Regina Flores, Broker Associate REALTOR®/Owner | Regina…read moreFlores Real Estate Group Brokered by Big Block Realty, Inc. If you are reading this and have NOT yet engaged in business with her then be cautious. Pay attention to the other reviews posted previous to mine and make an educated choice, especially if you are the buyer. I am sure she is a good person, a good friend, a good mother, and good at many things in life. But a good real estate agent she is not. And that's ok because we can't be good everything in life. I just finished a transaction with her so I have first hand experience. If issues, concerns, questions are brought about the property are posed, she has a response and a tone of misplaced defensiveness. There's probably a great deal of insecurity fueling that behavior. There will be excuses, denial, or she will not answer the question honestly. A seasoned professional will calmly welcome conversation to educate the buyer and work towards meeting the client's concerns. Not so with Regina Flores. You can expect to micro manage her, you will need to follow up with her multiple times on questions unanswered. She is not the type of business person who can see why you need certain pieces of information you have to explain obvious things to her and that may make her embarrassed or irritated and she won't answer if that's the case. There are things I still don't have answers to and we already closed escrow. I asked her to address critical things and she not only did not help answer, but she denied and shut down my inquiries which created distrust for the buyer. She disclosed that her seller was paying her a flat fee to sell the property and that they had a personal friendship. The transaction was fully skewed to the seller at all times. I never imagined it would be so blatant bordering a breach of obedience and trust. She represented both the seller and buyer for this transaction, I was the buyer. Regina has a fiduciary responsibility to help address all of the buyers concerns. She did not do this or advocate for me where there were real concerns. She clearly weighed her representation only to the seller's side. She negotiated a bunch of terms for the seller that I agreed to because I was flexible. The real concerns that I had she did not help facilitate. Her work is riddled with mistakes and errors to the point of embarrassment. There were moments where I was confused because I thought to myself, this can't be happening. But the distrust increased as her lack of detail showed up in incorrect information. When it is brought up, her response was sophmoric, flippant, dismissive, and of outright denial. Wow. I naively assumed that she was going to be experienced, integrous and that it would be great to deal with another smart business woman. She likes to portray herself as a polished seasoned real estate leader, but in my opinion, it's all a veneer. I did not expect a "professional lady" at her mature age to operate like this. I have worked with younger real estate agents who were of class, quality and hard working. The kind of professional who really want to earn your trust and long term business. For those agents, I have happily written positive reviews on their behalf. Good people deserve good praise. These real estate transactions take a lot of work and they deserve the commissions that they get. This special lady, Regina,... unfortunately I cannot say the same. At best, she is qualified and capable of non-detailed administrative work. It is an understatement to say that this is not the right profession for her. If you do work with her, make sure to double check her work. There are guaranteed to be errors and it could cost you or at the very least be a headache to work through. It was a fascinating and valuable learning experience and now it's time to move forward to better. Best of luck to all!

I…read moresimply asked if there was any unforeseen issues with the property just to make sure I had the full scope of what was going on. I was immediately met with a very irritated short tone of voice. I'm assuming she for some reason took personal offense to me asking why the house hadn't sold yet. Before I could even finish asking for her email to submit an offer to I was hung up on. Then apparently had my number blocked. Absolutely the worst agent experience I've ever had. Highly recommend one of the many other great agents in the Ramona area. Very very unprofessional.

This gentle man went above and beyond at this very challenging time for me and my friend. He found reputable, affordable contractors to handle extensive repairs, clearing of the property, and all manner of staging of my friends home for optimal sale value. He guided my friend and I through each step, patiently, clearly and with maximum ease and comfort. He is reliable, trustworthy, clear, concise, kind, knowledgeable, and was the consummate professional throughout. There aren't enough words for this man, I've sold other properties and he is by far heads & shoulders above anyone else I've worked with. Finally he got maximum price for the property, more than other realtors had advised initially and he delivered! Thank you Sergio this was the easiest testimonial I've ever written, you are the BEST!

However, with such an incredible service, and most importantly, a massive contribution, pristine guidance, and whole hearted support in one of my ultimate dreams to come true, how can I not and why would not? Sergio is a rare gem in the real estate industry - a man of true morals, extensive knowledge, and incredible empathy, patience, and understanding. Sergio is not solely looking for a paycheck, but rather the best interest of his client - as if he were buying the home himself. As mentioned, buying a home has always been one of my ultimate dreams to come true, and quite frankly, the process of buying a home is very stressful and overwhelming. But with Sergio on my side, he really did help and support me through this entire process with ease and pro activity. Sergio demonstrated extreme patience and knowledge, pointing out flaws and detrimental factors of homes that I thought were wholesome houses. Without him on my side, I'm more than sure I would've regretted my home purchase due to pressure, impatience, and stress. I now sit back on my porch and admire my kids play on the front yard of our new home, I cannot thank Sergio enough. Please do not hesitate to purchase a home with Sergio by your side - you will experience this review yourself , and you definitely won't regret your decision of buying a house with Sergio. Again, from the three of us, thank you so much Sergio. May GOD bless you, your family, and your future endeavors

We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!
