Had chair priced at 29.99 would not honor the price they placed on the chair- false advertisement it false advertisement, the ticket was not placed there by a customer as a ticket gun had to have been used to attach the Advertised price to the seem of the chair- have worked retail for 15 years and have had to do my fair share of price overrides to honor the price shown on a product even when then "ticket" price shows an alternative price. read more

I was so stunned today by the rude terrible service . I have been shopping here for YEARS ! I did honestly have a very large return , but the way i was treated was completely unacceptable. Especially from a worker with a nametag "Maya". She was rude before it even began . I understand that returns probably aren't as fun to process as purchases , but I am a customer !! She kept asking me the same questions over and over and treating me like i was a huge inconvenience. There was no one in line , so a decent time of day to do it . they had to ring it like three times because they kept making errors , but blaming me ! she rudely sled me to help un package things , and i was glad to help , but she remained nasty until it was done . I even left with $40 unaccounted for because I couldn't tolerate her for another minute. Maya , if you hate your job and customers so much , you should work someplace else read more

I've had good luck shopping here. The aisles are a little crowded and merchandise sometimes is shelved rather haphazardly, but there is a lot to choose from and the prices are decent. I come here for dog toys, kitchen items, linens and pillows and kids stuff. They are doing a very good job with COVID safety. Carts are sanitized, they monitor the number of shoppers in the store, etc. The directions of the aisles is a bit confusing, but they are trying to keep folks safe. read more

Would not recommend this place. Bought a vase for flowers. Tried it and it was too big for my counter so wanted to return it so I can buy a different one. I made sure it was super clean. The guy that was scanning it was new and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Pacing back and forth. Then said "uh there's marks we can't return it." What marks?! It's a distressed white vase! Wasted gas driving 15 min. 10 min in line. This guy should get fired for not knowing basic customer service. read more

If you are looking for ideas on decorations and gift giving, then just take a walk through the seasonal aisles of HomeGoods. The display areas are neatly arranged and prices are clearly marked. The store has great selections on items for entertaining, decorating, pet, home, kitchen, and gift giving. There is a specialty food section located in the front of the store and is a perfect stop of anyone looking to put together themed gift baskets. Our trip was suppose to be for organization shelves, however that idea immediately got shelved upon entering the furniture section. We have been looking for a reasonably priced swords and armor replica for our home. We finally found a somewhat decent aluminum replica at a great price. Needless to say we immediately purchased the knight display. The sales associates were very helpful and even offered to carry out the rather lightweight display for us. The checkout lines were quick and efficient. I recommend checking out their selection of Christmas decorations and displays. Heads up on the parking situation. Claustrophobic!! I have tried this store a few times but there is almost no room to walk anywhere. So much stuff in boxes in the isles it has to be a fire hazard. I love the products they sell but I just can't do it. Makes me feel closed in!! Suggestion: Know when your shelves are full. Stop with the over crowding. read more

Fairly decent selection! Aisles are a bit cramped Bc of holiday items but there is a good amount of inventory at this store. Love the holidays pillows and throws they have at reasonable prices. They have lots of Hanukkah decor along with Xmas decor. Also good selection of bed sheets, duvet covers and lamps! read more

This HomeGoods has pretty good stuff to buy. Sometimes this stores customer service isn't the best though. They do have some nice furniture, decor, and kitchen stuff that other places don't usually have. Some of the prices are a bit high for the thing, but usually you can find a better deal. The inside of the store is not too sparkly clean, but not as gross as other stores I've been too, would recommend. read more

Oh my goodness! First time in this store and I brought my sister with me. We had a blast looking at bargains. We went in looking for some pretty flower pots. Well they had bunches of them. Some from Mexico that were $30 less than at some of the big plant sellers in the area. The staff at the store were friendly and thoughtful with wrapping our purchased pots. I will be back! read more

I had found a shower curtain at the Lynnwood store and wanted one more so that I could make a window curtain to match the shower curtain. We drove out to the Woodinville store to see if they had one. The store is much larger than Lynnwood's and laid out very nicely. For a Sunday morning, the store was very busy. After a little searching, I actually found the shower curtain. I had paid $11.00 for it at Lynnwood. This store had it for $5.00. It has been marked down from $11.00 to $7.00 to $5.00. I had tried to find another one online at Amazon and they wanted $59.00 for the same curtain. Needless to say, I was thrilled! I used the restroom before I left and here's my challenge with that store. The restroom was absolutely filthy. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned that morning. There were paper towels, toilet paper and other garbage all over the floor, which looked as if it hadn't been mopped in weeks. You can't tell me a sales associate hadn't used the restroom yet that morning and not noticed the mess. The store, neat and tidy and sales associates friendly. My advice, don't use the restroom, but enjoy the store! read more
