Parking is plentiful with spots directly in front of all businesses, plus lots surrounding the perimeter of the plaza. We usually pop in to grab a movie, and on occasion grab some ice cream or possibly dinner. Never a shortage of options for whatever you are after. The space and majority of the outlets are well kept and clean. My only gripe is the exit back out to Indian Lake Boulevard. The intersection before the light always backs up and the turning lane is small and singular, creating a constant backlog of cars that forces most to sit through the light multiple times. Overstock Outlets are essentially liquidation/discount style stores with an ever-changing inventory that includes anything from furniture to diapers, trampolines, toys, coolers, and legit more. In our trip to this location, we didn't have a list, just a piqued curiosity of their current inventory. They had a good selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, along with a wide variety of household appliances, home decor, cabinets, storage bins, dining sets, mattresses, mowers, power tools and a mix of a few other random items. The store is in an old plaza and shows its age. The exterior isn't the most welcoming, but I will say that our experience inside was not what was expected from the outside. It was a bit better than expected. Service was friendly. The cashier/associate was helpful and available as needed. We laid eyes on a few things, and ultimately bought a smokeless wood fire pit that was around $100 after discount...which is a great price! Overall, this was our first time at this Overstock Outlet and while it may not be our last, we do enjoy their sister locations a bit better.

They could not find it, and said they would look at the security cameras to see if we actually had those items and I wouldn't hear anything for like 2 days. I told them what it was IN DETAIL, like to the bit. Then they found it and I went to pick it up. When I came in, they basically acted like I was a criminal stealing 2 7.99 things. The cashier was right next to me & the security talking, and didn't acknowledge anything that was said or apologized. Or even said "yes, I forgot to put it in the bag and they were here." I know she heard us, like I said, we were RIGHT next to her. I understand precautions but I mean come on. I was there literally an hour ago from when I came in. The visits here have been hit and miss for the most part. The store has undergone some updates in the last few years and is still nicer and better equipped than other nearby locations, but the main thing with this location is how disorganized it seems on the regular. No matter what time of day, there is always stock on the floor, even in some cases completely blocking shelves and racks of merchandise. Service is just as hit and miss. We can never seem to find anyone on the floor, and when we do, they never approach you first. Overall, it's Target and it pains me to give anything less than 5 stars, but this store needs some work.

The store is clean and in decent condition. Service is hard to come by, as they are not staffed super well, even on the weekends. Overall, standard Dillard's location. In searching for DG stores I found out that they had a few test like stores called Popshelf. We were excited to shop the store! Very clean, bright, neat and stylish. I found a brand name planter that is normally $48 in the store for $15. I got hair products, snacks, school supplies and more. The store is bright and clean. Every item was quality and contemporary. Meaning, they carried current trend products and great popular brands. The highlight was checking out at the register. It's all self checkout. You scan and bag your products yourself. So cool. If I ever came back to Nashville, I would stop in to shop.
