Against my better judgment, I walked into this place, looking for a kitchen table and a sofa table with stools. I ended up buying a kitchen table that I liked, and I also liked a sofa table that they did not have in stock at the time. The gentleman ordered it for me and said it would be shipped out to the store and they would call me once it was ready for pick up. We went around back, picked up my kitchen table loaded it on my truck and drove home. I waited a few days for the sofa table. No big deal. They called me and told me it was ready so I show up and there's a box waiting for me in the rear of the building. I explained to them that I did not know it was going to be in a box otherwise I would not have ordered it at all. There is a tall black gentleman with braids in the front of the store, was extremely rude. He jumped at the chance to tell me... "You signed for it. There ain't no returns. Everything is a final sale here. You should read what you sign for" (which I agree) but the attitude I could have done without. First of all, no one was even talking to him. He did not greet me. He saw me at the front door and walked right past me like I wasn't there & didn't bother with me. (Yes I looked a mess) but that's no excuse. It looks like he's just ready to argue with whoever walks in the door. He's been working there for a very long time so I'm sure they won't be getting rid of him anytime soon, but I think people should know what they're dealing with at this location. So I walked back into the store and asked them if there was an extra charge for the build. There was a woman that said we don't usually build anything, but we will do this one time as a courtesy. I really do appreciate that the woman was actually helping... but that was only after I called the customer service line. I had many people tell me they were unsatisfied at the store, and I still went against my better judgment and walked in. Shame on me, it won't happen again. Next time, give people all the information and let them know that they will have to build it themselves when they get home. I could've went to IKEA if I wanted to build my own furniture. Sad.

We got the standard cushion for an l shaped couch with an oversized chaise. It has withstood our growing family and continues to be a comfy landing spot for all of us. The couch is built in section which makes it easy to maneuver when we need to clean around it. But it is heavy because the frame is NOT PINE. So it hasn't creaked or morphed in any way. And it's very sturdy. The seat cushions have broken in comfortably and this couch is the most comfortable thing we own. I tell everyone the quality is worth the price. It's not cheap, at all, but the quality is worth it. I purchased couches from 2 other furniture stores and this one far exceeds the other 2. I wish we came here first and saved the money. It's like having my own private upholsterer. My first adventure involved my dog and her ball that kept rolling under the couch. Silly dog shredded the skirt of my slipcover and Faviola was able to find/match the fabric and replace just the skirt. Totally washable slipcover, super comfy sofa was new again. Fast forward, sofa cushions got tired, cover still lovely, so Faviola and team refilled my cushions, made the cushions like new again. Fast forward to this past visit.... dog again... shredded too much, so we had a whole new slipcover for my 20 year sofa and it's fantastic!! Faviola is a great careful, communicator. It is now Monday, and we found out the couches had already arrived at their store last Friday, but nobody contacted us. To make things worse, one of the couch frames was damaged during shipment. We were told we could either have it repaired or order a replacement, which they said would only take about a week. What doesn't make sense to me is that the original couches took an entire month to arrive, but suddenly a brand-new replacement can arrive within a week. That makes me question how I can be sure I am actually receiving a new couch instead of the damaged one simply being repaired. They also told us that if we chose to keep the damaged couch and have it repaired, we would still have to pay basically full price, with only $50 taken off. For furniture that arrived damaged before we even received it, I do not think $50 off is reasonable. Overall, the lack of communication and the way this situation has been handled has been very frustrating.
