When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.

We did all the talking & were in and out in no time. I feel like if you're unable to build rapport, you should probably work in a different role. There are other options at Kohls. We didn't feel welcome by that & after waiting in that long line, we almost walked out without buying the shirts.
