    *** update previous review***…read more I finally connected with Monique who said she would offer me $150 "from her side" because their finance department supposedly wouldn't approve any compensation because they WON the case. Yet she still required my credit card, clearly indicating this wasn't coming from her personally. She also admitted that she could have offered compensation that started at 5%, increasing to 10%, 15%, and even 20% up to over $600 till I was satisfied, but only if I didn't dispute with my cc. That's unethical. I was transparent about being overseas caring for my elderly mother, and told them I'd resolve it when I returned. Instead, I was met with resistance, unclear communication, and a company more concerned about protecting commission than delivering a quality customer experience. If you value transparency, fairness, or basic professionalism, stay far away. I've emailed customer service as suggested by Kim in response to my previous review to resolve the issue which I have done. Let's see if they contact me and do the right thing or prove this is their standard response window dressing without any intention of taking care of their customers. The valance for one of the blinds was too short, even though they came to measure beforehand. They did come back to replace it but that took another 3 weeks. The bottom of the blinds look unfinished with hanging threads throughout. I was promised a partial refund which was a lie - it never materialized.
