After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. When I lived there I worked for a few different real estate offices as well as Title companies, and Home Realty was by far the most professional and best to work with. Their staff and management has very high standards and does their best to help everyone they come in contact with. I have several girl friends that still live in town and they rent from them, all I've heard is positive things, so they seem to be great land-lords as well. If I were ever moving back to the ville, they would be my one and only place to stop whether it renting or buying.
