He claims he shipped them. USPS tracking info never even registered it in the system. My items have never arrived. The owner refused to pay a refund. He hid behind his fine print in his auction rules. He refused to file an insurance claim on my behalf. (Shipper has to file the claim) He even stalled so long the insurance he provided on the packaging lapsed. So now its my loss, not his. I would say if you are considering doing business with True Blue Auctions and Skip, that you just move on to a more trustworthy and reliable auction house.
