When someone hadn't shown up on the day promised, I again reached out and she explained that they only had 1-2 hours available to complete the work and not the SIX necessary. The owner came out and said things had been cleaned but after I started showing her what hadn't been done and how terrible the work was, she too questioned whether her employee had actually done anything or just sat around the whole time. The owner asked what I wanted done and I showed her the original list. She refused and said that wasn't possible for her to do what was asked. I then had to tell her step-by-step what needed to be cleaned as if she didn't know how to look at the list and make sure all the things were done. When I asked her to clean the doors, doorjambs and baseboards, she said, "I'll just clean the outsides of the door because that's all people see anyway." It's hardly what's advertised as "OCD clean." The owner made me feel pressured into saying she could leave without finishing the work and then demanded that I pay for the six hours her employee was there DOING NOTHING! The owner further refused to clean the walls, blinds, baseboards, etc. ensuring that my property manager (PM) would not care about those things. Sure enough, when my PM came out to check for cleaning, I had to spend an additional FIVE HOURS cleaning the things the owner and her staff didn't do despite them being paid for it. IT WAS LITERALLY A WASTE OF MONEY TO HIRE THIS "BUSINESS"!!

He was very prompt and made you feel as though the cleaners they have go above and beyond. They initially quoted a very high price and came down to match another quote I had because I think they way overestimated the job and he said it was for 5 hours. I live in a tiny apartment with no furniture yet and needed a bathroom, kitchen, and floors scrubbed. He even said, Oh YES, if they see it dirty, they will clean it not just bypass it including opening the cupboard, stove and fridge etc. (to be, this is above and beyond, this is why I chose them) When they arrived, a man and lady asked me what I wanted and I kept saying, well whatever is included but the focus is kitchen bath and floors. She was done in 1.5hours and I paid $125 - WOW. I left while she was cleaning as I can definitely be a micromanager LOL She asked me to check it out and showed me she cleaned the stove and just said, looks good. it did smell great but I didn't do a good check. The moment she left, I noticed my socks were already dirty, I was shocked. My other half had taken tissues to the floors along the wall and they were gross like the floors weren't even cleaned or touched. (pics attached) There were still crumbs on the stove and on the handles. Half of the cupboards (outside) were wiped down as to 'spot clean' and inside cupboards were definitely not done. The toilet appeared to be clean until you bent down and the top of the bowl was still dirty... We called, James thanked me for the call and assured me they would be right back to correct and really appreciated my feedback and he said 'this is what we need to know' I felt embarrassed that I had to call to 'complain' When she came back she said she didn't realize she had to do the floors?!?! 'miscommunication' she chaulked it up as... I showed her the other stuff as well. We left again, she spent another hour RE-DOING all of her original work. it was better but still not worth $125. I gave them a 3 star because James was great and the lady was nice as well as the customer service but BOY do I wish the sales pitch matched the service level.
