This HomeGoods has an insane amount of stuff. I've been to so many HomeGoods over the years, especially in California, and none of them come close to how packed this one is. I honestly can't decide if that's a good or bad thing because it can get overwhelming fast. You go in looking for one thing and suddenly you're distracted by ten others. Probably a good thing overall, just not for your wallet. I had to talk myself into putting a few things back because I didn't actually need them right away, but I'll definitely be back when I'm in the mood to browse and get inspiration for home projects. The staff here is SO helpful. One woman helped me find a specific gift wrap and spent a good 10 to 15 minutes walking around the store with me to track it down. She was incredibly communicative and kind (I really wish I caught her name). The checkout staff is just as pleasant. Everyone feels genuinely nice and helpful, not fake or rushed. They don't just ask how your day is, they actually follow up and engage. The deals and prices are great, as expected. I picked up a ton of Christmas and hosting items that I still use today. They have so much product in their store. You can walk around and find some really cool things in here. A lot of Christmas out right now. Food, candy, decor, and place settings. Tonight I was just browsing and getting ideas. I see a lot of candy type stocking stuffers. I think I can get it all done from this store alone. read more

This is my sanctuary for buying trinkets for my home. Understandably they have had supply issues because of covid, but have come back to normal in the past couple of months. The stores are now fully stocked and I was able to pick up fantastic items ranging from All-Clad copper core pans, polish ornaments that are sold in Neiman Marcus, Jonathan Adler home furnishings, and higher end Surya rug at more than 50% off. As always it's random and luck that dictate if and when you'll find a good bargain so check religiously! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I refuse to ever shop here again. If you do buy here, keep your receipt as close as your passport. Regardless of if you have it or not though, will be treated terrible if you do try to make a return. Rudest manager I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY! read more

It's basically a discount store (like Ross or Tuesday Morning) but with decorative stuff for your home, pretty much all made and imported from China, so it's cheap. They go heavy on color-coded knick knacks and storage items with printed sayings on them, which actually stopped me from buying certain items. Seems a little over the top. They have aisles that seem dedicated to little girls' rooms, and an entire section of pet beds and toys. Their pillow and rug selection is limited, and the entire store seemed to have been picked over on a Wednesday, so I can't say if that's typical, or just the day before the truck arrives. Just a lot of stuff that's cute and kitschy and not necessarily useful, but you can probably find better quality elsewhere. read more

Could just be a Texas thing, but waiting on line, I felt my hair going gray. Seriously slow checkout process. There were only 2 people checking out and by the time i got to the register, I asked if they had more help, and she seemed to at that point think it might be a good idea to call for backup. I think I could fly back to NJ and walk in a Home Goods and fly back to this one and still be standing in line. #nope. read more

Great stores tons of good buys I love variety here .The only problem is sales people are non existant like other stores sadly a store can do so well if they provide good customer service Try to check the dishes here so amazing bright and colorful . I have to admit I will come again for great savings on bathroom item's. A Must visit. check out the linens are a great buy as well but some prices are pretty inexpensive, definitely will try again hopefully betterr luck wirh sales people. read more

I have always been very satisfied with the value and customer service at Home Goods. Today they excelled! I realized that I had accidentally been rung up twice in an item last week and so when returning some other items today, the manager very nicely removed the charge. Disgusting service from Ruby. I returned a console table that with tax came to $432.00 and it was from September of 2016! She never looked me in the face and then called for a manager over the intercom 'I need a manager to customer service for a return over $400, return is over $400' every person looked at me. When the kind manager came to sign the receipt, then Ruby allowed me to keep my original receipt, when she said she had to confiscate. Thanks for making me feel like scum. read more

I am a Home Goods aficionado, and this one is just okay. My main complaint is the checkout time. If it is a Saturday, you should probably man up the check out lanes...The selection seems to be lacking too. I think I'll stick to the location up north. read more

Today was my first time to explore a HG and Yay! I'm a fan. I went in just expecting to look around and isle one my Mom's arms were already full with summer pool party themed plates and plastic glasses. So, off I went to fetch a shopping cart. Our cart was full when we left. I scored a 100% recycled steel Harry Barker dog food storage can for only 19.99, 1 each of Boxer and Pit Bull coffee/ tea/soup mugs (they are big), paw printed dogie cleaning cloths, poop bags, Casabella bottle brush at over 1/2 off 2.00, a green handled purple polka-doted "super sharp Japanese carbon-steel blade" paring knife for only 3.99, cute orange measuring spoons and an awesome cute PACKiT Freeze + Go freezable lunch bag. Good selection, pathetic service, rude Sunday staff. Would give zero stars if I could. After hours of searching for just the right furniture for our empty media room, found it here on a Saturday evening. Asked if I could come back to get them with my husband's truck the very next next day, where not one but two associates indicated yes. I helped them move the heavy furniture to a dolly and returned less than 24 hours later to find they "don't do holds" and items are nowhere to be found back on the floor. Zero effort or apologies made to locate items or substitutes. Don't waste your time here. read more

I knew I could expect home goods of some sort upon entering this store (duh). The question was would they be good quality? Would they have a good selection? Would they be affordable? Yes to all three. The store is very pretty to walk through with an open and inviting layout showcasing various pieces of furniture, art work,etc. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices on some of the items I was looking for. The place has a nice feel like World Market but the furniture is infinitely less expensive. read more

Fabulous furnishings! Everything for your dog, from beds, to treats, to toys and much better prices then Petsmart. For customer service ask for Gwen or Ruby. Gwen is one of the managers and knowledgeable about all products sold. Ruby is the best cashier. She will carefully wrap purchases that need extra care and always has a smile and kind word. They are two of the reasons I shop there. The store is clean and the merchandise is displayed beautifully. Designers are always there with loaded carts. read more

I've been trying to support this store during the pandemic but I'm giving up and moving on to other locations. Their shelves are always bare and I have been checking daily, for almost a month. The other locations have shown to be much better stocked. read more

So, what do you say when you're standing there with your hand on a product because you're going to buy it and some lady (loosely used term) runs over to the stock boy and tells him she wants it....AND they take it out of your hand and sell it her ! I had a lot to say but to no avail. Terrible customer service and the store manager (Gwen) had an attitude of 'to bad, that's the way it works'...no interpersonal skills and certainly no business accumen. I shop this Home Goods frequently ( so much that my family makes fun of me ...) and love knowing that each time I walk in I will find a completely different stock of great home furnishings at GREAT prices. I'm surprised to read some of the previous posts re: staff attitude as I have never come across anyone rude or unprofessional- in fact my experiences have been quite the opposite. Not only is Ruby the most efficient/knowledgeable cashier at this particular Home Goods, she has gone out of her way to help me locate items throughout the store & always has a friendly attitude. Also, I have been in the store many times hearing a request for a manager to "okay" a return which I believe is store policy ( especially on a return longer than 2 years?). I highly doubt a cashier would try to make a person "feel like scum". If you are looking for quality décor, rugs, gifts or furnishings this is the place for you- just remember if you see something you like BUY IT because it won't be there for long! read more

I am writing this review with a big smile on my face. I love this HomeGoods store because of employees like Ruby, one of the awesome and hardworking people working here. Every time I visit this store, I look for Ruby because of her impeccable taste and expertise in home decor. She goes out of her way to help me find things every time. She is like a genie who knows exactly what you want and helps you find stuff with just minimal details from the customer. She has great customer service, interpersonal skills, and an amazing business acumen. If there were 6 stars in this review, I'd give Ruby that. You go girl! read more
