It said someone will be contacting me after the application is reviewed. I waited 2 days until I called the office. First their was no answer. Second I guess the secretary answered and transferred me to the lady who is over that property. Went to voicemail I left a message and never got a call back. Almost a week later and still haven't heard from them. And I had my realtor call them too and she never got an answer. I guess I'm out of $63 I gave them 2 stars because the property was very nice and clean. But them getting over with the $63 NOT COOL!

Several (4-5) months later, the leak was repaired after I escalated the matter through external channels communicating either to fix it or forfeit rent. Based on my experience, I was disappointed and very frustrated with the maintenance response and communication. I would recommend that prospective renters explore other options first before choosing a property managed by this company. I waited until after vacating the property to post this review to ensure a safe transition and to not risk lease non-renewal. While management states that these events took place in 2024 and systems have since changed, this was my actual, documented tenancy experience with this team. Look elsewhere first!

The contractors selected by this company are subpar, with no rationale as to why they are retained year after year, without any apparent bidding process. My property has been damaged numerous times by their snow, grass, sprinkler and other contractors. My personal experience with the company has been negative in terms of their treatment of a resident with questions or service requests. They seem, again based solely on my experience, to be rather rude - treating the resident as the "enemy"/anxious to say "no" before listening. The one or two people who answer the phone seem resistant to connecting you to a property manager.That is mute, though, because I have only on rare occasions found a manager, including the business's owner, actually in the office. Several years ago, on asking the business's owner about a service issue, he told me that I was a "pest", and that it was okay for him to say this because the President of the Board of Directors at the time shared his opinion. As another, final example of my experience interacting with this company: This last summer and fall, I called and told the telephone operator that I would like a price quote (only) on a gutter clean-out. I called twice and was never given a quote nor any further information of any sort. Then the service was suddenly performed by their maintenance man (at the very end of November), without my oral or written authorization. I called them this week when I received a service bill from them. I told them that I had already had the gutter job done by a local handyman in October or November; and that I had never in any manner authorized them to do the job. Instead of listening to me, the individual I spoke with kept refusing to accept the facts as I stated them, repeatedly saying that maybe I 'forgot' all the facts - inferring, in my opinion, that I was either lying or had some type of early-onset dementia. I am a professional (an attorney) and an honest person and I do not lie; nor do I have any type of dementia. His only suggestion was that I speak with the business's owner, who is the same person that had previously called me a pest and told me to "go away". I realize it is fruitless to pursue this issue further with Meadow Management, and will pay the bill they sent me.
