This store needs to up its home decor, furniture, lamps and wall hangings departments as well as bedding. The bath, candles, kitchen, pet, kids and seasonal departments are all well stocked. The decorative pillow department is way too much, too many pillows taking up a lot of floor space that could be used for other items. They haven't updated their home decor department in quite a while and their wall hanging department has become very run of the mill and bland. Still, overall a great store, love shopping here, but they often run out of carts on Saturday afternoons----so bring your own, I guess. They never seem to be worried about it. read more

I frequently shop at Home Goods, but today's visit literally made me ill. I wasn't in the store 5 minutes when I suffered a full blown asthma attack, because another customer had brought her enormous, unbrushed Golden Retriever (I absolutely love this breed, btw) into the store. This was not a service dog. I'm not certain the pup had ever been brushed-- loose hair was floating everywhere. I kindly told her I was extremely allergic, but she wasn't having any of it, and curtly replied "awwwe" and walked away. I tried avoiding her, even hiding out in the front corner of the store, hoping she'd leave. No such luck. Sadly, I can't share space with many dog/cat breeds, so I decided to leave. On my way out I asked the manger if he was aware that a dog was present, and he said something along the lines of "Pets are welcome-- it's our new store policy." The manager was friendly enough, but his hands were tied. Good grief! read more

Could spend a few hours looking at things here. Store pretty much is clean and neat but on some days is a bit messy but it happens.

Store has gone downhill. Very dirty. Carts had trash in them. Bathroom toilets would not flush. It just seems nobody cared or took pride in their work or store. What a shame. read more

It's not a huge store but I could spend hours in here looking around at all the neat stuff! I'm such a home decor junkie. Lot's of cute, trendy stuff. Lot's of glass so I wouldn't bring kids in. They have some furniture, some large vases, some kitchen tools and vessels, lots of pillows, baskets, lamps, etc. A little bit of everything basically and it's all pretty afrodable. read more

I love home goods and I was recently traveling from Florida and decided to stop in. Very disheveled and unorganized. It didn't appear very clean and nothing seemed to be in its proper place. I won't be back to this store again read more

This is a horrible Homegoods store - save yourself some time and stress and avoid this location. The store is incredibly overwhelming and seemingly organized, but while you start looking for stuff you realize it's not and lots of things are either damaged or missing price tags. A lot of furniture I was looking at did not have prices and the ones that did we're expensive and some of the items were damaged! There was actually a large mirror with a huge crack in it and it was still $30! Plus, there was absolutely no one to help. My sister and I had some questions about some items and could not find anyone to help us. There were no floor employees - I did see one when I was getting ready to leave but she was in the back doing other things. Honestly, this was just a horrible experience and I shop at Homegoods and TJ Maxx all the time, this location is just overwhelming and lacks customer service. read more

Check out staff seems overwhelmed by their job. I had the pleasure of meeting Valerie that seemed to want to push her exhaustion of her job onto me. She was quick to stop us from putting items on the counter to scan because she had a "method to the madness". This was after taking her good time placing gloves on her hands before taking care of us. When I thought the faded price tag on one item was $20, she proclaimed it was $29 as if I was going to argue about it. Then the icing was when she became quite upset over the fact that I scratched the small section on a gift card off to reveal the numbers. In fact it said "scratch" on this section, but Valerie seemed to act like it just voided the card. Could you believe the card still worked?! She then went on to tell me that this must be my first time at HomeGoods. Unfortunately not, we spend quite a bit there on our home, but I did mention to Ms. Valerie that this will likely be my last time. Wow, what a unprofessional staff member. Beware, perhaps the staff is too stressed. read more
