But as I expected again no one was there for the appointment that THEY SCHEDULED. This time we stood there for a while and while one of the staff said hello they didn't even come over to help. I've messaged and called today again and no response. I don't know how people get in but this business is a scam. It might not be but they are great at taking money and not providing services. I asked to communicate on email and they refused so that I wouldn't have a record of it to take to the chamber of commerce. If the chamber or better business see this please do something about this. I can't be the only one. But maybe I am.

My dad…read morerented a jumphouse along with tables and chairs to a friend who rented the stormhouse for a birthday party. My dad went and delivered the jumphouse and chairs and tables for the birthday party. The next morning he showed up to pick up the jumphouse, one table and ten chairs and they were missing. My dad was upset but he had a dozen more jumphouse & hundreds chairs and tables so he got over it. Months later my dad saw a live video of a birthday party at the storm house with my dads jumphouse inside the Stormhouse. Apparently the storm house thief Javier started renting the location along with my dads jump house and chairs and tables. The stolen jumphouse, chairs and tables along with the Stormhouse were now Javiers "party package deal". A couple of weeks later a friend of ours told us they saw my dads jumphouse was at the storm house & my dad showed up to speak to the care taker of the Stormhouse & they stated Javier was not there, my dad returned later & said Javier lies and statet someone sold him the jumphouse. He lied....the jumphouse was rented to a customer who rented the Stormhouse for a party. The thief Javier just dragged that jumphouse inside the Stormhouse & tried to continue renting it along with the Stormhouse as a package deal. Everyone knows this guy as a thief. Be careful leaving your belongings there. He is a thief. The place is genuinely pretty big and they have a lot of different routes set. My only complaint, which I won't hold against them, is for v2-v5 the difficulty felt relatively the same but there's not much they could do with a large amount of limited variety of holds to set. No hassles with ordering and they brought it out on time. With the package it's by time not by the game, you can get in around 2 1/2 games in. Even if they're tired and see you just pulled up for a game, they will stick around so you can have a little fun. One side of the main court is shaded by some trees, which is really nice in the Summertime. There are even bleachers on the outside of the court for spectators. This was probably designed for tennis and perhaps the school uses it as tennis and they offer it up to the community on Tues and Thurs evenings and from 9am-12pm on Saturdays and Sundays. That is supercool. Plus there is no fee to play. Some community centers (usually indoor facilities) will charge a nominal fee to play. And if you play three times a week, this can add up quickly and put a squueze on your wallet or purse. And the majority of individuals who play are seniors who may or may not be on a fixed income.

"If a park has so many positive qualities, why is it only getting a four-star rating?", you might ask. AVAILABILITY... My friends and I used to actually play football here at least once a week until the City decided to use the park for ALL and I do mean ALL of their sporting events. It's a City-owned park, so I understand they have the right to use it as they please, but to hog it up year-round seems a little excessive. There are times when the park can be used without fear of being kicked off, but at peak hours, just forget about it.
