I visited the clinic Friday 7/3/2026 and everything was just fine up until it was time to leave. I brought my coworker for her work injury and she was in a wheelchair. While I was trying to leave I was having trouble with the double doors. One of the employees sees this, but she is too busy exchanging information and flirting with a patient who was also leaving. The two ladies at the front desk were in shock at how blind she was and they decided to nicely speak up for me. Instead of the employee in the doors helping me, she simply steps to the side and finishes her conversation with the patient. I get out of the doors and I see her hug the patient. This was very rude and unprofessional to see and definitely not how I wanted our visit to end. read more

I had all of my issues addressed for a very moderate cost, received referrals for physicians and walked out with the confidence of accurate diagnosing. This is a really good PIC location. I used to go to the one on State Street in Chicago when I still lived there, so I'm already in their system, which made visiting a bit easier. I had to stop by today with a very painful cyst that I was afraid was infected. The PA I saw actually performed a minor procedure and removed the cyst, which was both gross and pretty cool/interesting. She was super patient with my mild exclamations of pain and pretty gentle during something that wasn't at all fun for anyone. In the end I walked out with a lot less cyst feeling confident I'm not gonna have a big issue with infection and can now follow up with the dermatologist in 9 days (which was the soonest I could get in somewhere more "traditional". Scheduling was easy on the website. They were busy but still got to me in a reasonable amount of time around my scheduled time. The nurses and desk staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing bad at all to say about this location and I'll be back next time I'm sick! read more

I have never been to an immediate care facility before but I was very impressed with the polite efficiency demonstrated by everyone I encountered there. My in and out time was remarkable. The quality of care was excellent, everything was explained to me in detail and the summary was immediately forwarded to my Physician. Given this was a Holiday, made my visit even more impressive. I scheduled an appointment online on a Sunday morning at 8:40 am. I got text confirmation and updates. When I got there, I texted "here" as requested. I immediately got an automated text response that said "we will call you when we are ready." The entrance door had multiple signs on it that said "now open every day at 8 am". It was also posted that it was specifically open at 8 am on Sundays. When I got there, there were no cars in the lot and the door was locked. I waited in my car until 8:50 and then called, with no answer. I ended up just leaving and finding a different urgent care in the are. But around 10:00 am I got a text that said "we are opening at 12:00, sorry for the inconvenience." That's an understatement. Why is it even possible to make an appointment on a day and time you aren't open? This is unacceptable. read more

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The people working in this place were very nice - this is the only good thing here. I made an appointment for a required drug test for work which literally takes about one minute to complete. Finally, one hour AFTER my appointment time I was taken in for my test. No matter when I have to visit an "immediate" care location - they are ALWAYS anything but immediate!!! Why did they even allow me to make an appointment!?! Making an appointment means NOTHING!! Can we talk about this place and how much I love it? Because "love" might not be a strong enough word, but I'll go with it for now. So...five kids and all that and I come down with a slight sore throat late Tuesday afternoon. I ignore it, because back to school germs are A Real Thing, etc. By midnight, it's worse. Wednesday sucks. Thursday is terrible; I spend all day in bed. That same night, around the 11pm hour, I'm googling urgent care centers in the area. Let me highlight this part here: we're looking at juuuust over 48 hours from the first "my throat is bugging me" to "I can't take the excruciating pain of this for another day". Time out. It sounds like I'm being kind of a baby, but I honestly assure you that is not the case. To put it in perspective...I would rather get my neck & throat re-tattooed again--repeatedly--than feel as poorly as I felt by Thursday night/Friday morning. My pain tolerance is pretty money, but this throat pain had me SHOOK. Made an appt online (2018 FTW) for this location for the following morning (Friday) after the kids were all in school. Got there early, was greeted warmly by the two people at the front desk, did the whole paperwork/payment stuff, etc. & waited. My appointment was for 9:20am and by 9:25am, I was back with the health care professional (nurse? technician?) I saw before the doctor came in. Vital signs, rapid strep test, all that noise, and she was as lovely as could be. Dr. Dudas comes in shortly thereafter, does his exam, confirms the strep results, writes two prescriptions, and sends them to my pharmacy. IN LESS THAN 60 MINUTES, I was out the door with a diagnosis, a treatment plan on how to manage pain/symptoms, and two scripts. Dr. Dudas was great--quick, thorough, to the point, and totally made it seem like he didn't notice I looked like death warmed over (although I'm guessing immediate care physicians are probably pretty used to that sort of thing). Within 24 hours of my appointment, I felt a tremendous difference. Took it way easy all weekend and am feeling mostly better now. This is the place to be when you need some medical attention in a bad way but can't see your PCP, don't have one, etc. I hope I don't need immediate care services again anytime soon, but if I do...I'd have absolutely no qualms about coming back to this facility again. read more

