I shop online A LOT for my little ones; they are both actors/models and I am a consultant stylist to many Moms who children are in the entertainment industry. I first received a call a few days after I placed my order to inform me that my order had not shipped as indicted due to the Passover holiday but would be sent out once business resumed. I paid through PayPal and the funds had not been transferred to Ladida Kids so I knew the order had not been processed. Fast forward a week latter, the owner calls and starts out with, "so here's the deal with your order", and proceeds to tell me that the Blue Velvet Mary Janes I ordered were not in stock as she herself had gotten them for her own daughter. Rebecca the owner, went on to say how badly she felt and because of this, the next time I ordered she'd take 10% off of my order. I am beyond displeased for the following reasons: 1. I ordered these items with and upcoming shoot in mind so time has been of the essence. 2. Why have an item listed as "last one" if it isn't in stock. (The Papanatas were beautiful and on sale so I see the appeal but why list in the first place if the owner is securing for her daughter?) 3. It wasn't the holiday that delayed the shipment going out because I never received a notice the items were going out; the item was not available and I would have been happy with simply hearing this the first time instead of a week later. I have been following Ladida Kids on Instagram and was so excited to make a purchase; the clothes and shoes appear to be awesome but I am completely turned off by the customer service I received and the insult of an apology that simply translates to, "sorry, but I don't have the shoes in stock because I retained them for my own kid" To me, a good owner would stand by a customers purchase as the shoes were in stock when I ordered them, period. I love the merchandise and the website but sadly to say, I won't be finding out anything else about Ladida Kids.

    Juvenile Planet has had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an…read moreorder on 11/03 off of their website to have a dresser shipped to my house. I inquired via text on 11/14 about my order and when it would ship, which then I received a text back stating that they needed me to send a picture of the front and back of my drivers license and a picture of my credit card. I did not feel comfortable providing this information via text and therefore I called the store phone number on 11/18 to again inquire about my purchase. The employee on the phones response was "and?" until I further explained had long it had been since I made the purchase; during this call I was told that they did not ship furniture and they weren't sure how I was able to make that purchase online. It was agreed upon that I would receive a refund. Although the customer service during this phone call was less than polite, it doesn't compare the follow up conversation I had when the "store manager." Within a few minutes after this phone call, I received a phone call back from the so called "store manager" stating that in order to process the refund she would need a picture of my license and credit card. I asked if I could mark out all of the "important information" in order to not have my information stolen and she questioned me "why would you want to do that other than if you are doing fraud?" I told her that I didn't understand why she would need that information to simply refund the credit card that was used. She explained that they have had a lot of "fraud purchases". I again stated that I didn't understand why she would need that information to simply refund me. She then tried to change her story that they were going to ship the item to me, and I made the comment "well can you ship or not ship the item?" She stated that she could have it dropped shipped. I asked to explain what this was, but she did not answer my question. She again hastily accused me of being fraudulent. She stated that she was going to report this to the head store manager, and when I asked if I could have the head store manager call me back, she stated that she was the store manager. I asked her "then why did you say that you were going to report this to the head store manager?" After this question, I could her her whispering on the phone and then she hung up on me. This "store manager's" tone and approach to this inquiry was totally unprofessional; she became very snarky throughout the conversation, kept changing her story, and accused me of being fraudulent multiple times when I was simply asking for a refund on an item that I was originally told could not be shipped.

The snack tray that arrived was the newer version which was not compatible with the older stroller. I emailed customer service, no response. I shipped back the tray, received no refund. I contacted their customer service again, and again, no response. Finally, I ended up escalating through PayPal, and fortunately, again no response, so I got my refund. But two months and substantially more effort than it should have taken.

They said no problem. I went back they took a look at the shoes. They suggested another pair of shoes. I had bought another pair of shoes in Freehold. shoes and sneakers and I bought a nice pair of sneakers and I was told my problem was my foot was a 12 I went back told the problem with the first pair of we'll give credit to the new ones. They gave me a new pair of shoes. They said I guaranteed to said they hurt though they said no is the right size. The other shoes weren't done the right way take care of you.They took care of gave me another pair of shoes which the boxes 11 or 11 1/2 and a 3E I said they worry we're gonna make a little change. They made a little change. I said if I don't like them, I'm bringing them back. They were hurting my feet quite a bit. They said don't worry we'll take care of it. They were very pleasant. I bought the shoes on Sunday. I wore them when they said don't worry when I first bought them. I said they a little bit they said don't worry these are perfect. They said no problem. I brought them back the next Sunday after I've on Wednesday I've seen their shoe specialistwith their shoe specialist. Again, they worry you can return them. I came back on Sunday cause they hurt my feet when I tried them during the week. They told me they couldn't take them I told you I them. This second pair of shoes that don't work. They said we don't take our shoes you what will give you a 50% credit for another pair of shoes. I am now involved with my credit card company. I will go to the County Consumer Affairs and if I lose another $275 I lose but these people are dishonest. They act like a nice person they act like your friend and I rate them 100% 00000 I will go back to Freehold and I will wait and order another pair of shoes but these people are deceptive again. I act smooth and nice. Everybody's shoes are cutting up. I say they have a do business see that's how we came there, but the fact is these people don't care unless you're I don't know who, but I think they are predators on everyone they sell to because the shoes are so hard when your feet hurt.
