Their facility is super clean and organized with plenty of showroom samples to see the quality of what I wanted in my new home. I did not want to be surprised by ordering something on line that was in my price point to realize upon receiving it that it might be cheap. Tempo Collection took the guess work out of the equation as I could sit on the sectionals and check the functionality of drawers and such. Mary was especially great with helping me find the perfect "Restoration Hardware" look pieces I was hoping for. Totally agree with Angel and free other of the low reviews. I found their furniture on offer up and they make you believe their have high quality furniture. I bought this bed in May and it started breaking in June. I waited a whole month for this bed on my to be disappointed. I should have known when they gave my the display bed, didn't give a discount and swore the bed was premium quality. I paid $600+ just for the bed frame plus delivery and coverage fee. They had they're guy assemble the bed do it wasn't anything I did wrong. The middle started to sink after a few weeks. I called and emailed they came out to fix it again within a week the bed was breaking ever worst. I asked for a refund and the refused. Now I'm out $700+. I had to buy another bed on Amazon, it was $200 and is the most sturdy bed I've ever had. I would not recommend buying a bed here. See pictures. read more

We are so happy we found this place. Well worth the cost. I would give it 5 stars but 4 is great. Only reason I say 4 is because I wish they had more on sight to see. HOWEVER what we wanted was there but the color wasn't but they had the exact color from the same company in a different piece of furniture. They had a lot of TV stands and beds and tables and there sets of bedroom items are priced very well! We usually to to living spaces and we still will, but we will return here in the near future. Owner Tim was nice and tried to be attentive when I was at the store browsing around. Don't expect a smile or nice customer service from this guy. He's just there to take your money and will slam the door on you (literally)! I was looking for new furniture for my kitchen and living room since we are slowly renovating my house and found this place on OfferUp. So I need a new couch set, dining table, tv stand and coffee table. I ended up buying just the coffee table for now since my son needs it for play and to eat on. Other furniture was placed on hold after I repainted the place. It goes downhill after I come pick up my coffee table where Tim was very rude after I ordered online. He must have thought I was lying about buying other pieces and only ended up buying 1 item out of the 4 sets I needed. I came right before closing and noticed the warehouse door was closed so that means his workers was off. He ended up having to help me to load the car. I pulled up to the loading door as requested and put my backseat down. He was telling me it wouldn't fit in my car and kept having a attitude like "ok if you say so". I kept telling him it'll fit and again, attitude all over his face. He didn't want to do but but I asked him to try. He tried and at the end just didn't bother to push the box all the way inside to prove me it won't fit. He tried to close the door but didn't close , it must have been an inch off. He then realize it doesn't close, rudely walks away to the door, and shouts "have a nice day" then slams the warehouse door shut before I can even tell him to come back to finish helping me. He literally left me there to figure it out myself, which I did. I just pushed the box in and closed the door myself. He was super rude to a paying customer and slammed the door before even making sure I was successfully loaded in the car. This is unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere! His stuck up attitude is not acceptable. Not only that, we found the coffee table chipped and peeled right off the box which I will have to glue it myself. Bad customer service from the owner HIMSELF. Will take your money and be rude if you don't buy everything at once. Will not full help you make sure your items are in the car. I randomly discovered this store while browsing through a furniture manufacturer website. Tim was very patient with me & my picky ways and was more than willing to help me find the perfect piece of furniture. He is pretty good at finding items you may be interested in after pointing out one item you like. After leaving the store after my 1st purchase, I found some other furniture online that I liked and gave him a call to see if he could get it for me and sure enough, he came through! I purchased a sectional sofa and dining table set and will be returning to purchase more furniture in the near future. The showroom is pretty large with your basics. It is not "staged" by an interior designer. However, they have plenty of magazines and a computer for you to search for other items that are not in their showroom or for some sort of inspo. When the delivery driver arrived it was him by himself and I asked if I helped could he think we could do it?
