Yet she still required my credit card, clearly indicating this wasn't coming from her personally. She also admitted that she could have offered compensation that started at 5%, increasing to 10%, 15%, and even 20% up to over $600 till I was satisfied, but only if I didn't dispute with my cc. That's unethical. I was transparent about being overseas caring for my elderly mother, and told them I'd resolve it when I returned. Instead, I was met with resistance, unclear communication, and a company more concerned about protecting commission than delivering a quality customer experience. If you value transparency, fairness, or basic professionalism, stay far away. I've emailed customer service as suggested by Kim in response to my previous review to resolve the issue which I have done. Let's see if they contact me and do the right thing or prove this is their standard response window dressing without any intention of taking care of their customers.
