Recently I brought in a few winter items and the very kind staff person who looked at every piece explained that they were only accepting spring clothing but to come back in the fall. The other nearby consignmnt shops just brushed me off and said I needed to make an appointment. Ragamoffyns doesn't always accept everything I bring in but are always polite when saying no. I never feel insulted and I donate those items rather than dealing with the other shops.

For the last 10 years I have for the most part only worn dresses because it's very challenging for me to find pants. Lauren took one look at me and knew exactly what size I was and brought me a few different pairs of pants to try on. I was floored when she brought me this beautiful pair of wide leg pants that I never would've even thought to try on myself. They are my husbands favorite pants on me. Lauren takes pride in everything that she does. Her customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. She cares about each customer and wants to make sure they are happy with their purchases. She is not pushy either which I appreciate. They hit the bullseye and now have a return customer pending a successful pickup once the work is done. When they haven't had my size they'll order it for me. if a particular manufacturer is no longer making the pants I want they'll show me what else might be available. And their tailoring is exceptional, Yakov is a master tailor. If I were still working I wouldn't hesitate to have him make my suits and tailor my dress shirts. He's a true gem. It's a consignment store, there are sales and changing prices noted on the tags. There are signs posted everywhere at checkout saying they charge 3% for card transactions, plus Kirkland sales tax. I thought they were very reasonable and very honest with their pricing and gave me an itemized receipt! I would definitely recommend this shop for really nice quality vintage pieces. I was stopping by to pickup my unsold consignment items as my contract has ended, and I let them know yesterday that I would stop by sometime today to pick it up, yet when I arrived at 10:45, I was shocked to find the door locked, the lights off, and no sign of employees... I even tried calling several times, and received no answer, and no way to leave a message to let them know I tried to stop by.... I also bought 4 bracelets, 2 winter scarves and a winter beanie! What a joy it was! I love all the stuff I bought yesterday. This was not the first time I bought stuff from them! I also bought this fabulous dress to wear at my wedding here for less than $100 (see photo). I absolutely loved it!! This was my 2nd dress as my main bridal gown was fancier, longer and with a small train so I can't dance in it. This pearl straps dress was just perfect, hitting at my ankle so I can dance in it. My daughter also scored a beautiful pink dress in the Spring of 2025 that she plans to wear when there's a special occasion.
