There are racks of indoor and outdoor furniture, rows upon rows of decor items, aisle of pillows, a whole kitchenware section, seasonal goods, even snacks by the register. Most items were in line with the latest trends. A few classic pieces were thrown into the mix. Goods are well organized. There is more than enough parking. I wonder if the building was once a Costco or Sam's Club. That is how much parking is available for the one store. Checkout was more time than one would expect. Being 7th in line, with 3 cashiers, I was not expecting a 16 min wait. Cashier was also aggressive about signing up for their rewards program.

Our most recent purchase were some fancy silver wine glasses. If we had an unlimited budget, I am sure that we would have a number of the incredible pieces of furniture in the store. We were met with freshly made cappuccinos and encouraged to stay awhile and meander throughout their various style rooms. Jeff was the consummate host and design consultant. We could've stayed all day if we had the time. I found some beautiful pieces for my ever-evolving apartment, and my mom found some great pieces for her already stylish home. Legacies has a reputation of being a high end consignment store. It has some very nice pieces…read more That said, customer service and accounting accountability are lacking. I sent several photos in of rugs, picture, and houseware goods for consideration. Legacies took the rugs and picture. A rug and picture sold. I was told they had too many lamps on my first visit; the second visit they were taken. I received one check and cashed it. When I checked in person to see what else had sold, Donna told me I was to expect another check in the $40 range the first week of November. That was inaccurate. I talked to Stephanie Aldridge, the manager, who tap danced around my issue. I asked her to talk to Donna about the mistake. I asked her for an accounting of what I had sold. She thought I asked about cashing of the first check; that was not the question. I knew the first check came in and it was cashed. She made a mistake and didn't acknowledge it either. She said checks are mailed the first of the month, but to expect them when the mail delivered them. I have one more check for $15 to be delivered in December. Stephanie finally agreed to send me the accountant's statement of date, piece, cost, payment, which should have been sent as a matter of course. This is basic business. One has to keep business transactions straight and accurate. Legacies doesn't contact the customer when anything sells. You have to wait until you receive a check or ask in the store. There is also a $2 charge for every check sent, which is unnecessary, particularly with relatively small payments. I asked Stephanie to let me know when the last date was to sell the remaining rugs. She didn't answer that question. I told her I didn't want the rugs donated and that I would pick them up on the last date. She decided to simply put the rugs in her office and I could pick them up, which I will do. I have done business with a reputable consignment shop for years. They take everything I have because they know it is quality merchandise. I am hardly the only person who has had trouble dealing with Legacies. I suggest you find somewhere else to consign your items.

I know everyone can have a bad day , and wish him success but I dont see how he stays in business . plus they deleted my review on facebook .

Customer service has been extremely helpful when I needed them. Mrs. Harrison works at the location on Highland Avenue in Cincinnati and was very used to seeing me and my hubby. She helped us on multiple occasions with returns and exchanges and always with a smile on her face. She would ask to see pictures of our progress as we went. For a big box store, she made it feel like a mom and pop shop that cared. We did shop around at other stores, but always came back to Floor & Decor because they had the best selection for the priIf you have a project and need tile, brick, flooring, stair treads, trim etc., then definitely add this store to your places to check out.
