Earrings, pendants, and bracelets galore - in all colors and sizes. Along the back wall are the more ornate pieces. Reds, multicolor, greens, and blue larger pieces are in display cases. I met the owner/designer who works onsite. She will also create custom pieces ... Obvious attention to detail. Everything was placed in pale blue boxes with a silver bow - no gift wrapping required. If I am not back in Erie soon .... I may have her ship a piece that is "bothering me" (wink wink) or ask Santa for it.

When I was walking around the store, I noticed that the racks and shelves were full of miscellaneous merchandise. Especially for clothing, customers must really sift through the racks to find what they like. I selected a bath mat for $7 and a jar of fig preserves for $4. Both of these products had prices that were significantly lower than what other retailers would charge. The cashier interacted with me in a very friendly manner. Overall, Ross is not one of my favorite stores, but I like to shop here occasionally to find bargains.

Has to order parts. This whole process was going to take close to a month. So I have a brand new chair I won't be able to use for over a month. I asked the customer service rep if they could just replace the chair. They agreed and will bringing a new chair next week. Still very disappointing that there were problems with a brand new chair, but relieved they agreed to a new chair so I don't have to wait so long.
