelettes made to order and freshly made fruit smoothies as well as the normal breakfast buffet items. The breakfast staff were attentive and made sure your coffee was topped off with a fresh table carafe. The pool area and hot tub were excellent, clean and modern. We will definitely be staying here again next time when visiting relatives or attending a Pats game. The bonus was the on-site restaurant "One Bistro" which was also awesome. read more

Lynda and Ryan , chefs kiss! 5 stars, should be more, alas this is the top of the heap. my only other experience at a 4 points was in newburg, you can read that yelp, its kinda scary/funny, none of that here at all. loved every moment, thanks for the purity suite! the pool/hot tub was great, (you need wristbands!) and the facilities were also top notch. the restaurant on site could use a push, ill yelp that later, but for my vacancy needs, look no further then four points! i know if i am back in the area, they are continuing to get my loyalty. rest up and never miss a sunday show read more

I spent three days here for a conference. This review is mostly for Zachariah's Restaurant (one of the restaurants in the hotel). This restaurant is used for large groups attending conferences here. The food and snacks for the three day conference was top notch. The staff was excellent. I was really impressed at the quality of the foods -- they do such a great job here. Usually buffet food is ....hit or miss. This was a definitely a "hit." Nice work to the staff and management! read more

Stayed here after a Red Sox's game. Check in was pretty easy. The hotel Is huge so be sure you take the right elevator. We were told to take the Gold elevators. The room was pretty basic. Large compared to other rooms in the area. The decor was dark and a bit depressing. We got the continental breakfast but the choices weren't great. We were a bit surprised since it's a catering hotel. The breakfast was buffet style but the staff served the coffee and cream. Lots of wait staff but nobody to get refills. Wish they had healthier options on the breakfast buffet and other milk alternatives. Seemed like a place from the 90's. Ok for one night. They did have a nice indoor pool. read more

This is a review of the conference center at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, not of the rooms or stay in the hotel. I spent the day here yesterday for the MAOT conference and was very impressed with the facility. The food options for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks were delicious. All of the employees were friendly and really helped the day to run smoothly. The presentation rooms had technology that worked well and the seating arrangements were comfortable. The location is convenient and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby to grab dinner on your way home! The facility was clean. This hotel is beautiful, there is a nice restaurant I didnt get to dine at but maybe next time. My sister was staying here while in town for work. They have such comfy beds and beautiful decor. I got to talking to one of their employees Tatyana, she is a lifeguard at the pool. Such a sweet girl, she was so cheery and optimistic. It was refreshing to see such a young, sweet person in this environment. All the staff that I encountered were super nice, they greet you as they walk by and are all so kind. They must take they staffing seriously there. read more

This is an excellent hotel with outstanding service. We stayed here for a week and the front desk personnel, especially Joseph, were super attentive and even remembered our names. Parking is ample and there are many areas to sit and talk, or eat. The rooms were clean and quiet. I don't travel all that much, but enough that I can recognize great service when I receive it. So many hotels these days have cut back on staff to save a buck. My wife and I were impressed that the property was so well-staffed. The room was very comfy. Here are a couple examples of excellent service. We had breakfast at the hotel. My wife and I are vegan, so we stuck with a few items at the breakfast buffet that appealed to us. The staff in Zachary's noticed and charged us for a continental breakfast, not the full buffet, and did so without being asked. When we checked out at the 4:00am to catch an early flight, I managed to leave my headphones in my room. I called from the airport when I discovered my oversight and bright-and-early Linda immediately dispatched someone to the room, got the headphones, and they were shipped back to me...the same day. When we visit the area to spend time with family (granddaughters!) there are properties that are closer...but we tried the Four Points and were most impressed. The extra 10 minutes' drive is a very small price to pay for such good service and a most comfy room. Thanks, all y'all! read more

