Absolutely loved this store. It is located in a great area. Lots of stores and restaurants are…read morearound. Came here to pick up an online order I purchased. I was actually in the neighborhood before an email was sent that my item was ready for pick up. This Nike store is nice and spacious. Great lighting. Women's clothing is on the first level. They have stairs and an elevator you can use to go up to the men's area on the second level. The store is kept very clean. All items are neatly folded, and there is not one item out of place. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted. I told the salesperson I was here to see if my item was ready, although I am early, and I have yet received an email confirming it was ready. I gave the sales girl my name, and she was like yes I literally just packed your bag up."" They have a great selection of clothing. They even carry plus-size clothing for those curvier women.

Was working in the neighborhood and realized the store was super close and since my car was in the lot for the day, made sense. The store is quite spacious and clean with engaging signage and beautiful displays throughout. It really engages your senses and elevates the shopping experience. I was warmly greeted by the security and first floor staff where the clothing portion of the brand is located. You climb the stairs to the shoe section where the experience was made even more special by the staff. I performed a no hassle return in record time and while I was carousing a pair of Jordan 1's caught my eye. The staffer, Mikey with door free form locs a beautiful accent fetched them for me and was super engaging complementing my style and inquiring about my day. The store has a wide selection of goods but it is also a high traffic location and so items sell out fast. Lines are ridiculous on the day of releases and well pricing is typical to what the brand sells and who they collaborate with. Experience was 10/10. No complaints here

Amazing bike shop, America steel bikes and cool parts. Community feeling with full Services.read more

I wanted to like this place (even gave them a positive review after the first repair they did)…read morehowever I cannot stand by a good review. The poor reviews this place has received are warranted and accurate. My experience -- I dropped my bike off on the 19th was told I would receive a quote for the repairs. Initially the ballpark quote was around $100 and these repairs were *necessary*. 12 days later no word from them. I tried calling just their phones aren't working. When I told the guy working that the phone lines were down he just shrugged his shoulders saying "yea they're down. No repairs done after 12 days and now the cost of repairs was $150. I was pretty pissed at having to physically come in to the shop to get a status update on my bike. Regardless, when I told them I wanted to take my bike without having them service it they charged me an ASSESSMENT FEE(?!). I've been riding bikes for decades and have never been charged an assessment fee for just having a repair shop look at my bike. Isn't that what they're paid to do? When I took it to another (read: better) bike shop down the road they too laughed at the idea of an assessment fee. I hate this place. I have spent hundreds of dollars in the last three months at their shop and they are constantly looking at ways to up charge me. In the end, the other bike shop said my bike was fine and needed zero repairs. As stated earlier, the negative reviews you see about this place are spot on. I will never return and I encourage all bikers to visit Bike Plant or another -- literally any other bike shop -- in the area.

This is a review only of the redhead manager. Everyone else is nice to work with…read more I would sincerely hope the person responsible for running a clothing retail location would understand what someone means by I would like the money refunded to my credit card and not on a gift card. She tried to embarrass the f out of me in front of a full line bc I asked to have my purchase returned to my credit card which was the means by which I made my purchase. Routinely saying "I'm not following you at all" "I am so confused what you're asking for" "you want to do what????" in a very snarky rude demeanor. The customer service was -100/10. Learn how to do your job and stop being rude. And also, no one should allow you to be customer facing.

This isn't so much about the store, but about the brand…read more I've been a huge Madewell fan for at least the past 10 yrs. Lately, we're not in alignment as much. In the past, I depended on Madewell for consistently delivering on quality leather goods: tote bags for work, leather boots, loafers and cute casual bags. As an educator, those were my staples. They also had great smooth cotton graphics tees and my faves were when they'd collaborate with orgs such as the NY Botanical Gardens. Rummaging through the sale sections during off season is usually catch some great cardigans and blazers for the fall and great bandannas and jewelry to add a little razzle dazzle. Nowadays, the prices have risen astronomically. Little stackable earrings are now on average $58 and the clasps are weak and poorly made. One day after purchasing 2 pairs from this store, they're coming apart. Purchase a purse, the leather is trashy. A lot of the classics that myself and half the teachers at my school used to purchase have been removed from the rotation. Super annoying! Madewell, please get back to basics. I know the political climate has driven production up , but don't loose your entire customer base and maintain integrity around production. Thanks