I very rarely leave reviews, but you can see consistent issue with other reviews. On on occasion we showed up for a sick visit during office hours and were told the doctor was leaving and couldn't see anyone. And on a different occasion, we had an appointment for a drug screen and showed up to a locked door. When the lady came out, she said they wouldn't be opening for the day because life happens. This alone is not acceptable for a business, but they couldn't at least send us a message that they weren't opening so we didn't have to waste time driving there. So much for convenience. read more

I reserved a time and used their automated text system & texted when I arrived, and the response was to wait in the car for a phone call with further instructions. I called after almost an hour, and the representative had to call the clinic where I was told I could come in. I waited inside for another 30 minutes, where I heard the women at the desk complain about how bad her day was, as well as being abrupt to patients. The gentleman who took me in was very polite, but indicated a temp for me when he took none. The only saving grace was the NP, who was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. read more

TERRIBLE experience. The staff were rude as can be. Very insensitive to my health. Triage person told me she "remembered you (me) and your (my) STORY." First of all, my health HISTORY is not some story. She made me so uncomfortable as if they are all sitting around talking about my history. I had no idea who this woman was and even if she did remember me, she should've kept it to herself. Horrible service and the management took over a week to get back to me on my issue with this. I had a rough time getting over a really really bad cough and felt a little silly going to my primary doctor about it. However, my coworkers recommended that I try a Immediate Care or a Urgent Care type place so I tried out this one. The building used to be a Walgreens so it has the same structure and I've driven past it without realizing what it was... I went to Dr. Dudas, who was amazing! He really took the time to listen to my concerns and instead of just prescribing me antibiotics, he talked to me about my options. He also gave me great non-drug related advice (which I really appreciated) It's hard finding a doctor that isn't trying to push pill/medicine, and I feel like he didn't have a hidden agenda trying to push extra unnecessary tests/x rays. I definitely recommend this place. It's open late (and on weekends!). My only tip is to make sure you pre-register online... I did not and I had a few people "cut in line" when they arrived. read more

I called before arrival and was told long as I was there by 8:00 pm I would be seen. This happened today 8/8/2022 around 7:48 pm 12 min before closing. I understand that people want to go home but at the same time, we are talking about medical care. I walked in and instantly it was clear the lady at the front desk was irritated. I told her I wanted to get my daughter seen. She said we are not taking any more patients. I said but I called and they said long as I am here by 8:00 she could be seen. She said that was our call center and they work at home. I asked for the manager she said no manager was there. I then again expressed that it's not 8:00 I don't understand why I cannot be seen and why is the door unlocked. She said bc we still have patients. She then stressed that the wait time exceeds their closing time. This is not fair at all and as a customer who needs health care assistance, I do not believe this is a way a business who is there to serve and take care of patients should be treated. I asked for the contact info for the manager. She then grabbed the clip board and told me to complete the form. As I am completing the form I can literally hear her slamming things. I waited about 1 min and asked her is she is ok? She said yes why do you ask? I said because you are slamming things around and its very obvious. She then made an excuse about that's how it sounds when she is opening the drawer (FALSE she was slamming things which is HORRIBLE SERVICE). My spouse then got upset with me because he feels like if they do not want to treat us why trust them to provide care for our daugther. I cannot go into many more details but this needs to be addressed. If you close at 8:00 either disclose that you stop taking patients at a certain time or see patients who make the closing time. Besides the encounter with this young lady, the 2 people who helped us in the back were NICE and I do not sense that they didn't provide great care bc it was 8:38pm when we left. read more

