I needed help! I have two big dogs that shed, I live next to an open field that causes dust like crazy and after an accident, I had limited movement and found it really hard to clean like I use to. Sheila provided an up front free quote for the initial deep clean. It did take a while (a lot of work was needed), but it was well worth the initial expense. The deep clean was AMAZING. Bathrooms are spotless (even the hard water build up, gone!) Window and door jams, light fixtures, ceiling lights even, all cleaned. It is so much easier to relax and enjoy my clean home. Pros: Responds quickly free quotes Sheila is clearly quite passionate about what she does, and the areas that were cleaned by her were truly impressive Cons: Landlord unsatisfied with the condition of the apartment after cleaning Areas skipped that were hugely important (The refrigerator!), on a job that they quoted as 2-4 hours (They only took 1 hour 45 minutes, I wonder why!) Charges $20 per additional person, even if that person is under the age of 18 (One of their 'crew' was their VERY young child, 2 others seemed to be teenagers, I was not thrilled to be charged for that, nor did I prepare my 26 year old male apartment to have children in it) And the biggest con: I sent the feedback my landlord had given me to them - only by quoting my landlord. The response I got was ridiculous. I almost wonder if their customer service is one of their young children, because the few coherent thoughts were based on absolute lies. "Things were still not out of the way we do have pictures of proof but a 2 bedroom unit she did say takes time u asked for 2hrs so thats what we did clean as much as we could to our best of ability". My quote was 2-4 hours, they took 1.75 hours, and I was charged for 2. I never specified that it needed to happen in 2, they imposed that all on their own, just to not complete their job. I even asked, specifically, what I need to do to prepare the apartment for them to do their job fully, and after following their instruction to the letter, they attempt to gaslight me, saying that I didn't prepare the apartment and ordered the wrong cleaning (If you have a soda in the fridge or boxes in a room, don't call it a move out cleaning or else they'll skip it! They'll steal your money.) Once they have your money, they couldn't care less if they did the job to the full extent. They aren't open to hearing feedback, and they exploit their children to profit more. Hire a real professional, or do what I should have done and have your landlord clean it or use who they recommend. I could have gotten my place cleaned twice over, for the same price, without having to deal with the headache that has been my last few days. No effort was taken by the 'business' to follow up with feedback, no accountability, and no transparency of their use of children for labor. read more

I hired Sheila to clean my home after moving out. She made promises about what she would complete, I was impressed, and paid her for 8 hours of labor in advance. Unfortunately, Sheila did not complete even a fraction of the work she promised to complete, despite cashing my check before even entering my home. She left dog hair on the floor, toothpaste on the mirrors, and crumbs in the cabinets. She didn't sweep, mop, or dust ceiling fans as stated in our contract. The checklist she gave is apparently meaningless. She is now refusing to answer my calls or texts. Don't bother calling HomeMaid, unless you like being ripped off. read more

Homemaid by the mornings is the best cleaning company she loves to clean can take anything off of anything hard water strains are her thing I am currently working for her and she is teaching me so much .. I grow up with her and she loves cleaning ever since we where kids all I can remember her doing is cleaning and am so glad she has her own business now she has came along way and am so proud of her ... and happy to be working with her my boss is the best at everthing.... read more