We had a bridal shower there and we could not ask for anything better. The staff was wonderful. The banquet manager and the function manager were positively a delight to work with. Amazing Staff Amazing Food Super Clean My husband and I stayed here for the weekend for an event. We arrived early and went straight to the receptionist to see if it was possible to check in. With a smile and super polite she told us that unfortunately the room was not ready yet. However, I was advised to come back to the front around noon to check if the room had been cleaned and was ready for us. We headed to the event for some breakfast and when we came around 1:00 pm the room was ready for us and we got to go up and leave our bags. Immediately we noticed how clean the room was. Night time when we went to sleep we thought the pillows were too soft and we were so wrong. We had a great night sleep. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had great pressure too. Throughout the event they served lots of food and it was all amazing. Flavorful and hot. We enjoyed every bit of it. We checked out from the app and our bill was sent via e-mail. I had a concern on the bill I e-mailed them and got an immediate response and problem solved. Over all thoughts this hotel is an A+ and I recommend it. I stayed here for 3 weeknights in May for business. My co-worker and I, who both travel a lot for work, were both pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Check-in area/lobby was very modern and clean. The rooms were relatively large. Had a nice desk, fridge, closet (with real hangers), counter space, and large (modern & clean) bathroom. The TV was very large, and had the option to log in to your own Netflix or youtube. The breakfast was included with my rate (but if it isn't is $17), the breakfast was very nice - cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and sausages and make your own omelet. There is a medium size indoor pool that looked nice, and a relatively large gym for a hotel. A few ellipticals and treadmills, mike, a few different pieces of weight equipment, balance balls, yoga mats, foam roller and free weights. read more

I wanted to give this hotel a good review. We normally stay at the Courtyard by Marriott but decided to give this as a try. It has a very good Rt. 1 location. Benefits: Not a long walk from the parking lot to the front desk and elevator bank, quick check-in and check-out, clean room. Complaints: Very loud heating/cooling system, terrible shower that is either VERY hot or VERY cold with low, low water pressure (I understand it is green but I still want some pressure) and you had to turn on the shower while being inside under the shower head and deal with the extreme temps... (how about a sliding door so you can be outside to turn it on?), and there was a strange, consistent banging noise throughout the day and night on the wall on the other side of the wall of the bed. I will not stay here again next year. I will either try the Residence Inn or return to the Courtyard. read more

Overall this is a very great hotel close to Boston. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times, mostly for business purposes. 1) Depending on the type of room you get in which part of the building some rooms are more spacious than others. However, they are all nice and come with flat screen TVs. The only rooms that are awful are the ones overlooking the swimming pool on the second floor. 2) If your here for business purposes the conference rooms are pretty standard. But, what is included is a nice goody table stocked right outside that is consistently filled and attended. Many hotels do not offer this benefit for its client. 3) There is a nice salt water pool and hot tub on the ground floor, which is better then what most hotels offer. The gym is also better than the usual ones you see in most hotels. There is a nice outside area right by a small creek, which is nice for lunch during the summer. 4) Regarding location, now this hotel is right off the hgwy 1 (Boston Providence Tpke). There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and this highway will take you straight into Boston or to Gillete Stadium where the patriots play. PS: a little secret is the Patriots stay at this hotel during their home games. So this place is good enough for the players and staff. If you do not want to travel far for dinner the One Bistro is a good restaurant to eat or even grab a beer. 5) The staff at this location is super friendly and very professional and from all the times I have stayed here I have never had one issue. If you have the benefit of meeting Erica at the front desk you will see what I mean. read more

SPG, you are winning my heart from the grips of IHG and Hilton more and more. One night stay here at Four Points. The room was spacious and reminded me very much of Sheraton. Amazing fit and finish. The bed and linens: out of this world comfortable. Had an opportunity to visit the restaurant for dinner and was impressed. I only wish I had time to use the beautiful gym and hot tub, time and energy level / need for sleep prevented visits to both. Now, the real reason I wrote this review. Shawn. In the AM, on my way out to grab my Uber to the airport l was having difficulty getting a coffee lid to securely attach to the cup. Not wanting the liability of a flaky solo cup lid and the aftermath we have all experienced from such, I was forced to abandon mission coffee and bail, I waved goodbye to my cup of java and I walked towards the door with a very heavy heart. As I was entering the car, Shawn came out with my coffee and a smile. THIS folks is SERVICE, and I will go out of my way to stay at this property again of course for all of the nice amenities, but mostly because of Shawn. read more