I understand it's super frustrating when someone comes in a half hour before closing time but some people happen to have jobs where they don't get off until 7. When I walked in the girl at the front desk didn't even welcome me as I walked in. She was super rude about me wanting to see someone for the medical condition I was experiencing. Yes I understand I came in at 7:30 but I also didn't want to be sitting in an ER waiting room for something that wasn't a dire emergency. The nurse then came and got me. She didn't even bother giving me a high. Had an attitude the entire time. By then I just felt so uncomfortable being there and wanted to leave. However Doctor Dudas came in (after a little bit of a wait) and made my expirence better. I could kind of tell he was done for the day but he was still attending to me and did a great job hiding it. Long story so bear with me. I thought I broke my foot at work so went here to have it looked at "Mary" looked at it and they took x-ray said it was not broke gave me some Tylenol and sent me on my way back to work and follow up a few days later. I go a few days later and by then it has blown up and I can't walk on it at all a different doctor looks at it and says there has to be something wrong so they do another x-ray take me off work and and give me a boot but still say it's not broke but send me to get a MRI at a different place and follow up in a week. The MRI place couldn't take me for a few weeks but I still had another appointment with immediate care so I went and saw Mary again she looks at it and tells me I can work (I'm a carpenter by trade) and I shouldn't have a problem and puts me back to work. I look at her and say so your comfortable with me working like this she says "yes you drove here didn't you" (I didn't and couldn't by the way) so I get the MRI they say it's broken and need to see an orthopedic doctor I see him and the ortho was in shock when looking at my x-ray he said it's broken in 5 spots and you should of been in surgery on your 3rd day of injury witch by then had been over a month. He also said I wouldn't of needed surgery had this been seen by any professional in the first place and that he would have to re-break some of the bones because it's healing wrong now and add plates and screws. This has taken 6months from me now and still going so please do not risk going to a place that was so careless and unprofessional. I am filing suit against them read more

On Monday afternoon mt cat decided to use my face as a launch pad to get away from my dog leaving my with a nasty looking gash running from my lip to about 1/3 of the way up my cheek. My plan was to slather it in neosporin and then use some vitamin E oil to help prevent scarring. Then I went to work on Tuesday... My coworkers managed to change my general nonchalance toward the injury to complete paranoia that I was going to need stitches and medication lest my cut my too deep and get infected and leave me permanently maimed and scarred for life. I decided to assuage new found fears and spend the $30 to visit urgent care. Even if it was only $30 to confirm what I was already doing. In the past, I've always gone to Palos Hospital's urgent care center, but after a billing debacle with my insurance, I decided to go elsewhere. My insurance company's doc finder thing sent me here, and I was extremely pleased it did. First of all, I like that you can more or less make an appointment online. Their zippass check in allows you to tell them your coming and get your name on the list. I waited about 15 minutes past my "appointment" time but that's still nothing compared to wait times at my primary care doctor's office or past urgent care visits elsewhere. The facility was extremely clean, and the staff was fantastic. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA was so friendly and clearly knowledgable. The nurse recommended I get a tetanus shot since I had no idea when I'd had one last. She did a great job - shot didn't hurt at all. (Of course, I'd forgotten how much tetanus shots make your arm hurt like hell later.) The PA was great too. He confirmed stitches weren't necessary and the cut appeared to be healing just fine. He told me to keep going with the neosporin. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics and told me I only needed to fill it if my cut starts to show signs of infection, but he didn't think it would. I was in and out in about 35 minutes total. All in all I was extremely please, and I will definitely be coming back here instead of Palos Urgent Care or a CVS or Walgreens store clinic. read more

The visit started off wonderful with the front desk person being very knowledgeable about services provided and materials needed. The appointment was for a USCIS physical that required pre labs and then a follow up to complete the physical. The labs were drawn Monday (02/04/18). Unfortunately they forgot to draw my quantiferon which I had to turn back around after reaching work. Second I was told, "as soon as the results are in, we will call you and schedule a follow up. The results came in on 02/07/19. I had to call today to follow up. The person I spoke with was wonderful but where is your standard process on following up with patients? Furthermore after clearing everything up, we scheduled an appointment for later this week. About an hour later I get a call asking for my repeat chest Xray results because the past one was too old. The person calling didn't review any of my labs prior to calling. If they had, they would have seen that I had a (-) TB test which would not require a repeat chest Xray. They really need a standard process on plenty of their work. The phlebotomist took two tubes of blood but forgot to take the right one. I'm pretty sure the first two vials were not needed that were drawn. Who is the clinical person responsible for assuring everything is complete prior to the patient leaving? Overall I paid $380 for a service where I shouldn't need to be going out of my way to make sure everything is complete. I really hope the clinical manager here steps in and assures that there is a process in place. read more

I selected to go here despite the distance, because of the raving reviews. I tried to do the whole signing in online through the link from here, but it said it was not available at the moment. So I went in the office and there were only 2 people ahead of me on that list. I saw the rest of the people that came in after me sign in like I did. About 5 minutes later the name in front of me got called and so I thought I would be in and out of there in half an hour. Took about 30 minutes before I got brought inside a room by the receptionist. I was there for more than an hour because despite having 2 receptionist, they weren't attentive and organize enough. Despite being there an hour and a half before closing, my consultation with the doctor was too short to be properly diagnosed. read more

