Where I feel it was like a massage envy type vibe where they don't just give you fully what you want and try to make you come back for another one. The hot towel and cupping was great however didn't seem like the person knew what they were fully doing. Lastly I know the cost of living has went up, but this was my first and last visit as no reason why someone should be paying $200+ for a massage period. At the end, I showed her the email confirmation which I think helped confirm they have online scheduling, but they prefer walk-in or a phone call. Great massage, she definitely could tell right off the bat where my trouble spots were or what sort of occupation I had! A little more chatty than I hoped but the massage was a good start in the right direction in feeling better. During my session, my right foot, which is missing the toes due to a lawnmower accident 20+ years ago, was completely skipped over, even though nothing had been requested or needed to be skipped. When I followed up within 30 days, hoping to resolve the situation kindly, I was told it was too late to request a refund. On the call, I was offered an apology for how the experience made me feel; there was no acknowledgment of the massage therapist's actions or any assurance that the issue would be addressed. It was clear they didn't truly understand the situation or have an ethical process for handling it, leaving me feeling embarrassed for spending $120 here. If you have specific care needs or any unique situations, I would think twice before booking here. This experience was dismissive and showed space for improvement in situations like mine. I want others to know so they can make an informed decision about whether this is the kind of service they want to support.
