My husband and I got lucky that they were our first tasting when looking for our wedding caterer; we tried their crab cakes, salmon cucumber rolls, NY strip steak with chimichurri, mahi mahi with coconut curry sauce, plantains and ratatouille. Everything was absolutely perfect, both during our tasting back in 2021 and at our wedding this past weekend. The steak had a beautiful pink inside and an amazing grill charr on the outside. The coconut curry sauce permeated the mahi mahi and our veggie sides were incredibly fresh tasting. I also have to mention we almost forgot to ask for a vegan, gluten free option for one of our guests but Jean and LaFronza were super accommodating with our request.
