My husband and I were concerned we had mold in our kitchen and on the back door. Daniel's expert-level knowledge of mold and household allergens is beyond impressive and he is able to communicate that "scary" information very clearly. He's extremely thorough and wrote out a 4-page report about what he observed and his recommendations, complete with photos of the suspect areas. Mold can be an intimidating issue and Daniel was honest about pricing, testing, remediation, DIY cleanup, etc. and was very reassuring that this was something my husband and I didn't have to worry financially about.
