It said someone will be contacting me after the application is reviewed. I waited 2 days until I called the office. First their was no answer. Second I guess the secretary answered and transferred me to the lady who is over that property. Went to voicemail I left a message and never got a call back. Almost a week later and still haven't heard from them. And I had my realtor call them too and she never got an answer. I guess I'm out of $63 I gave them 2 stars because the property was very nice and clean. But them getting over with the $63 NOT COOL!

As an attorney, I can attest to the blatant illegal behavior and violations of our bylaws they are exhibiting at our condo complex. They have been ignoring for 7 months gutters that are leaking, gutter nails pulling out, downspout diverters broken and missing. The water damage is obvious from outside and water is in the walls. The security lights in our complex went out over a month ago. It is pitch black and very dangerous at night. We have many single women living here. They haven't done anything!! Weeds grow over 3 feet high. Grass over a foot. Weeds are all over the complex growing wildly and the lawn service is absolutely abysmal. Homestead is told of all of these issues and more and they do nothing. They did, however, illegally raise our monthly dues - all on their own they declared a raise, blaming it on "inflation." That is not how it is done. How can inflation be a factor when YOU DON'T DO ANY MAINTENANCE?? What is being done with our money? I own my condo and these clowns are refusing to let me see the records concerning MY home - MY condo complex I am living with toxic and allergenic mold in my condo - in the attic, walls, and in the window frames as a result of repeated water intrusion from outside due to the gross and willful negligence by Homestead, our previous property manager Andover Management, and our condo board. My pet died last week from mold sickness. We even have mold in our water due to a moldy tree stump left in the ground next to the water lines for 7 years! I am SO sick from it - I've become asthmatic and overall debilitatingly sick. Other co-owners told me they are getting sick. Homestead knows about this, say they will send a remediator out, and never do. In my opinion there is something very sketchy about this company. They have a revolving door of managers. I guess I'll find out what is going on by having to file a lawsuit.
