In 2023 all of our wood siding completely rotted and we began having multiple leaks inside our home. Every siding company we called to fix it said the same thing: this should never happen to a house this young; the materials (type of boards and paint) used were wrong, the wood was not primed, the seams were aligned incorrectly and thus it was a completely avoidable problem caused by shoddy workmanship. It cost us $30,000 to remedy the issue by replacing ALL of the siding. We reached out to Sardone Construction who completely ignored us and refused to make things right or stand behind their work. Would strongly advise against hiring them unless you want things to fall apart much sooner than they should and be stuck paying for the repairs yourself.

We had a neighbor who did not like the idea of the shop going in on our property and made the process really unpleasant, but Rafter P worked with us every step of the way, even when we made last minute changes to appease the neighbor. Rafter P also poured a gorgeous new driveway for us that leads to the house and new shop. I wanted it stamped and stained, and they let me customize the entire thing. The picture I attached is our new farm equipment barn on another property. I cannot stress how accommodating Rafter P has been during the entire process. They go above and beyond taking care of their customers and their customers' property. Once this shop is done, they will be building a custom cabin for us on the same property. I literally show them my Pinterest daydreams, and they make it all happen. During all of this, we had a water line break during the last freeze at our home & a plumber had to cut into our daughter's bathroom to repair it. We asked Rafter P if they could come out to do repairs & within 2 days they were at work. They are doing work for us at 2 job sites simultaneously without hesitation. We have worked with so many contractors in the past & not one has been so accommodating, friendly, or accessible. I haven't even mentioned the quality of their work. Impeccable. Both remodels included removing all the old fixtures, tubs, toilets, cabinets, tiles and mirrors. The bathrooms were outdated and worn out from years of use. Michael was very professional from the initial contact. Our estimate meeting was scheduled very quickly and at a time that worked for my husband and me. He came in quickly took measurements and went over our wish list; he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. We had our estimate a few days later. Once we decided to move forward with the remodel, we contacted Michael and setup a time to review and sign the contract. He sent the contract over a few days before signing so we had ample time to review and address any concerns. We signed the contract on a Saturday morning and started the remodel two days later on Monday. The money: Memar Interiors was the 5th contractor we received estimates from for our bathroom remodels. Memar estimate was reasonable and appropriate for the job sizes. The design process: Michael is very pleasant to work with. He will happily give his professional opinion when asked but will not disregard your design preferences or opinion. We had a very hard time picking tile. Michael saw our struggle and offered to shop with us at the tile store to help with the choices. He helped us with final design choices on finish colors, paint colors and trim. His opinion is valued and trusted by us. The demo process: Michael's demolition team was amazing. They came in around 9AM and had the first bathroom demolished by 1130AM the same day. They were so quiet we were barely aware they were here. They covered our floor to protect it and cleaned up very nicely after the demo. The second bathroom was demolished after the first one was finished and went just as smoothly. The construction process: Michael and his team were amazing to work with. All his trades were very knowledgeable and had no issues taking time to explain things along the way or answer any questions we had. All installation and finishes were done in a timely manner with quality work. Issue resolution: While issues are expected during a renovation, the way they are handled was our biggest concern. Michael was quick to address any problem no matter how tiny as soon as it was mentioned. The biggest issues we had were time delays that we caused by ordering our toilet too late. Michael worked with us and offered solutions to keep our project moving along. Overall: We would 100% recommend Memar Interiors for a renovation or design job. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. The final project far exceeds the expectations we had. Never in a million years did I expect to have bathrooms that could be featured in a magazine, but Michael and Memar Interiors made it happen.

I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with.
