The contract was signed 3 months ago and only half of the job has been completed. I have been completely ghosted. Even when I did manage to talk face to face to try and resolve what ever the issue is I have not been contacted as promised going on 72 hours later. I have a mess now for a lawn. Though the owners are nice and I don't truly think they have done this is malice. The unprofessional behavior has me highly upset as they have already received 15k from me for a job not complete to anyones idea of satisfaction.

Second mow- same thing. Had it picked up for warranty work and now I'm getting told that I need to pay for pick up and delivery even if it's warranty work. Why would I need to do that if it never worked?? called and spoke with one of the owners who identified himself as Alex and when I asked to return it, he said no. he then proceeded to hang up on me rather than talking like adults. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

Unfortunately so much time had passed then (almost 5 years) I didn't pursue the issue. In the decades since, every family member I know that has bought appliances from them had issues. Generally within 2-3 years. Their repair policy is crap. I'm now dealing with my 80 y.o. Mom and JUST got her to quit buying appliances from them. She was going through refrigerators like a kid going through a bowl of M&M's. Never again.
