The first cleaning lady they sent would take cigarette, lunch, and phone breaks and kept asking for a tip at the end of her cleaning. The second cleaning lady they sent never showed up, so after they send a last minute housekeeper to come clean my house (4 hours later) she brings her 10 year old son to wait in my house while she cleans. There is no clear way to communicate with this company, and the only people you can speak to (if you're lucky enough to find their phone number) barely speak English. I am so impressed with Home Clean Miami. Previously when seeking maid service in Miami I had relied on friends' suggestions and the cleaners just weren't thorough. Home Clean was a refreshing change - 1. Home Clean was PUNCTUAL. No turning up on 'Miami Time'- which means late. 2. My Home Clean cleaner cleaned my house thoroughly. My house was left really clean and fragrant, and I didn't have to check that mirrors, windows, light switches were properly cleaned - which I was appalled to find I had to do with the last maid service I'd employed through a friend's suggestion. The standard of cleaning was like that of a high-end hotel. Love it! 3. The fee they charged was competitive and I was very happy to tip - if was well earned. 4. Almost forgot this but very important - Maria, the cleaner, did not spend her time yakking on the phone. What a relief. I will definitely use Home Clean Miami's services again. 0 STARS. The Supervisor is extremely unprofessional and rude. We scheduled a deep clean "move-in" service which included a $50 gratuity. Upon inspection, dirt was discovered on floor lamps and lighting fixtures. Broken glass (Pictured) was discovered in the bedroom. Our Condo unit was also left unlocked by the service upon leaving. After being not satisfied, we politely communicated we would like the service to return to complete the job. The Supervisor raised his voice during a telephone call, repeatedly called me a liar, laughed at me, and was 100% unprofessional. Verbatim from the manager: "You are a liar, liar, liar.... haha...Liar. How do you have any respect for yourself, Liar...hahaha". I calmly removed myself from the call and communicated never to call me again. We highly recommend NOT using this service and ownership should immediately remove the Supervisor. read more

After a lot of trial and error with other services in the area, I can say with full confidence that I found the cleaning service that I will continue to use and rely on. They were on time, extremely kind, and were able to clean my bathroom shower tiles so well I literally did not know they could ever look like that (I live in a rental, and they didn't do a deep clean before I moved in.) My shower's glass doors had always been dull no matter how much I cleaned them, and they're now sparkling! I never thought that I would leave a review for a cleaning service but I had also never seen such an incredibly hard-working and thorough team. We contacted Home Clean on Wednesday to get information on move-in deep cleaning services. The website claimed to offer same-day or 24-hour turnaround service so we knew we'd found our company. Our home was set to close that evening but we wanted to be sure there would be no hiccups so we advised John that we would call first thing the next morning to schedule and he ASSURED us it would not be a problem to have services that Thursday. We were quoted, my payment details were obtained, I received an email confirmation of the appointment. The cleaners were to arrive between 12 noon and 2 p.m. They were no shows. We called again and spoke with Natasha and after several apologies, our cleaning was rebooked to this morning, Friday, with arrival between 8 and 9 a.m. Once again, NO SHOWS. Why? The cleaners have "car problems". This company makes guarantees and false promises and does not deliver. Within the last three days, we have spoken with John and Natasha about 15 times and have consistently been reassured that their professional cleaners would show up and they did not, for two days in a ROW. We are supposed to move in tomorrow and they have left us high and dry. I am a professional and only deal with professionals. HomeClean is not a high caliber company. I scheduled a deep cleaning with HomeClean Miami for today at 9 am. One of the ladies showed up on time, was respectful, and got right to work. The other lady was late. While getting through security in my building is not always quick, I could let slide her being late within reason. However, before she arrived to my apartment, I was alerted by my building security team that she was extremely rude to them and they were not going to tolerate that. Maria had overheard the conversation as she just arrived at my front door. When I opened the door, she did not even say good morning, nor introduce herself. She had a terrible attitude and went right to defend herself. I stopped her and greeted her and told her that her entry into my home with that demeanor was completely unacceptable. This was the first time that I was meeting her, and I explained that I had hired a service to make my life easier on my day off and she was making that difficult for me. She responded that the security team ruined her day, and asked if I wanted her to leave and I said yes. I tried contacting the cleaning service at 3 different numbers and no one answered, and the voicemail was full. Finally, someone called me back. I canceled the service. The other cleaning lady had already placed cleaning solution in my bathtub, so I asked her to finish cleaning the bathroom and I would tip her directly. After she left, I checked her the work and it was unacceptable. The bathtub was visibly dirty and gritty to the touch. I took a video of how the tub was after she cleaned it, and of how it looked after I cleaned it, and the difference is noticeable. I sent the videos to HomeClean and did not receive a response. All they said on the phone was that they were sorry and they were not going to charge me. I have dealt with many cleaning personnel throughout my life and I have NEVER had such a terrible experience.
