We've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's a great spot for the price, conveniently located right off the exit. They're always willing to work with our softball team to secure a block of rooms at a group rate. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and a hot continental breakfast is included. There's a small indoor pool that's open year round and unlike other hotels, they've never had a mystery pool cleaning or maintenance that shuts it down when the hotel is booked with a bunch of kids sports team. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking, working elevators and ice machines, made this a great place for us all to stay.

Room was clean but expensive. The loading/unloading area is on a hill and the cart rolls away so that is frustrating if you have a lot of bags (2 adults, 2 babies) Overall good stay

I stayed here for a wedding nearby, and thought the room was great! Very clean, and bed was comfy. Used the pool, which was nice but towels provided for the pool was SOOO small I couldn't even fit them around my waist. Front desks staff was really nice and we had to adopt a cousin for the night (due to being overserved lol) and they even helped us with a cot to add to our room. The Continental breakfast in the morning was surprisingly full of variety, I had a great hot oatmeal with almonds and brown sugar. Overall surprised at how comfy it was. Would stay here again :)

Clean room. Decent breakfast. No restaurant but plenty on Rt 44 to choose from. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. At check in you sign this card indicating the hotel should be quiet by 10PM and if not to call the front desk. Just found this odd. Tried to buy water in their store. Waited, waited, no one came out. Oh well

The wedding I attended in the MA area booked a lot of rooms here for the wedding attendees from out of town. The Pros: Close proximity to the 24 highway. Lots of parking, free breakfast, lots of fast food, restaurants, ATMs, markets and Dunkin Donuts in the area, an indoor poor, a small gym, clean rooms, friendly staff (especially the funny shuttle driver), fridge/microwave in the rooms, free wifi in the room and a pretty new hotel. The Cons: kind of loud window A/C machines, my fridge was pretty noisy and make a "clank clank" noise when the compressor shut off, the remote to the room didn't work and I always missed breakfast in the morning cause the free breakfast ended at 1000hrs (should of been at least 1030-1100am for the West Coasters who lost 3 hours). All in all a good experience at the Hampton Inn Raynham. Would I stay here again if I was in the area? I sure would. Do I think i'll ever be in Raynham again for anything? Probably not. :(

Nice, quiet location. Plenty of parking. Newer decor, well maintained common areas. Breakfast "gratis" each day is welcomed, and, a fresh hot coffee/tea bar all day is a nice touch.

They served complimentary wine and beer with a few small appetizers one evening

Didn't have a view from my window (it was covered by trees on the first floor). Was able to easily check in at 1am - huge parking lot, and a 24hr Walmart across the street. Breakfast is served by 'The Bistro' which I thought was an actual cafe. But the ONLY food option in the hotel is the Starbucks looking place. They aren't actually Starbucks, but sell their products. Ordered a omelet which was really good but a bit oily and the side salad was a little salty, otherwise good. Was nice to sit in the lobby, would have liked to sit outside in the backyard but there was no real table out there. There is a fitness room but the 2 treadmills are in a different room than the other machines (across from each other). Odd, because this hotel has a lot of room, and room to spare. Other than that - clean hotel, and would def stay in again.

When I reported it to the front desk, the manager didn't believe me and treated me like a criminal rather than a valued guest. He repeatedly called me "buddy," made condescending comments, and smirked as he told me that no car had ever been stolen from their property. It turns out that the thieves left a different stolen car in the parking lot, then removed the lock from my car (found in the lot where my car had been). The manager never once said he was sorry for what had happened, or even acknowledged that the car was stolen (despite knowing that someone ditched a different stolen car in the parking lot when mine disappeared, and surveillance video showing my car leaving the parking lot). I think it's awfully convenient that the thieves knew that the spot where I was parked was not visible on the security cameras, even though it was directly in front of the hotel, and there were signs everywhere claiming the area was under video surveillance.

We chose this location for a 6 day stay in the middle of July, and it turned out to be a good home base for our tourist activities. Room: It was a standard size, with two queen beds. The mattresses were fine with the AC working well, so our nights were very comfortable even during an extended heat wave. There is a microwave and small fridge, in case you want to reheat leftovers. The bathroom has a separate door, with the sink outside of it. The shower is newly remodeled, with large sliding glass doors and shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap dispensers with quality product in the shower itself. The showerhead is newer, with a rainfall style flow. The towels are very thin, and the lack of places to hang it to dry makes it difficult if there is more than one person in the room. Small tv in room, but has a lot of channels and Max and Showtime on demand is available. Breakfast: Like all Fairfields, offers free breakfast, including some hot items. It is definitely better during the weekend, when more people are staying. Average during the week, with premade sandwiches. During the weekend, they have scrambled eggs and sausage patties and bacon. Individually wrapped bagels, muffins. Good selection of juices (including grape juice cocktail). 3 different kinds of cereal. Make your own waffles. Chobani greek yogurt. Workout Room: Open 24 hours. Has two treadmills and one elipical. Has brita water dispenser to fill up your water containers...so we didn't have to buy bottled water on this trip. You can also ask for bottled water from the front desk. Self-service laundry: This is really nice to have. One washing machine and one dryer, and you can pay by credit card. $2.50 each, wash cycle about 30 minutes, dry cycle 45 minutes. close to main dining room. Parking is free and readily available. One really negative thing: it is located on Highway 44, and cars are flying 55+ on the 2 lane road. I-495 is right there , but to get there, one has to do a left turn onto 44 with a somewhat blind view, and it's a bit scary to navigate.

We stay at hotels ALL the time and have never had to do that. While the hotel was clean in appearance and ok for what we needed, this does not live up to the Marriott brand. One thing about the kitchen, there was no dish soap or sponges, and we only stayed two nights, so I have no idea if we were supposed to wash the dishes or not. I need some clarity around this situation, Extended Stay. I was a little worried about the Travel Advisor reviews mentioning bed bugs, but I checked the mattress when we got there and there was no staining like you should find with bed bugs. This was like 2 weeks ago, and we are ok so far still. Cons are that the queen bed was definitely smaller than the queen bed we own, the tv was SO tiny, and the bathroom would occasionally smell like smoke, but I just flipped the fan on and it was fine. I'm not sure why a state like Massachusetts even allows smoking in hotels at all, with all the other draconian regulations around it. One more plus is that the pillows were nice! I asked for two extra, and they gave them to me. I'd stay here again if we were in the area. Also, if you need a ride, call the Checker Cab and ask for Lloyd, he's a trip.
