Note: their inventory changes so much that they will always something different in there each time you visit (I wend in there several times in a week to decide my whole purchase). ---I didn't have anything to move the furniture with so I ended up renting a U-Haul for the "day price", and picked up two guys from Home Depot to move the furniture. In the end I spent just under $975 from start to finish (including fees to take junk furniture to the dump)!

The initial sofa was received defective upon delivery, so Dania replaced it. After several years of use, a couple of the leg screws became loose and popped out. The screws were ill-fitted and I had to buy a couple of new screws from a hardware store to fix the problem. Hence, I am a little leary on buying furniture from Dania again based on the quality issues of the sofa.

After the purchase, I discovered the exact same item was listed online at a lower regular price than the listed clearance price in store. What was especially frustrating was learning that the pricing issue appeared to be related to an internal pricing/update problem, yet the burden of that mistake was ultimately placed on the customer. Even after reaching out respectfully and explaining the concern, no accommodation or adjustment was offered. I understand stores have policies, but this felt extremely unfair and left a very bad impression. A clearance item with reduced customer protections should not be presented at a higher listed price than the regular item online. While the staff communicated politely, the overall handling of the situation was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the store. I will not shop here again, and I would not feel comfortable recommending friends or family to purchase here either.

I bought one of their bunk beds (from Costco as I recall) over 16 years ago, and have moved, disassembled, and re-assembled it many times since. The design is smart and sturdy, and it is simple and fast to disassemble and re-assemble, even simpler than smaller items like chairs and coffee tables I have purchased from competitors. During my last move, the movers lost some of the hardware for the bed. I called these guys up (16 years later, mind you), and they knew exactly what bed I had and sent me the missing hardware via first class mail to my home in California so I could get back to reassembling the bed and settling in to my new house! Compare this to the experience folks are used to these days with fly-by-night online sellers who may not be in existence a few months later, much less answering the phones and supporting their products after nearly two decades. This level of stability and integrity is how business was done in the old days, and this experience has not only drawn me back to Epoch's product line, but encouraged me to think critically about where I source my other products.
