Every visit is different - with different focuses, like Endurance, Strength, Upper, Lower, etc. - so you always feel you're working different parts of your body and it never gets boring. That part is great, but what makes this place special is the community that comes with it. Everyone who comes here to workout builds one another up and encourages you. It's been super fulfilling to see others grow stronger and fitter alongside us. The coaches will push you while being supportive, and make sure you are doing each movement correctly. That's something that's really important to me at a gym- getting the corrections needed to do things properly to avoid injury and to get stronger. Each of the coaches takes the time to know your name and something about you so you don't feel like just another head in the class. And, shoutout to Coach Alisha for being the strongest, most badass athlete we know and having great music during class!

I'd been attending an Adventure Boot Camp in San Jose for the past year, and knew I needed to keep the exercise going. Plus, I was hoping to meet some people since I knew no one here. I discovered the Lake Oswego Adventure Boot Camp after a disappointing try at a different camp. I've been with them since August and what a fun summer and fall it's been! The fantastic trainers are Katie and Noelle; they are very energetic, supportive, and funny, even at 5:30am! Every workout has been unique; I can't think of one complete repeat. That keeps things interesting, challenging, and definitely not boring. I've consistently burned 400+ calories (as per my heart rate monitor) each workout, which for me is awesome. If you can't do a move, they provide alternate exercises to avoid injury. We use weights, move around the park (but will be moving indoors for the winter next month), and have fun doing it. They have camps at 5:30am, 7am, and 8:30am, 4 days a week. And if you want an evening class, they have their "Power Half-hour", which I haven't taken, but I hear it's quite challenging and fun too. I drive 10 miles to get to their location (Foothills Park for outdoor, and the Wizer's building for winter) - at 5:30am. The best part is that when the hour is over, you've gotten a great workout done, and you're wide awake and ready to start your day. Thanks Katie & Noelle!

I was hesitant at first because I am not in the best shape and I was concerned that it would be to hard for me, but Katie makes each work out customized to your fitness level. I knew I was having a good time, because the hour flew by, and I knew I was getting a good work out, because I was sore after every class. Beyond the results you will see in the mirror, Katie (and Noelle) are very sweet, caring ladies who really have your best interest at heart, and want you to success in your fitness goals. I couldn't recommend it more.

They were all very knowledgeable and they fostered an encouraging and positive team environment tailored to all fitness levels. Every day was different so that kept the classes really interesting and time just flew by even though the workouts were tough! Cardio, weights, mobility - all in a fun and effective format. The gym goers each morning were also great to work out with, everyone was so positive and putting in their best effort even though it was 5am. I can't wait to return to Portland and attend again. The space was very clean, organized and had all the equipment you could want. I noticed a couple people were having personal training in the back half of the gym while the class was going on, so that looked like a great option too. Easy to park and there are cubbies to put your belonging in next to the workout space. I felt so welcome and already part of a team even though I was just a visitor there.
