The initial sofa was received defective upon delivery, so Dania replaced it. After several years of use, a couple of the leg screws became loose and popped out. The screws were ill-fitted and I had to buy a couple of new screws from a hardware store to fix the problem. What was especially frustrating was learning that the pricing issue appeared to be related to an internal pricing/update problem, yet the burden of that mistake was ultimately placed on the customer. Even after reaching out respectfully and explaining the concern, no accommodation or adjustment was offered. I understand stores have policies, but this felt extremely unfair and left a very bad impression. A clearance item with reduced customer protections should not be presented at a higher listed price than the regular item online. While the staff communicated politely, the overall handling of the situation was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the store. I will not shop here again, and I would not feel comfortable recommending friends or family to purchase here either.