Good, clean hotel. Don't run a Webex/zoom meeting here with their weak internet. Even just dialing in and using web applications like SFDC, are REALLY slow... not a good business hotel. cell coverage is weak as well inside the hotel. Modern hotel, clean and I found the staff welcoming and great for my stay. There's 2 restaurants on site which is great that I don't have to go off site (One Bistro for lunch/dinner, and Zachariah's for Buffett breakfast ~15/pp). There's also a Starbucks close by, Greek restaurant, M'ds, hibachi/sushi and a few other options down the highway. Can dial down to restaurant for pick up if you don't want to do room service (service is 6:30am - 10:30pm) Suites have a small balcony, alcove but the bathrooms (counters low) are small. Pool on site, closes at 9-10 I think Gym is 24hrs Coffee, iron and safe in rooms TV options are fairly broad. read more

When my friends and I received an invitation to our college buddy's wedding in Norwood, we debated over staying at the wedding party's suburban Four Points or upgrading to some big-city Boston excitement. Though we were tempted to stay in the heart of the action, we knew that we would have a better time shacking up near the event and with the happy couple (not literally, of course). Once we checked into the Four Points, we knew that we had made the right decision. The hotel's convenient location on Norwood's Route 1 thoroughfare made it very easy to find. The large parking lot supplied ample space for the multitude of guests. The front desk staff provided warm greetings and speedy service. The welcome counters were even topped with bowls of candy to satisfy your sweet tooth. We enjoyed a flawless check-in and navigated our way to the spacious room. The comfortable area was equipped with a television, large desk, modern bathroom, two comfortable armchairs, and fluffy beds. The fantastic service from the lobby was transported up to the bedroom with a customized welcome greeting awaiting us on the digital telephone. Free wireless Internet and bottled water were bonus amenities. The hotel also included a gorgeous indoor pool and hot tub, as well as a new gym with several cardio machines, free weights, and more. The One Bistro restaurant and bar served a variety of food and beverages until around midnight. The Four Points by Sheraton Norwood is modern, clean, and efficient. I have been here several times and this is a clean and neat nice and friendly hotel with really good beds, nice rooms with flat TV, free WLAN access in all rooms and in conference area. Parking lots available all around the hotel. Friendly service and very friendly people working in this place helping with everything... There is an ATM in the lobby area as well as a small shop for gifts, post cards and some basic medicine offerings. Also a good place for business meetings, groups and conferences as they have the rooms and the equipment you need. read more

Simply an old hotel that renovated the lobby and restrooms only. My room had wall paper that was old and stained and the fixtures and bathroom were very old - 1980's? They have a ballroom and the guests were running up and down the hall at 2:30 am for an hour (drunk races) and when I called, somebody as supposed to send somebody up but apparently never did. Beautiful hotel, the entire process was very seamless. I am young & a solo traveler so my safety is important to me and I felt very safe here. The receptionists were also lovely! The restaurant is a nice addition, very clean rooms and spacious. I would stay time and time again! The area is also pretty convenient, about 30 mins from Boston- but as a frequent visitor, the drive doesn't seem bad at all. In fact, it is definitely one of the better options. read more