Took my 19 year old son who was temporarily living in Indianapolis to this place because of a throat infection. All he needed was antibiotics but the facility insisted on doing lab work. they did the first 2 tests. When they tried to do a 3rd one, I objected and requested for him to be discharged and asked for antibiotics prescription to the pharmacy which was provided. Physicians Immediate care sent their claim to the Insurance company with a Reason Code of 'NR', which I could only interpret as 'No Reason'. The insurance company consequently denied the claim and requested for medical records from our son's Pediatrician, to rule out any pre-existing condition. Mind you, our son last saw the Pediatrician in 2017. I think Physician Care may have done this deliberately because of my refusal to do unnecessary lab test on our son. This is the closest immediate care facility to our house but I would think twice before using it in the future. read more

Times are hard right now and someone coming in sick shouldn't be treated in such a manner, as was displayed by the front desk worker. Went here on Memorial Day was very happy it was open. My child had a fever ear ache bad cough and needed to be seen. They have online wait times on there website and also can make appointments to be seen which I thought was pretty cool. Everyone in the office was nice and friendly and the facility was clean. I did not wait long in the waiting room or when in the examination room. They had tons of stickers for my son which made him super happy. It was great that they had a X-ray machine on site to make sure my kid did not have pneumonia. They also fill scripts there but I did not use that service but that's pretty cool too so you don't have to go make a second stop to a pharmacy. read more

We were told this was the place to get covid tests with ease. Sadly that was not the case. We arrived at 8am and I am writing this review from inside the clinic at 2pm. When we were brought inside (my fiancé and I both were sick) after getting negative Covid results we were told to come inside, I asked to use the bathroom and was told they would need to check, we had been there 5 hours and I needed a restroom. I was shown the bathroom from a disgruntled employee. We were then told we would need multiple tests additional tests- this would not be an issue however they seemed to be constant confusing my fiancé and my symptoms even after they did multiple calls to get the same information. I refused additional testing and signed paperwork for same, however the employee then changed my paperwork without me seeing the changes. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. They did not know who was doing what and were seemingly trying to move through patients however each step was more ineffective as it took them 5 hours to get to covid tests number 26 &27. In the room they followed up vitals on my fiancé but did not check my vitals again, just told me the additional tests I would need. We hit hour 6 when we were waiting for them to bring us our negative Covid and strep results and discharge papers. This may as well be the puppy mill of healthcare. came back from a trip to Greece (where there are no diseases/illnesses)!with a fever so I went to visit Physicians for some medicine. Instead of giving me ******* to drop my fever, they took my vitals, listened to my lungs and made me take the mono test, flu test, polio test, and an x-ray of my lungs. After the tests, the doctor came in and told me that everything was negative and my lungs were fine but my vitals were really bad and that she was calling an ambulance and giving me an IV because I was in critical condition (high heart rate and low blood pressure). My wife asked to take me instead of the ambulance. The nurse denied her request. Then two minutes after she came back with a form and told us my wife can take me to the ER if we signed the paper. We signed it and left. My wife started crying speeding to the emergency. When we got there, I was registered into the system. When I told the nurse why I was sent there, she laughed and said my vitals were fine since I have a fever. She asked if I was given *******. I told her no and she shook her head and laughed again. She told me I would be fine. I was given an IV and completed more tests and nothing was ever found. After Two days of taking ******* I was fine. I reviewed the papers from Physicians and I saw my vitals were perfectly fine. When I received my $5,000 bill from the ER I contacted Physicians corporate office to have them explain to me why I was sent to the emergency and they can not give me an answer. When I ask to speak to someone they keep passing me around to different people. I spoke with a lady named Felicia and she told my I was sent to the hospital because I came from a different country and I needed more testing. When I told her that the nurse and doctor at Physicians never told me I needed more testing and I told her what the nurse really said then Felicia told me to contact Lori. I have been calling Lori or two weeks and still no call back. I went to Physicians because I knew I was okay and just wanted something to help with my fever and dodge the emergency bill but they messed me up even more. If I was told I needed some tests I would have found somewhere else to go instead of the emergency. The staff at Physicians are very unlnowledgeable and unprofessional. I refuse to go back there again and I hope I help people to dodge a bullet with this review. I know many friends and family who complain about this location but thought I would give it a try.
