As with most Ollie's, this store is chaotic at best. No rhyme or reason behind where items are stocked, what items are stocked and honestly the prices too. Oddly an adventure each time. I usually end up at Ollies out of curiosity much less than necessity. My most recent trip came while waiting for my pup to get groomed nearby, so I wandered around and actually picked up a few things including kitchen utensils and socks. Did I need either? Nope. The store is worn and could use some love conditionally, but it is kept clean. Service is hit and miss. Rarely anyone on the sales floor, so most of my interactions have been at the register. Overall, Ollie's is Ollie's, an I'm happy to swing by when in the area!

We have been looking for an entry way bench and today we found the perfect one at this HOMEGOODS store in The Glenbrook Shopping center in Hendersonville TN. We asked one of the clerks about the bench we weren't done shopping but didn't have a way to carry the bench around with us, so the clerk told us she would put it at the front of the store and had us pull the tag to keep with us until we checked out. When we were finally done shopping we started checking out and the Cashier told us that tag didn't belong to that piece of furniture and Had to talk to her manager, after talking to her manager she basically accused us of pulling it from another piece of furniture and that we had to pay the actual price for the furniture. Even though the Clerk that helped us in the first place told them she helped us with it. NEEDLESS TO SAY We will never shop at Any of these stores in the future.

We were concerned about getting a mattress that would be comfortable because I have a lot of back and hip pain. We were assured that we could purchase a mattress, try it out and return it for a REFUND if it didnt work out. We ended up purchasing a mattress for over 3k. After a week I hurt so bad I could hardly walk. We contacted the store and they tried to tell us that we had to sleep on it for 30 days before they could do anything. We asked how we could get around that and they did call and get it approved for us to return it before then. We went back in to try to find another mattress and were told that we could not get a refund, they only offer store credit towards another mattress. Even though they told us we could get a refund when we purchased the mattress, suddenly it was changed to only credit. We were also told that we would have to keep the next mattress we exchanged it for with no option to return if it didnt work. Since the other mattresses were at least 1k more than what we already paid, we ended up stuck with a 5k mattress that is horrible. We would never have purchased from Sleep Outfitters in the first place if we had known the only option was store credit if we didnt like the mattress. The salesmen are friendly, but lie to you to get you to feel comfortable making such a huge purchase thinking you can get your money back if it doesnt work out. Would never shop here again. We've been stuck with a mattress that causes horrible pain to my back and hips because we unfortunately trusted the word of the salesmen and the manager, Jay, instead of reading the fine print. Like your standard flea markets, the space is made up of booths, well over 100 vendors have claimed a part of Phoenix, and some vendors are certainly more active than others. As mentioned, you can tell the booths that have the rotating inventory and then you can tell the ones that have not stepped foot or added anything new since 1987. As other reviewers mentioned, this place is a treasure trove for your diggers or treasure hunters, but for your standard antiquing visitor...this place is kind of a let down. Its basically a really big yard sale store. I am sure there are some nuggets of treasure strewn throughout, but majority of the items are clearly just random resale items.