Perfect stay from start to finish. We had a larger king size room and it was extremely spacious. The shower was amazing. Bed and bedding very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Easy check-in and check-out using the app. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great, frequently replenished with fresh food. The fresh fruit was perfect ripeness and flavorful. Coffee and juice were topped off frequently by attentive waitstaff. The buffet included an omelette bar and a Belgian waffle bar...all freshly made at your request with numerous fillings/toppings available. The restaurant in the lobby was fantastic for lunch and dinner. I actually prefer their lunch menu but that is only served until 4pm. Everything we've eaten there was fantastic. Really nice. I love all Marriott hotels mainly because of their app. If you check in online you can go right up to your room with a Bluetooth key. When I opened my door there was an extra blanket waiting for me, which I always ask for, and they'd put me in a king bed. Perhaps the most personal touch was the screen of my huge television welcoming me by name to the hotel. Staff all around were excellent though because of the app I didn't interact with them a ton. read more

I recently stayed at this hotel (November 2018) and had one of the best visits at a Sheraton hotel than past locations. I chose this hotel due to the price, reviews, and location (looking for something not too far away from Gillette Stadium). The lobby is well kept and the staff was friendly. Our room was exactly what I booked with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The room was clean, well kept, and met every amenity we needed. The bathroom was spacious with great lighting and included all the essentials plus a few extras (loved the makeup wipes!). The staff provided us with a schedule of the train and advice for tourists going to both the stadium and into Boston. We were very pleased with our visit and would absolutely recommend this hotel if in town! read more

That was tale of 3 Four Points properties on one Boston-LA trip this week. This was good one, read the other reviews for bad: Four Points Logan airport, and Four Points LAX: the ugly one.This one was convenient for one night stay while attending a conference nearby. Pleasant service, room was clean and adequate, got a good night sleep, and the price was right too. No complaints. So, while Four Points is the most budget oriented chain in SPG family, this one was just fine. Free parking, and ok bar too. So, totally serviceable, and generally much more pleasant than average Four Points. read more

Stayed here for two nights ...we came up to see a graduation friday and move my sister out of her dorm room, I would say that it was a pretty smooth and pleasant experience. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was SUPER comfy ( for bed comfortable-ness this place gets an A+). It was a great location b/c it wasn't too far from the school and there was a giant shopping center (Legacy) right down the street. Not far, but you would still need a car or bike to get there. Not really walking distance. I found that this hotel convenient location for all our needs... we were so excited to be close to a Whole Foods, we always stopped there to get food and coffee on our way out to wherever we were going. They have a very lovely pool and fitness center, but the pool had way too much chlorine in it ... I still stink of chlorine, even though I bathed right after ; ( not good for sensitive skin like mine, I had to get out after only 15 minutes because I get an allergic reaction to too much chlorine ... kind of bummed out about that . . . there was a whirlpool, but I don't know if it was in service or not b/c it looked like it was covered. Very lovely place, I would return here if I ever come back to this area ... oh YES and free wifi ! gotta love that read more

I've stayed here a couple of times while visiting with family in Massachusetts. The location is very convenient to route 1 which is the main reason we chose to stay here. I do think the hotel is a bit pricey for what we are getting...but hey- I'm not from around here. We were a bit surprised the hotel was still shy of $200 when there were only four cars on the side of the parking lot we pulled up into. The Olive and twist restaurant downstairs is very good- I recommend getting one of the flatbread pizzas which was filling and decently priced. I also ordered room service which was delivered quickly up to my room. The king sized bed in my room was very comfortable, as were the pillows. We did wish that the showtime channel that was advertised was available (a black screen showed up on channel 50). We ended up renting a $16 in room movie. All in all we recommend this hotel. read more

Almost perfect stay This is a great hotel in a great location for me. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well appointed. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and I was traveling alone. The workout room was great and the pool looked terrific, very nice size for a hotel pool. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a late dinner in the Bistro. Food was good, hot and served fast. A great combination. The scallop appetizer was very good. Salad was fresh. I had breakfast the next morning at Zachariah's. Nice buffet with prompt service and an "egg's to order" station. Perfect for my needs. The only complaint I have is that the walls in the rooms are VERY thin. Luckily I carry earplugs and that did the trick. I hate to have to use them, but sometimes you just have to. read more

