In very little time they located the problem and began clean up and moving things to prevent any further damage. They informed us of what happened and all they were doing. The next day a crew arrived, removed damaged sheet rock, insulation, carpet, etc. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and in several days the damaged area was dry and the moisture level was well within a safe level. They gave us a complete report and also forwarded it to our insurance company. Very thorough, very competent and very professional. I think these folks can fix anything.

He was very prompt and made you feel as though the cleaners they have go above and beyond. They initially quoted a very high price and came down to match another quote I had because I think they way overestimated the job and he said it was for 5 hours. I live in a tiny apartment with no furniture yet and needed a bathroom, kitchen, and floors scrubbed. He even said, Oh YES, if they see it dirty, they will clean it not just bypass it including opening the cupboard, stove and fridge etc. (to be, this is above and beyond, this is why I chose them) When they arrived, a man and lady asked me what I wanted and I kept saying, well whatever is included but the focus is kitchen bath and floors. She was done in 1.5hours and I paid $125 - WOW. I left while she was cleaning as I can definitely be a micromanager LOL She asked me to check it out and showed me she cleaned the stove and just said, looks good. it did smell great but I didn't do a good check. The moment she left, I noticed my socks were already dirty, I was shocked. My other half had taken tissues to the floors along the wall and they were gross like the floors weren't even cleaned or touched. (pics attached) There were still crumbs on the stove and on the handles. Half of the cupboards (outside) were wiped down as to 'spot clean' and inside cupboards were definitely not done. The toilet appeared to be clean until you bent down and the top of the bowl was still dirty... We called, James thanked me for the call and assured me they would be right back to correct and really appreciated my feedback and he said 'this is what we need to know' I felt embarrassed that I had to call to 'complain' When she came back she said she didn't realize she had to do the floors?!?! 'miscommunication' she chaulked it up as... I showed her the other stuff as well. We left again, she spent another hour RE-DOING all of her original work. it was better but still not worth $125. I gave them a 3 star because James was great and the lady was nice as well as the customer service but BOY do I wish the sales pitch matched the service level.

Price is right and she is flexible on scheduling. Overall an excellent choice for home cleaningread more

Used them once in 2019 to prepare my house for sale, and it was fine then ... but now, three years…read morelater, I find charges totaling $260 on a different bank account. That's not very good accounting practice, I'd say. My bank has taken this over, and all is well that ends well for me (thanks to my bank), but I am seeing lots of similar complaints on the internet and elsewhere. Be warned if you ever used this company before, and check all your bank accounts. The one they charged me fraudulently on this time didn't even exist when I hired them the one time in 2019. That's VERY strange.
