The entire office strives to make you as comfortable as possible while providing you with compassion, modesty, and genuine care. You are treated as a person not just a number or dollar sign when you are in the care of Naseem and his staff. Naseem works with a lot of patients who do not have insurance while still giving those patients top-notch service and respect. The day of your test does not drag on and you are not sitting and waiting for hours to be seen. Naseem respects and values your time and works hard to get your testing completed promptly with the best results possible. And your reports are read very quickly by the reading radiologists. Naseem has several Specialty Radiologists such as Spine, orthopedics, podiatry, etc. So your tests are read by providers who specialize in the area you need. Beware! I made an appointment three weeks ago for an ultrasound. I went in today and they never scheduled it!! I had to take hours off of work! They have all my paperwork, but never scheduled it! The ultrasound tech is only there once a month! I would never recommend. read more

This is the 2nd MRI i have had with Nas and team this year. As usual- Professionalism is the cornerstone of something as important as an MRI. The entire team not only handles the entire visit with professionalism, but they also are able to make you feel good about being there!! They treat you as if you are the moist important patient in the world! This only happens when LEADERSHIP happens. Nas insists on the treatment of others in this way... AND I am sure that he takes care of his staff as such! Today Nas, Nicole, Aneta, Jessica, and Tanya literally bent over backwards for me from me in order to accommodate my schedule and difficulty of procedure. Without question the most professional and personable I have ever encountered! Customer service was amazing! Smiling and understanding as to the condition I was in needing my MRI! While I had high hopes for this facility I'm so disappointed in my experience. I scheduled my appointment April 6 for today, April 19th for an MRI. I was told they could take me earlier but with my work schedule I could only make it on the 19th and I live an hour away. Mind you I am in a lot of pain because of a TMJ issue so I was really looking forward to my appointment. I got a call Friday from them asking if I could move my appointment back an hour to accommodate them and I had no issue with that. 2 1/2 hours before my appointment I get a call from a woman saying my appointment is cancelled because my insurance has not approved the test yet because it takes 5 business days. I found that odd because It had been almost two full weeks since I scheduled. When I asked the woman when they paperwork was filed she just kept saying usually it takes 15 minutes. So I hung up and was increasingly frustrated. Then the owner called me and blamed it on my insurance and said that they submitted everything on the 9th and when I asked why they did not bring this up on Friday when they called me he said they couldn't do anything. He told me I could still come in but that if it wasn't approved I'd be liable for the full price (not gonna happen!). Well, I called my insurance to complain that they were taking longer then expected and were the reason my appointment was cancelled. My insurance then told me that the only record they have of my paperwork being submitted was a call this morning and no record of anything being submitted on the 9th. The lack of communication is for the poor review. Had I had been told on Friday that my insurance was still in review I could have called my insurance to see what was going on and try to help rectify but something seems fishy that the day of my appointment is when I'm told that my insurance still didn't approve anything.. read more

I had terrible headaches for two weeks and because of all the coronavirus scare decided not to get it done but to treat the symptoms as if it were migraine headaches. A week later I had no choice but to get the MRI done. I had lost a sister to a brain aneurysm and my daughter had a brain tumor so this was my biggest worry. Due to the virus some places were not taking MRIs until May, a wait of another month. I knew I could not do that. Homer Glen Imaging was referred to me from a friend who had gone there many times. I was nervous but Wendy was so professional and guided me through getting me in the same day. Once there I met Naz who did the MRI. I explained how nervous I was but he was not only professional, but very gentle and calming. This place was immaculately clean. Naz explained everything as he went along which made the whole experience less stressful. I would never go anywhere else to get the services they provide. I went here for a open MRI and I was in alot of pain in my lower back and was so happy I came here. The place was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful but the best was my tech his name was Naz I hope I spelled that correct he was wonderful and got me thru the MRI . The worst experience of my life and my first MRI. I wish I could give 0 stars I would but the other staff besides they tech doing the MRI he was awful, were excellent understanding and patient. I will admit I was running late due to streets being closed for flooding & having to take a important call. I will admit the two young women helping me were awesome they made sure I was comfortable and secure in each machine because I was to claustrophobic for the first one. They put me in the other machine which was fine. The machine begins and I was ok, he then proceeds to play rock and roll music and I began to panic. I squeeze the call but once no response, I squeeze it again no response, I begin to try to call myself because now I dont know if something is wrong in the medical office. I squeeze for a third and fourth time no response. A few minutes later he comes in asking if everything is ok, while crying and with a raised voice I asked him to please turn the music off it is not relaxing and I've been panicking for the last 10 minutes. He says oh I didnt hear the call button go off. I'm literally crying in the machine and trying to get it over with. Trying to calm myself so that he doesn't have to keep shooting the images. I'm trying to remain calm because no need to go off on a tech. So once I leave I ask the front desk people to give me the number to management. They dont have any business cards so they give me a brochure. They ask me what's wrong and I literally breakdown crying telling them about my experience. Hopefully I never have to get another MRI because i will tell my insurance to send me somewhere else. Really has put a sour taste in my mouth for all open MRI places. read more