We've stayed at an Allergy Free Double Queen Guest Room for Mother's Day get away. The room decor was out dated, and although there was a big humidifier in the room, it wasn't very effective, plus every time when I entered the room, I would start to sneeze. The drainage in the tub was very slow, but the shower has enough water pressure, so it was nice. The staffs at the front desk(special kudos to Megan) and the restaurants were very accommodating and helpful with our requests and needs. Our reservation included breakfast buffet(If purchased separately, it's $14.95+tax per person), served from 6am~10am, the highlight was the Omelet, waffle and smoothie station, they added a nice touch to the standard continental breakfast spread. Over all it was a good stay, and would stay here again if we were in the Boston area. read more

I stay here twice a year when I am in the Norwood area for business and am usually pleased with the experience. The hotel's rooms are generously sized and well appointed. I especially am pleased with the free high speed wireless Internet throughout the hotel. On this trip, I was able to partake in the complimentary breakfast, which was wonderful. Made to order omelets and Belgian waffles, pancakes, hash browns, copious amounts of bacon and sausage, and fresh orange juice and cranberry juice really hit the spot after a red eye flight. The only hiccup that I have experienced at this hotel was today's placement in a second floor room over a very, very noisy (Did I say NOISY?) kitchen. I think I'll have nightmares about clanging pots and pans for some time. I didn't downgrade the hotel for this because they switched me out to a wonderful upper floor room as soon as it was available. The room trade up more than made up for the "bowels of hell" experience, but I still admonish you to reject a second floor room if suitable rooms are available. But for today's hiccup, I would have given Four Points by Sheraton a five rating. If my next stay here is as enjoyable as past stays, I'll give up the fifth star when I update this review. read more

Being that this has been my second home for the last month or so I think I have a pretty good idea what its all about.. This is a great hybrid from a full service hotel to a Marriott Courtyard style hotel. The staff is friendly (althought not quite Southern USA friendly that I am used to in Texas). The hotel is very clean and well laid out. I have stayed in standard rooms and suites. There are a few things I REALLY like about them all. 1. The curtains actually BLACK OUT the room. For some travelers this could usually require an hour or so of moving furniture, equipping pins and leaning lamps against curtains (dont like you know you do it too). This was very nice. 2. The sit down desk integrates with the dresser. This gives a ton of desk space which is great for office work, creative projects or just collecting all your CRAP as you go in and out of the room. 3. There are plugs EVERYWHERE. This is a nice upgrade from a typical hotel. Were in the year 2014 people, were all wired up like The Matrix.. Admit it, you have a laptop, a tablet, 2 phones, an extended battery, bluetooth SOMETHING... we need plugs, especially by the bed which dont require us to move an end table exposing us to the terrible years of dust accumulating under it, all in the epic search for a plug next to the bed... 4. The shower gets HOT and its HUGE... This is nice for several reasons, but the pressure is nice and it just works. They have Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel all in self contained spots in the shower itself.. Its good stuff, dont need to bring your own.. 5. The bed feels like it has 5 inches of pillow top to it... Mainly due to the comforter that is nice and thick. This isn't cheap old blankets. Its on the best side of beds I have slept in and Im in hotels A LOT. This is a big perk as far as I am concerned. Issues: The only thing I have is really petty. Closet space is SMALL.... Think one 12 inch rack small.. Nice dresser space but the rack will kill you... The AC blows RIGHT into the bed in the smaller rooms. If you have allergies or issues, this is going to make a hot mess out of your nose and sinuses.. If you dont need a fan going on all night you will be fine... The restaurant is very good although when I review that it has one flaw and only one flaw, its SLOW in there... maybe it was the group we had I dunno, but they're not out fishing for the salmon I am about to eat are they? Moving on... We had a conference in the hotel in the meeting rooms and the Tiffany Ballroom (another review again). The rooms were great, AV worked like a charm and they had all the stuff available that we needed. They are very accommodating and great to work with. The hotel isnt really walking distance from anything, but Starbucks is less than a quarter mile away and there are plenty of places to eat for variety as well as a Walgreens just in case..
